Add a Trigger Event for Automations for Calendar Entry- change or completion
Automation triggers that are tied to calendar entries- when added, modified or, specifically, completed. This could then begin post appointment follow up workflows.

REMOVE chat bubble or make it MOVEABLE
Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

Workflow Step Due Date - Add date of creation
Normally when workflows are created we have to select the due dates for the step based on "before target date", "on target date", or "after target date". Can we add an option for the due date to be "day of creation" or possibly choosing a time that is based on "after creation date.

Activity Description Box - Save Description Box Extend settings
Within the Activity Description Box each time I use this section I have to use the resize triangle. I would like the settings for when I resize to remain from activity to activity and that it remembers the description box size. How can I make my resize preference permanent.

Drag and drop
It would be very useful to be able to drag and drop Workflow tasks to another date rather than having to open them to re-assign the date.

Add Alerts Feature to Dashboard
There should be a place where you can go to see recent updates on your activities so you can take action. We get emails, but there are so many in number that they can get lost. What if it's added to the notification bell or something that way it is less likely to be missed.

Edit Notes / Comments
It is critical to be able to edit notes and comments. When we have multiple employees working with the same client, at the same time, it is crucial that everyone notates every conversation, action item, and pending task being performed in real time. However, sometimes those notes/comments need to be adjusted to account for updates. Currently everytime an adjustment needs to be made, we must create a new note or add additional comments....which usually results in a note becoming ridiculously long. This leads the comment section to become highly unorganized and extremely difficult to follow/understand. (At minimum, having the ability…

Workflow tasks should show up in the regular activity list of "things to do today".
I would like Workflow Tasks to show up in the regular activity list of "things to do today". That way, I can view past, upcoming, etc. workflow tasks in my regular activities list. Our entire office, including owner, HATE having to go to a completely separate area to see workflow tasks. As a matter-of-fact, many Workflow tasks are missed because they do not show in the regular activities list. This feature would be VERY helpful in doing our work, planning, and filling in when staff members are absent.

Link child/grandchild with Head of Household
Link child/grandchild dependent on the family tree to the head of household - allowing for the creation of a report that lists all clients with (as an example) children who are 14-16 years of age (pre-college). This will require some way to link the logic of a child/grandchild to the Head of Household. Example: allow a firm to create a report of all parents with pre-college kids to hold a targeted presentation.

We should be able to tag a group instead of individual attendees to an activity. This way even if team members change, we don't have to keep updating the attendees.

Populate calendar with annual review based on Effective date or Issue date
Most of our clients have multiple accounts. Each account has a different effective date, and therefor a different annual review date. Currently, we can only put in a review date for the client itself. Annual reviews are critical for annuity clients. I recommend that a calendar population based on 1 year from the effective date be automatically posted to the calendar. They are more important than birthdays, which can be automated through a partner site.

Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities
After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

Account Rider
In the section called Rider under accounts, can a field be added for yearly income. Accounts can have income rider that have a face amount but they also have the yearly income a client would get if the rider was turned on. Also can we add an option for if the rider is turned on or off.

bulk action
I would like to be able to, via bulk action, remove the data from an already established account field (such as "Invested - Initial"), and move it to a new account UDF field (in that same account) for every account in our Redtail system. So, in John Doe's account # 12345, the field "Invested - Initial" says $100,000. I want to move that date value ($100,000) to a UDF within that same account #12345. And I want to do it for every account for every client in our RT database. Thank you for your conseideration

it would be nice to actually view the different user's Calendar colors
when we choose our own individual Calendar colors, we use that to individualize because we compare our Calendar colors with another co-worker. So when we look at both Calendars, we need to see the 2 different colors, not have them look the same because that is our "view" from the color we chose for that activity

fmg suite email
Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

Report for insurance premiums due
I need to run a report for a life insurance policy to show the clients who have a premium coming due. I can run a custom export, but it doesn't reflect the client's who have modal premiums.

Default Permission
It would be helpful to be able to say "any contact added by XYZ user should be assigned a default Permission of ABC". The current options in the Automations do not allow for this.
We have multiple users in our database that only work under one team. It is an extra step for them to remember to add their Permission each time they add a contact and even harder to remember to go in and update any contacts that are created automatically as Employers or Spouses etc.
Having this set to happen automatically would be a huge time saver and…
