  1. Workflow Template List

    When I am making changes to my workflow templates and want to go back to the list, I would like to go back to the same place in my list . If I access a template on page 3, then go back, it takes me to page 1 and I have to click through the pages to get back to where I was. When I am going down the list to make one change to multiple templates, I have to keep clicking through the pages (see my suggestion/comment on workflow cards)

  2. grammarly

    Utilizing Grammarly.com within the system to help write emails to clients via RT. This program helps not just with spelling and grammar but with tone, clarity, engagement, delivery, ect. We have found it super useful but think integrating it automatically would be even better!

  3. Additonal options

    I would like to see the option to add a document (attachment) to the Seminar Detail page. This would keep track of the seminar (restaurant and venue contracts), changes, updates to the seminar and the original event roster. Currently, there is no options for this.

  4. Link Workflow Templates or Have Step Templates to Build Workflows

    It would be great to be able to have cards for certain steps that you can use to create workflows. Or be able to combine workflows together.

    I have a similar step in most of my workflows and/or individually created workflow . If I change/add/remove a task and want it to apply to all my workflows and templates, I have to make changes in about 20+ templates. It would be great if we could create cards for this. Then when I adjust the process of that one step, I just change the card and it will reflect in all my…

  5. Imaging search for files by custom date range

    It would be very helpful if Redtail Imaging allowed for us to search for all files uploaded in a custom date range.

  6. printing to a label maker

    I have a Brother QL 500 label maker that I use continually. Everyone in the office has one, would it be possible to have a system set up to print the Clients Name and address from the RT contact group. For those of use who use Label Makers I think it's be Really a nice help.

  7. red capture

    I would like to have a workflow launched if a contact updates their information through RedCapture.

    I think this would mean a new trigger event of "Note added", then I can specify the note contains the words "Updated by Red Capture" or something similar.

  8. notification when clients arrive

    There should be a way to "check in" linked contacts when they arrive that notifies the user when they have arrived

  9. Manage Database Lists - Style Guide included

    When managing our Database Lists it would be helpful if there was an option to clarify what the item means to us when an item is added to the list, essentially giving the ability to enter the style guide right into the CRM instead of having to re-create the wheel by having to create a style guide outside of the CRM.
    It would also give other users the ability to know exactly what the item means (on screen, maybe with a pop up when hovering over the item that gives the items style guide information) without having to refer to…

  10. tag group permissions

    I think the entire system would be better served it the admin had the ability to set permissions to even Tag Groups, or Searching or even rule or list deletion. I think it would better secure the sytem.
    ***I also think the Personal Profile would be 10X better if it include all the different interest and keywords and tag groups for that specific contact group. It just seem strange that it only includes just a small ammount of information.

    All emails sent through Redtail should be able to be tracked for legal requirements. For now, only broadcast emails appear to get tracked.

  15. Telephone support and user feedback

    Does Redtail REALLY want feed back? Then have your telephone support representatives input the suggestions we make during our calls. I don't know why software companies insist that the user take their time to search through hundreds of previously submitted suggestions in order to make or vote for a suggestion. This approach is archaic and may have worked back in the day when your users were computer techs offering tech recommendations. But today the vast majority of your users are financial professionals like myself.

  16. add "all in one" funnel marketing

    I have used "all in one funnel marketing" from companies like Clickfunnels and Kartra. They allow you to set up automated ad campaigns that can include automated email and webinars and scheduling.

    Because Redtail has many of the capabilities already in their CRM, I recommend you add the final integrations and capabilities to allow an "all in one" marketing system.

    This would be a huge benefit to your members as well as a huge additional revenue stream for Redtail.

  18. Add spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses in Contact Record

    It'd be great if in the same area that has phone, email, etc, there were a spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses. Maybe under Social Media or as it's own category. Now I just keep track of this info under Important Information.

  19. Adding the most recent Notes listed to clients on reports

    As we need to track our interaction with our Senior Clients (62 years+) per the SEC, it would be nice to be able to have the most recent note come over on reports (ex: RMD reports, client reports by age, etc.) so that we can generate a report, show the last contact had with any notes that are entered and save for auditing purposes.

  20. Unlink Household Home Phone Number in Family

    I understand when you add a “Home” phone number into Redtail, it syncs that number with other contacts within the linked family.

    Per https://help.redtailtechnology.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022954374-Shared-Family-Contact-Card-Info

    However, the problem is when you try to sync Redtail to a form filling software such as LaserApp or Quik!, it uses the “Home” phone as the primary number on the form itself. This is not ideal if the household does not have a landline phone or uses their “Mobile” phone as primary.

    We can rename the “Home” number with a custom title like “Cell” to correct this. However, that number would still sync to the…
