  1. Contact name needs to be a required step before adding an activity to the calendar

    Too many times an activity or event has been added to the calendar (such as a client review meeting) without the contact name being linked. Yes, it is usually user error as someone will forget to add or is in a hurry. It should be required just like the subject is required to add to the calendar.

  2. Disable wedding anniversary reminders on an individual basis

    Have a checkbox similar to the "Enable DOB Reminder" but for wedding anniversaries. We like to send texts to our clients for their birthdays and anniversaries. This would help us only have clients included in our reminder list.

  3. multiple integrate

    It would be awesome if we could do a mass integration to our broker-dealer website, AdviceWorks. Right now we have to integrate one contact record at a time.

  5. In the dark mode you cannot tell in clients contact record what their primary contact, email, etc. is.

    It's usually bold and red, now the font color is just black and you can't even tell that it's bold. Thinking either make the primary be red again or blue.

  6. Note borders

    The borders in the notes are all the same making it very hard to separate a whole note from the content inside a note. The border around the whole contact notes section is ALSO the same making it even more chaotic - too many lines create less visual separation.
    Maybe make the border of each note thicker or bolder so we can separate the note from the contents of the note easily.

  7. Hyperlink to Activity from Linked workflow generated via automation

    Currently when a workflow is generated via an automation by an activity trigger, there is a link at the top of the activity to be able to go to the workflow generated. There should be a similar link on the top or somewhere on the workflow page that goes back to the activity it's linked to.

    Why is this necessary if the activity is open already in another tab of your browser you may ask?

    Because you can open workflows from other places in the CRM and not have quick access to the activity or even know what activity it's…

  8. Tag groups in Workflows

    When a client is attached to a workflow, we should be able to attach what Tag groups can be added/removed to the client throughout the different steps

  9. Colors on accounts wheel were changed to different shades of blue. Makes it difficult to differentiate. Please change back!

    Recently the colors on the Accounts Wheel on the Today page were changed. It is all shades of blue and difficult to differentiate. Please change back!

  10. Orion planning

    For Orion Planning, when you create a contact or import from Redtail, there should be an option to bundle more than one questionnaire for the client to fill out when they get set up.

  11. contact status per advisor report

    Please create a report where you can pull the contact status (i.e. Active Client) per advisor, along with the AUM, rather than having to export it to a spreadsheet

  13. Private activities identifier

    After performing a manual backup, we are receiving all activities, including those that are "Private." However, we need a way to identify these "Private" activities, as they are not explicitly marked as such and their permissions are not retained in the backup data.

  14. Zocks Note formatting when imported to RedTail

    Activities imported from Zocks retain the formatting in Redtail.
    But Notes imported from Zocks lose the formatting and are imported in plain hard-to-read format. Keep the Zocks Note formatting.

  15. workflow template

    As workflows can be confusing to several users, it would be nice if there were actual templates to use in which you simply plug in the information/link to a client. For example, client onboarding is a very common process for all financial advisory companies. It would be useful to have a 'traditional' template in Redtail already set up so any user could plug in information and have automation set up to internal processes.   16. Change User to Attendee & Watcher options

    Under CRM/ Activity- Add Watcher option. This is a user not in the meeting, but just needs to know.

  17. Birthday Week Ribbon

    Currently in Redtail CRM, there is a blue ribbon on a client's account profile when it is their birthday. I propose that you add another colored banner for when a client is within seven day's of their birthday, and then it changes to the already existing blue ribbon on the day of. The color does not matter, but could say "Client's Birthday is in the next seven days".

  18. Birthday Reminder Filtering

    When clicking Reminders and seeing all the upcoming birthday reminders, I would like to only see the Servicing Advisor that I support by category. I don't want the clients to the advisors that I don't support showing up. Plus, by category is important because we don't send everyone a birthday card.

  20. Advanced Search: would love to be able to search for permission roles

    I would love to be able to search permission roles to make sure all clients are assigned to a specific team and / or person.
