Client authentication (not redtail users)
Create a radio button in the client profile that allows you to send a text code to the phone number on record for the client to authenticate them. A window then pops up in the client profile and The client can then repeat that code back and you can enter it. Once you enter it, it logs it in the redtail notes that you verified the client. This feature could be used as an add on to notes where a client is requesting funds from an account etc.

Linking Contacts to Calendar
When entering an appointment in the calendar, allow us to add multiple linked contacts in that pop up rather than having to open up the entire meeting to add the spouse.

adding Pins to webmail hosted email
Attach an option to pin emails to the top of the list of email in the inbox. Preferably in Outlook using Zimbra connector on webmail.redtailtechnology.com.

Remove automatic consolidation of completed activity notes.
New update makes completed activities on the main client page consolidate. This creates a ton of re-work in having to go back to open each closed activity to review recently completed activities. Please make this a default that can be turned on or off.

Delete unused activity types used by others on team
I work on a large team and everyone uses different activity types, so when I create an activity I have to look through a list of like 30 activity types instead of just the five that I specifically use. It would be great to be able to customize my preferred activity types by deleting things that aren't relevant to me.

Account Flag
Hello.
I would be VERY helpful to be able to use the account flags (Tax Qualified, Discretionary, Managed, Held Away) as a search parameter in the Advanced Search. We have certain account prefixes for different types of accounts and this would help to verify accounts.
At the very least, make an option for Flags in the Custom Export Template feature. That way we could could export it to Excel and sort it.

Exclude Invalid Addresses from mass mailings. In SmartOffice, if we marked as an address as invalid, the system would automatically exclude

In SmartOffice, if we marked as an address as invalid, the system would automatically exclude those addresses from mass mailings/printings, therefore keeping efficiency in the office. It would do the same for email addresses. It would be nice if Redtail had this feature rather than us having to manually sort thru our data each time.

Improve accounts tab layout and add customizability
Currently, only certain information is readily available on the accounts tab without going into each account. To resolve this, allow for customizing the columns shown in the family accounts section to allow for some information to be removed if not in use (i.e. flags, risk if you don't use orion planning, face value for brokerage accounts, etc.) and add columns that would be more useful for different account types (i.e. investment objective for brokerage accounts, account owner or account title, RMD information, IRA Contributions, etc.).

Show the tax qualified type to the description of accounts when attaching to an activity
Right now, when you attach an account to an activity, the account shows up as "[account number] - [account type]" but most of our accounts are brokerage accounts. The information I actually need in order to work quicker is what the tax qualified status of the account is. I'd like to be able to see "[account number] - [account type] - [tax qualified type]" or hover over the account link to see it's tax qualified type.
Our group has hijacked the account type field to list the tax qualified type because it makes using the CRM so much easier, but…

Allow custom date formatting for data inserted via custom contact spreadsheet processes
Allow custom date formatting (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY) for data inserted via custom contact spreadsheet processes, to match the format used when users manually select dates in UDF fields.

reorder contact info
Would help organize client's contact info if we were able to reorder them without deleting and reentering the info. Then you could just move preferred method to the top or put one email above another.

AI that can read all of a client notes
Use AI to read all clients' notes and have the ability to ask questions. I have about 20 years of notes, and looking through them is time-consuming.

Custom review date
Next review date reminder should ONLY fall on Monday - Friday. It would be best if i can actually select a date when choosing custom

Add a Project feature to the left side menu so we can add projects that we're working on
Add a tab for Projects so teams can collaborate on specific projects they are working on.

Custom Export Template - General Info for Retirement Plan Data
Right now there's no way to capture the General Infor data from inside a client's Account that shows the Plan Name, Contract #, Plan Year, Eligibility, Entry Date, Vesting, etc. as part of a custom export template. I've had a call with Redtail and they agree the feature doesn't exist. I want to be able to use a quick list and then be able to export that data so I can filter a report by entry dates. That way I will know which of our plans has a quarterly entry, semi-annual, annual, etc.

Having email notifications for assigned opportunities would be amazing, and the capability to add multiple assignees or a team to an opportunity would be helpful.
We need to allow opportunities to link with accounts and activities as well!

Custom Report to Track Accounts Held Away
We have added accounts held away to our database and have marked them as such. However, reporting features including the Custom Export Template do not allow us to filer or differentiate between the assets under management and assets held away. Please add a field that allows us to differentiate between the two on reports.
