Linking Contacts to Calendar
When entering an appointment in the calendar, allow us to add multiple linked contacts in that pop up rather than having to open up the entire meeting to add the spouse.

adding Pins to webmail hosted email
Attach an option to pin emails to the top of the list of email in the inbox. Preferably in Outlook using Zimbra connector on webmail.redtailtechnology.com.

Client authentication (not redtail users)
Create a radio button in the client profile that allows you to send a text code to the phone number on record for the client to authenticate them. A window then pops up in the client profile and The client can then repeat that code back and you can enter it. Once you enter it, it logs it in the redtail notes that you verified the client. This feature could be used as an add on to notes where a client is requesting funds from an account etc.

Add a report to print beneficiaries by Household
We need a way of confirming beneficiary information with our clients annually. A report showing beneficiaries by household, by account would be highly desired due to the important nature of this information.

Delete unused activity types used by others on team
I work on a large team and everyone uses different activity types, so when I create an activity I have to look through a list of like 30 activity types instead of just the five that I specifically use. It would be great to be able to customize my preferred activity types by deleting things that aren't relevant to me.

Add a Project feature to the left side menu so we can add projects that we're working on
Add a tab for Projects so teams can collaborate on specific projects they are working on.

Dark Mode
Redtail finally added a dark mode! It would be ideal if it was black instead of gray though. That way it would look more like the dark mode with Dark Reader (the google chrome extension). Even better they could add an extra mode that is darker. (Sort of like Twitter's Dark Mode: Dim or Lights out). It's still too bright with the mode redtail just put in.

Bulk Actions by Seminar and Attendee Status
Bulk Actions by Seminar and Attendee Status - It would be an extremely valuable feature to be able to do an advanced search that can filter contacts by their attendee status for seminars. For example, we use the bulk actions to send a broadcast message to invite clients to the event. A week later we send out a reminder to RSVP but I would not like to send an RSVP reminder to those who have already RSVP'd. It would so be able to send out a broad cast email to those who have RSVP'd.

Show product when linking Accounts to Notes
When linking an account to a note, the list of accounts shows the account number, status, and Account Type. Please include the product because sometimes all of the account types are the same so there is no way to know which account is which.

Notify Creator of an Activity via Email (not just added attendees)
Many people at our firm create their own activities and we would like to be able to receive the email notification for an activity being created. We understand that currently, only attendees added by the creator of the activity get notified. However, it would be great to be able to get notified via email as the creator of the activity as well.

Holidays
Why are all the Holiday's not listed on the calendar? Mother's Day and Father's Day are missing. Christmas and New Year's Day are there but not Eves. Good Friday shows but not Easter. ALL HOLIDAYS NEED TO BE SEEN!

Allow team members to view scheduled messages in Speak
Our team uses RT Speak to send appointment reminders to clients and our financial advisor. However we run into issues when someone has set up a scheduled message and the appointment changes, because if the person who created the scheduled message is out of office, we have no way of editing or canceling the reminder. It would be incredible to be able to see AND edit the scheduled messages of your team members. OR allow us to create a "sub profile", if you will, to send messages from - you would select whether you wanted the message sent from your…

Employer Address Shared to the Contact Card as "Work" Address
It would be helpful if the business/work address of an Employer fed over into the contact card of the contact under "work" address. This would eliminate unnecessary time manually adding in the work address if multiple employees are clients. I'd recommend treating it just like a "Family"... If a contact's work address is different than the main address, then make it possible to have the work address added first, then assign the Employer to the Individual. That way, the Employer address will be shared to the contact card.

Could you add the ability for the main search bar to look up clients by Client ID, not just by name?
We’re reducing the use of personally identifiable information in our internal communication, so Client IDs are becoming our go-to. Right now we have to use Advanced Search—or swap an ID into a random contact’s URL—to find someone by ID. If the main search bar supported Client ID lookup, it would make the process faster, cleaner, and more secure for our team.

Foreign Currency and TIDs
Update Redtail so that it can house Foreign Currency and TIDs - this will help with linking accounts that are out of country (especially those in neighboring countries like Mexico and Canada)

Lock down root "Clients" folder in Redtail Imaging
Someone on our team inadvertently archived our root client folder in Redtail Imaging. Obviously their mistake, but it should not be that easy to archive such an important root folder. Because our file system is so large, the archive view won't even load our archived files. The Redtail support team is helping us restore them, but we don't have our client files until they do. There seems to be no way to lock down the root folder, and still allow all the folders underneath it to be editable by our team. This seems to be an important feature.
