LinkedIn - Contact Import
Be able to choose contacts and their information imported from LinkedIn or other sites to the CRM without having to manually enter in people information.
For example. I'd be able to click the names of people I'm connected with in LinkedIn to be able to be uploaded to the CRM as potential leads for me to contact

add a designated beneficiary area for beneficiary information.
Memberships isn't good enough. Adding beneficiaries to individual accounts is too time consuming. What I'm surprised Redtail doesn't offer is a designated area for beneficiary information (like a tab under Know Your Client). For our office, beneficiaries usually are the same across all accounts, minus a couple here and there. It would be nice if we had a specific region that would have the following:
Beneficiary Name
Beneficiary Type (Primary, Contingent, etc)
Relationship
Date of Birth
Social Security Number

Make it possible to change a client's next review date without changing first review date!
It is frustrating when we need to move a client's 'next review date' to another month - go to Edit and only option is to change 'FIRST review date' thus losing that information; there should be an option to change 'NEXT review date.'

Add a Mail Merge Field for excluding deceased spouse/ family members
This is a problem for our bulk correspondence with clients, as a spousenickname-firstname field still turns up the deceased's name in our letters. Please add an option to exclude this.

Activity Creator should get notification of task completed
Currently, when I create a task for an employee, I have to list myself as well in order to be notified by email when they complete the task. I would prefer to not list myself because the overview page lists "2 users" in the assigned to box and I cannot easily tell who the task is for (me or my employee). I would rather that you create a preference option that allows whoever assigned the tax to be automatically emailed when the task is completed. Laserapp - Memberships
all memberships should transfer to laser app, not just children, they could be ex spouse or other family members that are benes. the way it is now i have to input the info in membership with redtail & imput the same in laser app when all person attached to a contact should beable to be picked & added not just children

Create a standard report that list all beneficiaries for all accounts and policies. Or, at at a minimum, enable the ability to create an export report that list all beneficiaries for all accounts and policies.

On the Personal Profile form could you add the "know your client" information/sections to the form?
The personal profile form is great, but we would like to see the "know your client" information or sections added to that form. We would like to utilize this form when clients come into the office, they could look over a printed off form and make any changes or updates to their profile.

Triggers
It would be exponentially helpful to expand triggers to include options related to office processes! (ie, 'appointment completed', certain activity added to a calendar, workflows). This would create a lot of efficiency through automating those processes, versus the automation related to data that is currently offered.

Add automation trigger based on COMPLETION, allowing delayed activity assignment as action
Automation triggered by COMPLETION of certain activities/events. For example: The completion of a client review triggers an activity for a user 75 days later. The newly created activity is a task to call/email that client for their next review. The current method (creation of activity) does not account for delays and reschedules.

Link Account to Multiple Contacts
I would like to be able to link accounts to multiple contacts. Joint accounts, also trust accounts where the trustees may or may not be a part of the same household. It would also be nice for the purpose of linking a power of attorney to an account.

Memberships - Titles, Phone #s and email
When viewing the memberships of businesses and our plan clients it would be helpful if we could see their title, phone number and email on the membership screen instead of having to click on each member....or maybe just a pop up box with the same info when you roll over the name. Thanks.

Enable ability to filter the data included in Charts on Today's Overview
Create the ability to check on/off the data to be included for viewing in the Contacts by Status, Category, Accounts, and Opportunities charts. Also have the system save whatever criteria was last set, until changed. Doing so would make these charts reflective of data that's actually meaningful, rather than just everything that's in the CRM database (some of which may be old and irrelevant currently).

Email notification
The email notification is great. I would like for us to be able to see the person it's assigned to, AND those who are notified, so we can know who's 'in the loop.'

filter notes by user in contact
While in a contact's record, I'd like to have the ability to filter notes by user. We have a team that services each contact, so multiple people enter notes. I'd like an easier way to find notes I made for a particular client that doesn't require me to run a report.

Automation templates & recurring workflows
Please add the ability to automate templates based on time periods/dates. Right now, templates can automatically be applied based on certain actions (i.e. adding new clients). It would be a tremendous help to have the ability to set templates to automatically run every quarter (or other time frame). For example, I run a client invoicing template every quarter and the process can be automated by applying this template automatically each quarter.

customizing columns in accounts overview
It would be helpful to be able to customize the column heading choices and column widths with one standard setup rather than having to individually customize them with each client.

filter timeline by user
Add a dropdown box to the Timeline allowing you to sort by user (just like you already have on the dashboard for activities).
I often just want to review the things my assistant did in my redtail database, but it's cluttered with all of my activities, which I don't care to review.
