Upon visiting a client's profile, it would be beneficial to have the capability to generate an alert popup window. This window would serve to promptly notify the user about crucial information relating to the client or their profile.

Calendar landing page timeline view
When I change the calendar view timeline, to a different week or month, then leave the calendar to view a client or something different in RedTail, I would like to come back to the current date view when I return to the calendar. Not where I had left the calendar timeline view when I previously on the calendar. i.e.; If I am in the current month view of July, change the calendar to September, then leave the calendar and when I return, I would like to return to original month view of July, not September.

Activity Availability
Please create a field with dropdown options for us to identify how activities show up on our calendars, similar to how Outlook does (Free, Working Elsewhere, Tentative, Busy, Out of Office) and have that sync to Outlook.
This helps when creating internal activities that can be moved around if a client wants to schedule at that time, when using scheduling software like Calendly.

I would love the ability to create reports with filters I've created as well as the columns I would like to see in reports.

Link Beneficiary to Contact Record
It would be awesome if beneficiaries could link to existing contact records, as well as giving an option to create a contact record (similar to updating Ownership in Accounts). This would help us have a more comprehensive and cohesive CRM!

Zapier Integration Update
Zapier Integration Update Recommendation -
It would be great if one of the Trigger items between Zapier and Redtail was "Add Note." I regularly upload meeting summaries downloaded from my meeting transcript software and would like to create a Zap to pull the summary into Sharepoint for analysis by CoPilot to create and assign the follow up tasks as well as create the first draft of my next client meeting agenda.

Column View for Opportunities
I’d love to see a column-based view added to the Opportunities screen in Redtail CRM! This feature could function like a Kanban board, making it easier to manage and update opportunities visually.
Here’s how it could work:
• Sortable Columns: Users could organize opportunities by stage, type, or source, with each column representing a specific category.
• Drag-and-Drop Updates: Opportunities would appear as cards within the columns, and users could update an opportunity’s stage by dragging it from one column to another (e.g., from “Needs Contact” to “Meeting Scheduled”).

Calendar that Clients can schedule on
We need the ability to send our calendar to our clients so that they can schedule a time right onto our calendar to meet. This way what we already have marked off will show up and there will be no confusing on if they can schedule at a specific time. Like calendarly but then this way we will not need to integrate anything.

Secure file transfer for documents or Redtail Imaging Client Portal
Any functionality that will allow us to use Redtail to transmit files securely between our firm and the client. This would be a huge timesaver over currently using a 3rd party fileshare via email and password that will eventually result in us uploading everything into Redtail Imaging anyways.

Add attachments to Activity Templates so blank attachements can be used regularly
Currently, there is no way to add template documents that would be used for repeated activities to those activity templates. Please allow the feature to add attachments of documents we would regularly use for our activity templates.

Attaching an Email from Outlook to a Client Record (when client is not on the chain)
Redtail should have a feature/integration with Outlook to attach an email to a client record, when the client email address is not included on the chain. I understand email archiving can capture communication with the client, but there are instances where our team has emails related to the client and we should be able to save those without copy and pasting into a note.

Important Information
I have feedback for a recommendation regarding how a notification is displayed when a profile has information entered in the important information box. Please see the attached PDF.
Adding a Red bar and filling the space immediately below the bar with the profile name with the "Important Information" would be much better. This addition would just serve as a reminder to click and view the important comments box.
I believe this improvement would be extremely beneficial to all users and Redtail itself. This notification is much more obvious which greatly decreases the likelihood that important information is overlooked or disregarded…

Expand Automation
While the automation function is a time saver, its functionality is far too limiting as we are not provided sufficient options. For instance (and this is just one example), we use (or have been trying to use) our categories to have a more refined view of client- and account-impacting notes. However, automation emails sent out via FMG (e.g., schedule a meeting, invitation to client events, newsletters, etc.) all get dumped into the same category. We'd like to be able to see, at a glance, notes that are key to client/account management, as well as who's being invited, who's being reminded,…

search on primary phone/email/address
I can run a report on clients that show what phone #s, emails, and addresses are designated as primary but I cannot run a search to see just those clients that have (or don't have) a primary phone/email/address designated. We need to have a search option to see that so we don't have to run a report and delete the non-needed information

Send client name via iCal sync.
The sync from Redtail to iCal needs to include the client name somewhere. You can see the appointments in Google Calendar, or on the Iphone, but functionality is extremely limited when unable to see who the appointment is for.

Contact
When clicking on Contacts.... We have a limited number of view options: Name, Status, Category, Source, Type, SrvAdvisor, WrtAdvisor.
It would be nice to be able to change those preferences as to allow for a quicker view.and customization.
For example: a UDF Field, a phone number, an email, etc.

Add additional fields uner the Bank tab that allows us to categorize type (ie checking, savings, money market), title, and voided checks
You have the space for 3 more fields on this tab. Let's use it :)
Add a dropdown under the Bank tab that allows us to categorize the account as Checking, Savings, or Money Market.
Also add a "Title" field that allows to type in the exact name on the account.
Finally, add a Yes/No field for "Voided check on file?"
Currently I am putting all that information under the Name field, however this poses problems when I'm using that field to import into account paperwork.

Activities - Updated Notification
Some of our employees have expressed frustration with the inability to determine what was updated in an activity when they receive the updated activity notification. They suggested is there any way to add a highlight or some type of identifier that shows what was updated on the activity in the notification e-mail. That way it can be determined whether or not action is required without having to make additional clicks.
