Private activities identifier
After performing a manual backup, we are receiving all activities, including those that are "Private." However, we need a way to identify these "Private" activities, as they are not explicitly marked as such and their permissions are not retained in the backup data.

Hyperlink to Activity from Linked workflow generated via automation
Currently when a workflow is generated via an automation by an activity trigger, there is a link at the top of the activity to be able to go to the workflow generated. There should be a similar link on the top or somewhere on the workflow page that goes back to the activity it's linked to.
Why is this necessary if the activity is open already in another tab of your browser you may ask?
Because you can open workflows from other places in the CRM and not have quick access to the activity or even know what activity it's…

Colors on accounts wheel were changed to different shades of blue. Makes it difficult to differentiate. Please change back!
Recently the colors on the Accounts Wheel on the Today page were changed. It is all shades of blue and difficult to differentiate. Please change back!

Orion planning
For Orion Planning, when you create a contact or import from Redtail, there should be an option to bundle more than one questionnaire for the client to fill out when they get set up.

Disable wedding anniversary reminders on an individual basis
Have a checkbox similar to the "Enable DOB Reminder" but for wedding anniversaries. We like to send texts to our clients for their birthdays and anniversaries. This would help us only have clients included in our reminder list.

multiple integrate
It would be awesome if we could do a mass integration to our broker-dealer website, AdviceWorks. Right now we have to integrate one contact record at a time.

In the dark mode you cannot tell in clients contact record what their primary contact, email, etc. is.
It's usually bold and red, now the font color is just black and you can't even tell that it's bold. Thinking either make the primary be red again or blue.

Search Bar in CRM for all texts not just contacts
Please remove the word contacts and open up the search field to all text in a calendar. I can't believe the CRM is still limited to contact only search its very limiting from an advisor perspective.

Search Bar Open to search on all texts
The calendar needs to be more robust than contact only searches. I should be able to find any text throughout my entire calendar by entering any text and for the calendar to find it.

Show Renewal Dates in Calendar
I’d like to strongly advocate for the ability to display the “Renewal Date” field from Accounts in the CRM calendar view. This is not just a helpful feature, it’s a critical one for financial planning professionals.
To be specific: we’re asking for the dates entered into the “Renewal Date” defined field from each Account to be made available as an optional calendar display to help keep track of those important renewal dates approaching, similar to how client birthdays can currently be shown. This would dramatically improve our efficiency and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Save custom calendar filters
We use multiple filters to view admin calendars vs advisor/scheduling calendars and would like to save the filter settings to make it easier to go back and forth between the 2 views. With so many activity types, it is time consuming to find and click all the "types" for a given view.

AI that can read all of a client notes
Use AI to read all clients' notes and have the ability to ask questions. I have about 20 years of notes, and looking through them is time-consuming.

Sort Multiple Options by priority.
I want to be able to sort multiple things at a time and be able to save that way of sorting. For example, I want to sort by "!", then "#", then "Subject". That way I know what order I need to do things for the day instead of constantly changing sorting options each time I finish an activity.

Activity / Notes Formatting Problem
When we link more than 5 accounts to an activity, the resulting note (after the activity is completed and posted) becomes very narrow and hard to read. It shrinks from about 15–20 words per line to only 5–7 words.
We believe this happens because the linked accounts are displayed in columns instead of a list (rows), which reduces the available space for the note text.
Please consider updating the layout so the linked accounts display in a list format or wrap more efficiently, allowing the note to retain its full width.

Tag groups in Workflows
When a client is attached to a workflow, we should be able to attach what Tag groups can be added/removed to the client throughout the different steps

Remove automatic consolidation of completed activity notes.
New update makes completed activities on the main client page consolidate. This creates a ton of re-work in having to go back to open each closed activity to review recently completed activities. Please make this a default that can be turned on or off.
