Task Lists
Would like a daily running list of tasks to complete on the side of the calendar with the date started, the task and a quick note on the
progress.When completed I would like to be able to put a line through the task.
Also, below that daily list maybe a monthly or quarterly or yearly list.
I would like to be able to customize the label on those lists.
Last, prioritizing with simple numbers 1-5.I DO NOT WANT THEM TO SHOW UP ON THE CALENDAR.

workflow pages
Please give the option to move from one page to the next or previous page at the TOP of the page. We should not have to scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page to get to the next page.

We need a report that will allow us to report on all user activity. We use Redtail to track our internal processes, so I would like to be able to pull one report showing all of the activity that a user has done, including: Activities created/completed, notes created/commented, workflows created and completed, workflow tasks created and completed, login dates/times, etc.
If the action taken is linked to a contact, I would want to know which contact it was linked to.

Important Information have it pop up the information on the screen when the Contact is opened to where you have to "X" out of it

Imaging
Please create a function that can move documents from the CRM into the linked imaging folder.

When tagging additional contacts in a note, any contacts that autopopulate should be BEFORE the "Add new contact" option. Not after.
When I go to tag an additional contact, I begin typing their name (e.g. "stev" for Steve). If I have 1 contact named Steve it should populate that name above the "create new contact" option so that I can hit enter as soon as I have the name partially typed

Contact name needs to be a required step before adding an activity to the calendar
Too many times an activity or event has been added to the calendar (such as a client review meeting) without the contact name being linked. Yes, it is usually user error as someone will forget to add or is in a hurry. It should be required just like the subject is required to add to the calendar.

Create Linked Activities, documents, linked accounts from the aggregate notes on today list or notes by contact
Currently on the aggregate notes page under each note, the actions link, you only have the option to print or delete. Why don't you have the options to link an activity, document, account or note, like you do when inside a contact record? You also can't do any actions the notes by contact report. It would be very helpful to be able to look over the days activities in aggregate and then link activities to them without having to go in and out of every contact in the list. In addition, having the ability to filter the aggregate today notes…

workflow template
As workflows can be confusing to several users, it would be nice if there were actual templates to use in which you simply plug in the information/link to a client. For example, client onboarding is a very common process for all financial advisory companies. It would be useful to have a 'traditional' template in Redtail already set up so any user could plug in information and have automation set up to internal processes. Let me know if you need further explanation. Thanks!

Under CRM/ Activity- Add Watcher option. This is a user not in the meeting, but just needs to know.

Birthday Week Ribbon
Currently in Redtail CRM, there is a blue ribbon on a client's account profile when it is their birthday. I propose that you add another colored banner for when a client is within seven day's of their birthday, and then it changes to the already existing blue ribbon on the day of. The color does not matter, but could say "Client's Birthday is in the next seven days".

Birthday Reminder Filtering
When clicking Reminders and seeing all the upcoming birthday reminders, I would like to only see the Servicing Advisor that I support by category. I don't want the clients to the advisors that I don't support showing up. Plus, by category is important because we don't send everyone a birthday card.

Advanced Search: would love to be able to search for permission roles
I would love to be able to search permission roles to make sure all clients are assigned to a specific team and / or person.

When searching for clients, I would love to see a drop down of the last 5 or so contacts I recently clicked on
When you click on the search bar to search for a client, I would love to see the last 5-10 clients that I had just viewed.

Direct Access to Email Templates within Workflow Tasks
Currently, sending a templated email from within a workflow is a multi-step process that requires navigating out of the workflow task and manually locating the client’s profile to initiate an email. The current process can involve up to 13 clicks:
Current Click Path (13 Total):
Enter the activity
Enter the linked workflow (via automation)
Enter the workflow task (identify that sending an email is the next step)
Exit the workflow task
Click on linked contacts
Click on the target contact
Go to the contact’s profile page
Click on the contact’s email address
Select the email template
Send the email

Zocks Note formatting when imported to RedTail
Activities imported from Zocks retain the formatting in Redtail.
But Notes imported from Zocks lose the formatting and are imported in plain hard-to-read format. Keep the Zocks Note formatting.3 votes -
contact status per advisor report
Please create a report where you can pull the contact status (i.e. Active Client) per advisor, along with the AUM, rather than having to export it to a spreadsheet
