    When hovering over an activity on the Calendar, the information bubble remains open for too long.

  2. banking

    If multiple banks are listed in the client record, allow us to toggle for a choice of accounts when using LaserApp. It's the same premise as how we are able to choose family members.

    We have many clients with multiple banks listed and as toggle isn't an option, we have to manually enter the information for the second bank. This opens the door for errors.

  3. Radio button for selecting mailing address and physical address are the same

    There should be a radio button to designate that the mailing and physical address are the same without having to list the same address twice. It would make the client profile in Red Tail cleaner to look at, and would properly pull the address if home address is selected or if mailing address is selected.

  5. Scheduling notes field in client review report

    It would be nice to have a custom field where we can put individual notes on scheduling preferences, such as who to schedule the meeting with or prefers Wednesday.

  6. Clickable URL link in Activity Description

    We are allowed to insert an URL link in the activity description; however, when you try clicking the link - it does nothing.

    It would be nice to click the link that opens in a new tab window just like the add URL link in workflow does.

  7. Add a Category of OUT

    Program the OUT category to have a Conflict message that pops up if someone tries to assign a task, call or appointment to the individual on a day they are marked Out. Currently there is nothing to catch it if someone assigns a follow-up item from Notes and they're not looking at the calendar to see that the person has themselves blocked out. (With the category option of OUT, you could still list a description like Vacation or whatever details the person wanted.)

  8. add incoming emails from Synced account to notes for everyone to see

    Be able to add an email that we receive from Synced account to the notes section, to save the email and also allow everyone on the CRM to see the email.

  9. Make a way to where we can search seminars by name.

    Make a search bar where we can search for seminars by name, date, location, etc. This would make it significantly easier than by just scrolling.

  10. Sorting tasks on the main page by overdue, today, and future

    Unless I go into the activity tab and filter to past due, or past due and today, etc. There is no easy way for me to see overdue tasks unless I manually keep pushing the due date.

  11. "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "cancel" after adding a note.

    Can we add an "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "Cancel" after adding a note?

    The "Save Note" button is very close to cancel and would be useful in the numerous cases when I go too fast and hit "Cancel" instead of "Save Note".

  13. Separate Clients texts using My Rep Chat integration from Client Notes.

    These two areas should be separate, currently each Chat is saved as a new note, which causes important chats to be pushed way down the list of Important notes.

  14. workflow trigger opportunity

    It would be very helpful to have a workflow automatically trigger an opportunity. For example, when we have a lead we start a workflow. Instead of having the first step in the workflow be to create an opportunity, it would be helpful if the opportunity would be automatically created and then we could go in and update the opportunity with additional details.

  15. Tasks, Activities, and Events

    Redtail should differentiate tasks from actual events. Currently, everything is linked to an activity which clutters the calendar and makes it pretty unusable if you have a lot of tasks pending. I think Tasks should be separate and not added to the calendar (should only show up on the timeline). And actual events (appointments, etc.) should be added to the calendar.

  16. Family Notes Showing Duplicates

    When you either (A.) Copy a note to a client or (B.) Link the note originally to a client's spouse or other party. When displaying "Family Notes" it shows duplicates. It would be helpful if it did not do that.

  18. Add Annuity data into Accounts - the current set up does not work well with Annuities

    While I am seeing people say the Account info does not work for investments, it is not working for Annuities either. It would also be nice to integrate with the companies. With the pricing change, it would be very nice to have this system work for us. Currently we are having to duplicate work and use spreadsheets, when it would be very simple to have the proper info in Accounts and a report to run from it.

  19. Notice of Contact with same name

    We previously were able to see a notice at the top of the add contact page that a contact already exists with the same name. This isn't showing up anymore and was really helpful since we have a lead source that generates several leads per month. Can we get this added back?

  20. account ownership

    For account ownership, it would be nice to be able to link from just the ownership contact feeds. For example, we have an insured child with both parents as owners. The policy cannot be linked to a note or activity unless the child is a linked contact.
