Allow custom date formatting for data inserted via custom contact spreadsheet processes
Allow custom date formatting (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY) for data inserted via custom contact spreadsheet processes, to match the format used when users manually select dates in UDF fields.

Attaching an Email from Outlook to a Client Record (when client is not on the chain)
Redtail should have a feature/integration with Outlook to attach an email to a client record, when the client email address is not included on the chain. I understand email archiving can capture communication with the client, but there are instances where our team has emails related to the client and we should be able to save those without copy and pasting into a note.

reorder contact info
Would help organize client's contact info if we were able to reorder them without deleting and reentering the info. Then you could just move preferred method to the top or put one email above another.

AI that can read all of a client notes
Use AI to read all clients' notes and have the ability to ask questions. I have about 20 years of notes, and looking through them is time-consuming.

Custom review date
Next review date reminder should ONLY fall on Monday - Friday. It would be best if i can actually select a date when choosing custom

Separate completed tasks from Notes
It would be nice to have completed tasks and notes in separate categories to keep things organized. Notes should just be meeting dictations and document random client requests. This way meeting notes can easily be reviewed and stored in one place, and you can easily access previous tasks if you need to relook at something you have done.
Also, you would be able to pull reports on InProgress tasks, completed tasks and previous meeting notes for the advisors3 votes -

Add a Project feature to the left side menu so we can add projects that we're working on
Add a tab for Projects so teams can collaborate on specific projects they are working on.

Custom Export Template - General Info for Retirement Plan Data
Right now there's no way to capture the General Infor data from inside a client's Account that shows the Plan Name, Contract #, Plan Year, Eligibility, Entry Date, Vesting, etc. as part of a custom export template. I've had a call with Redtail and they agree the feature doesn't exist. I want to be able to use a quick list and then be able to export that data so I can filter a report by entry dates. That way I will know which of our plans has a quarterly entry, semi-annual, annual, etc.

Having email notifications for assigned opportunities would be amazing, and the capability to add multiple assignees or a team to an opportunity would be helpful.
We need to allow opportunities to link with accounts and activities as well!

Custom Report to Track Accounts Held Away
We have added accounts held away to our database and have marked them as such. However, reporting features including the Custom Export Template do not allow us to filer or differentiate between the assets under management and assets held away. Please add a field that allows us to differentiate between the two on reports.

Adding custom dates that show on calendar
There should be an option or data field that allows for the addition of custom dates that can be added and shown on the calendar, similar to how birthdays and anniversaries show. The field should allow for a Custom name followed by a date. For example, "Proposal Date." Yes, wedding date or anniversary is significant but why is the day she said yes, not significant?

Process Stage or Progress Tab/Section in Client Profile
On each client or open task, you could write a list of the things items you need to do until the whole process is complete.
Let's say you have do a rollover for a client. So step 1 would be get the clients statements, step to is to open an account, etc... and you check the boxes as you go, and it timestamps when you checked the box.

Photo editor in email composer unusable
In order to add a photo to an email composed in Redtail, you have to upload to Imgur, copy the link, then edit the link. There are no instructions on how to do this and it is not user friendly.
You should be able to upload images directly from your computer.
Also, the resizing feature in the image uploader is broken. The photos are received full size no matter what size you make them in Redtail.

Meeting record
I want a tab or similar access to a record of actual client reviews/meetings that happened. I use the "first review date" to track the most recent review, but updating it effectively erases a record of when we met. We track that via activities or notes, but we use those features for many other events, so the meetings can get lost.
You should also be able to track reviews vs regular meetings. Sometimes a client has a quick question or a topic related meeting, which isn't a full review. I want to document these and have record of it.

Scheduling preferences and logistics
I want to track client scheduling preferences such as phone vs. email; which office they go to, or if they do phone or Zoom; who to reach out to (some spouses handle scheduling); and minor things like if they like coffee/tea.
Importantly, I want to be able to a) search by these categories and b) run reports based on them.
Ex. I could run a phone number report for people who want to schedule via phone but exclude people who prefer to schedule via email. Or I could run a report for people who meet at Office A, and it…

Notes Report
When using the notes report feature, allow the columns to be shrunk to size to make it print with less pages, select the notes to be included in the report so we can skip over unnecessary ones/choose specific ones, and make the font on the report changeable to shrink or enlarge as needed.
