  1. More contrast on Contact Record Page, too much white- boxes run together

    One suggestion I'd make with the latest update is readjusting the contrast in colors on the contact page for each individual client. Currently there is minimal contrast between the different boxes of Contact Card, Contact Details, Adding a Note, etc. It makes it difficult to see where boxes start and end now, things start to run together now.

  2. workflow Notes & Linked Notes

    We are currently onboarding into Redtail from Tamarac CRM and I'm trying to get our current processes to work within Redtail's workflows and it is a struggle. Our current tasks have a description box like Redtail's but then there is also a follow up notes box as well that can always be added to or edited until that task is completed. Here are the issues we've encountered and my suggestions:
    - With a non-workflow redtail task there is the linked notes section. Why is that not available within a workflow task? Could this be added?

  4. Case Creation

    I would like to request the ability to create cases that can be assigned to client accounts and for an internal Case Queue to manage/close these cases.

  5. Assign Estimated Time to Complete to Workflow Templates!

    To better track capacity across our service team, I propose adding a feature to our workflows that allows us to assign an estimated time to complete for each workflow template. This enhancement would enable us to monitor and manage each processor's workload more effectively. It would be great if we could also have a capacity dashboard for each processor!

  6. Customize Interface

    I would highly suggest to allow users to customize the interface. What I mean by that is, when I pull up a contact Past Due & Next 30 takes up 80% of the screen. Opportunities is the Number One Driver for new sales- so when Mrs. Smith calls and I go to pull her their contact I have to then click "More" on the left hand side and then click "Opportunities" to see whatever Opportunities Mrs. Smith has. That information should be right where Past Due & Next 30 currently is- what I would really like is to be able…

  7. Increase the number of Departments Customize Fields.

    More customizable fields than just four for departments would be helpful. Name, email, online, phone, or contact. The majority of the departments I work with have phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, websites, and login credentials. The fax number is now shown to me under the Contact card on the right. I have to linger over the department fax number till the name displays in order for me to know whether it is the correct one. Having to look at twelve different work fax numbers strains my eyes greatly.

  9. Being able to turn off notifications for "guest" users

    Our team wanted to rollout suite sync in hopes of being able to schedule meetings easier, have visibility of our calendars outside of redtail, etc. We were very excited about the 1:1 sync with outlook as we were hoping to use MS Bookings. Though, when we started syncing our teams calendars and were notified that the guest users that were created from existing outlook events were receiving redtail notifications. After further googling, there is absolutely no way to turn these notifications off. ABSOLUTELY INSANE! This basically makes the 1:1 sync of outlook to redtail unusable! The worst part is that…

  10. Add Hidden Workflow Templates

    Hidden Workflow Templates.

    I don't mind sharing my templates but I am a workflow queen so I am looking to create many personalized templates for my tasks to stay on top of my work load. However, I don't want other people to have to weed through my personalized templates to find their templates and vice versa. So private templates would be a fabulous addition.   11. Account Reports: "As of" date for account balances and positions

    Please include "as of date" of the balance and positions in any of the account reports. The only place that happens is in the client's accounts positions screen but that is not printable. Thank you.

  12. Rep chat comments

    Currently, the rep chat info goes into the notes section. When looking for notes, you have to scroll through and it's cumbersome at times because some clients text all the time. Is there a way to have another section for that or distinguish rep chat vs true notes??

  13. talk to text feature

    In the notes we would like a feature where we can talk to text into the notes so we do not have to type up notes each time. Also if you could integrate Windows Copilot into Redtail that would be nice.

  14. Opportunities Templates and Date of Creation Filter

    I would like the ability to edit the opportunity template including stages and types. Not every opportunity needs to be limited to 9 stages, nor does there need to be 9 stages for all users of Redtail. Being able to customize what stages you have and why type of opportunity it is would be very beneficial across all users on Redtail.

    Additionally, I would like the option to be able to filter opportunities by the date the opportunity was created. Either being from a specific month or a year or by the entirety.

  15. We should be able to add new hires with email access automatically instead of the database owner having to call redtail to authorize

    Each time there is a new user, the user should automatically have email history access instead of having the database owner having to call Redtail each time we hire someone.

  16. date of linked document

    I would like to see the date a document was added in the Linked Documents section. When I go back and need to look at a document, it would help to have the date it was added, so I know which doc is the latest.

  17. Edit Notes / Comments

    It is critical to be able to edit notes and comments. When we have multiple employees working with the same client, at the same time, it is crucial that everyone notates every conversation, action item, and pending task being performed in real time. However, sometimes those notes/comments need to be adjusted to account for updates. Currently everytime an adjustment needs to be made, we must create a new note or add additional comments....which usually results in a note becoming ridiculously long. This leads the comment section to become highly unorganized and extremely difficult to follow/understand. (At minimum, having the ability…

  20. Activity template search

    When you go to create an activity template, have a search bar to filter all the templates. We have over 30 templates for varies jobs. It would be great to have a search bar to narrow down what we are looking for instead of scrolling through a list. DocuSign has a great feature of creating an envelope from a list of templates with a search bar at the top.
