Linking spousal activities and notes
There should be a way to link all previous notes and activities to a spouse, even if they are added years later.

Hover for activity to see description on the contact screen
When in the Activities tab for our entire database, you are able to hover over the activity and a small popup window displays the description of the activity. I would like the same functionality when you are on an individual contact page viewing activities. It saves a lot of clicks.

Retirement date alert
My office is adding in all clients retirement date, and it would be nice to be able to get an alert for upcoming client retirement date so that a manual activity does not have to be created.

workflow report bulk actions
Please allow bulk selection/changing/actions on the Workflow Report and Workflow Task report. For example, being able to select multiple and completing them all at once

Allow having multiple entries as a form crs needs to be sent multiple times, not just 1 time.

Color code or allow hiding of completed workflow tasks so I can tell, with a glance, which workflow tasks need my attention.

Drag and drop
It would be very useful to be able to drag and drop Workflow tasks to another date rather than having to open them to re-assign the date.

Allow to choose to use actual dates in notes
Forcing notes to use date reference like "last Monday" "last Tuesday" etc can be very confusing. Allow us at least to toggle back to the actual dates for those terms please!

Activity Description Box - Save Description Box Extend settings
Within the Activity Description Box each time I use this section I have to use the resize triangle. I would like the settings for when I resize to remain from activity to activity and that it remembers the description box size. How can I make my resize preference permanent.

We need the ability to export a list that we run in contacts advanced search and be able to select the fields that we export.

Birthday Reminders
I think it would be a good idea to be able to trigger a reminder for a certain birthday. Like 72 for RMD's or 18 for clients who have certain accounts that need to be addressed when their child turns 18.

REMOVE chat bubble or make it MOVEABLE
Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

Add a Trigger Event for Automations for Calendar Entry- change or completion
Automation triggers that are tied to calendar entries- when added, modified or, specifically, completed. This could then begin post appointment follow up workflows.

adding the feature of Nicknames to labels so that I don't have to cut and paste everything for my 400 holiday cards
currently labels pull the full name or family name. It would be also good to pull the nickname as people often use their preferred nickname not their full name.

Trusted Contact and Authorized Person to Receive Information at Account Level
Trusted Contact and Authorized Person to Receive Information are Account specific. We have clients that have different Trusted Contacts assigned to different accounts. Therefore we would like to add the Trusted Contact and/or the Authorized Person to Receive Information in the "Ownership" section. As this section is already established to select individuals associated with the account (ie. "Insured").

Activity email should have link
When we receive activity update emails it would be helpful if there was a hyperlink to the activity so we don't get lost by having to log in and get distracted by other to do's. Tis is becoming a deal breaker for my team

Icon to show another user is in the same activity as you
We have an issue where two or more users are in the same activity at times (unaware someone else is in there as well) and because of this, notes that we type in are not saved. Can you show an icon or box or something to show that there is another user in the activity at that time? I know it would be difficult to save both user's notes or show real-time updates without saving, so an icon or notification would be great!

Dynamic due dates for workflow steps
Instead of conditioning all workflow steps off a single target date, adding a feature where one step can be spaced a certain number of days from the prior step. If the first step is completed before or after its initial due date, the due date of the next step adjusts dynamically to preserve the spacing between the steps. The user can specify whether they want all steps to be conditioned off the target date, of if they want to create a chain reaction where the timing of each step is based on the others.
