    it would be great if we could preview documents before we open them...maybe something similar to our computer windows explorer...

  2. completed appointments

    The default on a client record should not be that we have to complete tasks in order for us to see the correct next activity date. I never complete phone calls or client meetings. I want to be able to see them on the calendar without having to select "show completed". On a personal calendar you do not remove a completed appointment because it is done. You want to be able to easily go back and see when it was.

  3. Dates on Open Activities list on client dashboard

    On the client dashboard could you please list the date for that weeks activities. Once it gets to the current week it only states that day of the week. But when I am trying to confirm appointments and am in the clients account I have to open the activity to verify the date. I would be nice if the actual date is listed for all activities, even the activities that take place on the current week.

  4. Would like to be able to search by a contact's "country" address field

    Currently there is no "country" field available to search by when Advanced Search = Address even though there is a country field associated with each address. So how, for example, can we bring up a list of clients living in a certain country?

  5. Creator receiving own team email notification

    In old RT the creator of an activity would receive an email notification when selecting "team notify". That no longer is the case. It was helpful in that it was a second look at what you had sent out and would maybe make you realize you had made a mistake in the activity you originally created. I would like for this feature to come back.

  6. Include Phone number of contact on activities report

    On the activities Report It give me the contact but not the phone number I understand that when I am on the computer I can hover over the contact name and get it but I print my reports out and take them with me and then when I have a free minute or two I will make phone calls.

  7. Renewal Calendar Reminder

    I am in the health insurance business, and we have renewal dates for the health policies. The account platform is great to put the account information, carrier, product type, and renewal date in. The only issue I have with this is when you put the renewal date in, it doesn't populate a reminder in the calendar. I was wondering if this feature could be added. Right now I have to run a report with the renewal dates, and then add them to the calendar as recurring activities. This leaves a lot of room for human error. This added feature would…

  8. Searchable activities on Dashboard/Today's Overview

    It would be good to be able to search Activities on Dashboard or Today's Overview to find particular activities for multiple clients (such as spouses or employees of the same company).

  9. If changes, updates or additions to Activities and Notes could automatically save, or at least ask if you want to save before you move away

    If changes, updates or additions to Activities and Notes could automatically save, or at least a prompt if you want to save before you move away. Things can get moving very fast at administrative desks, and entering a note while the phone is ringing, or updating an activity while being given other instructions are not rare occurrences, and not having an update to an appointment or note of a transaction stick can cause major malfunctions for office operations.   10. Advanced Search always available

    Advanced Search should be available anytime the search bar is available, just to the right of the bar. Currently, on pages where only the search bar is available, I have to 'search' a blank search field, then click Advanced Search when it appears. There's space for an Advanced Search link out to the right of the search bar.

  11. License Type Database List

    The license type database list is incomplete. While adding licenses for advisors, I was unable to add Series 1, Series 22, Series 31, and Series 53. I submitted a ticket to support technology but I was told that this feature is unavailable, and they suggested that I post it as a suggestion.

  12. Automatically update last review date in client review section

    It would be nice if I could schedule a client meeting on the calendar and complete it then the date would auto fill in the the first review date of the client review field under know your client.

  13. Activity report based on date activity was created

    We would like to create an activity report based on the date the activity was created as opposed to the date of the actual activity. We would like to use this report in order to double check all the activities that were created each day and be able to look at a daily report of all activities added.

  15. "Important Information" Block

    We would love it if there was a block where we could input important general contact information at the top of the main page for a contact. Currently, we can only enter such information in Notes, which are not editable and usually get buried in the timeline. We want a block that is very visible upon opening a contact's page, where we can put general information like "usually in Florida from December through May" or "currently battling cancer", etc. We also want to be able to add to and edit the information in this "block" as needed.

    Portfolio Detailed report needs to be more detailed. Life policies - Benefit amount, premium. Fixed accounts - Interest Rates. LTC policies - Daily Benefit, Premium..ect

  17. Automation Based on Client Marital Status Change

    Add "Contact Marital Status Change" as a trigger event for automations. That way we can trigger a workflow to see if the contact wishes to change their beneficiaries, send a sympathy or congratulations card (depending on whether their status changed to widowed or to married), and contact the client to see if they would like to update their financial plan.

  18. Contact Detail Report

    The current Contact Detail Report has several issuses (some of which have already been tagged by others.) My two main issues with it are:
    1. It doesn't print all the addresses/phone numbers/etc. on the contact card. Apparently just the primaries? Many of our clients have vacation homes, alternate mailing addresses etc. Everything in the Contact Card should print.
    2. The "Custom Titles" don't print with the information. You end up with unlabeled numbers & addresses - the custom titles are very important. (Joe's cell/Joe's work/Ann's cell/Ann's daughter/Ann's work)

  20. More Detailed Activities Report

    In Activity Report I can generate a report that shows completed appointments by advisors YTD and in the last 12 month. However - I need to identify the advisor the appointment was assigned to as well as the Avisor of the client (sometimes they are different) and the client type - A+, A, B or C. If I send the results to search and custom import it I will lose the appointment information.
