  2. custom report to PDF to show Client Account details and balance and withdrawals and RMD

    Rather than a spreadsheet I'd like a custom REPORT to PDF to showing Client Account details and balance and withdrawals and RMD and date for review with client

  3. Link child/grandchild with Head of Household

    Link child/grandchild dependent on the family tree to the head of household - allowing for the creation of a report that lists all clients with (as an example) children who are 14-16 years of age (pre-college). This will require some way to link the logic of a child/grandchild to the Head of Household. Example: allow a firm to create a report of all parents with pre-college kids to hold a targeted presentation.

  4. attendees

    We should be able to tag a group instead of individual attendees to an activity. This way even if team members change, we don't have to keep updating the attendees.

  5. Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities

    After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

  6. Populate calendar with annual review based on Effective date or Issue date

    Most of our clients have multiple accounts. Each account has a different effective date, and therefor a different annual review date. Currently, we can only put in a review date for the client itself. Annual reviews are critical for annuity clients. I recommend that a calendar population based on 1 year from the effective date be automatically posted to the calendar. They are more important than birthdays, which can be automated through a partner site.

  7. it would be nice to actually view the different user's Calendar colors

    when we choose our own individual Calendar colors, we use that to individualize because we compare our Calendar colors with another co-worker. So when we look at both Calendars, we need to see the 2 different colors, not have them look the same because that is our "view" from the color we chose for that activity

    Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

  9. Seminar REGISTRANTS v. Invited Contacts

    Please set up Seminar so that the count that appears at the top of the page counts the contacts who have registered to attend the event, not just counting all contacts that have been linked to/invited to the event.

    For instance, we have 50+ registrants and that count doesn’t appear at the top of the page, but the number of contacts that have been added to the Seminar/event (invitees) appears at the top of the page as attendees, which isn’t an accurate summary of actual registrants.

  10. Report for insurance premiums due

    I need to run a report for a life insurance policy to show the clients who have a premium coming due. I can run a custom export, but it doesn't reflect the client's who have modal premiums.

  12. Show Filter information for Opportunities

    Would be helpful for the Filter Date range to show on the opportunities section. It's confusing when I click "all" and the date filter (that is hidden) filters out opportunities not within the date range.

  13. allow daily calendar to print like it used to without the Filter events box printing at the top

    When you print the daily calendar, it prints the filter events box at the top - it didn't used to do that -

  14. Need to be able to give users access to see "roles".

    The "Roles" need to be seen by users, not just administrators. Please make it possible for users to see the "Roles" without being an admin. It makes no sense that a user (who is not an admin) cannot lookup who the "Associate Advisor" or "CSA" for a particular client is.

  15. Additional/ Customizable Fields in the KYC Financials Tab

    We want to see more Tabs under the Financials. Secondary Objective, Additional Experience boxes for other types of investments, Special Expenses and Special Expenses Time Frame just to name a few of what we need. Please allow customizable fields in KYC/ Financials or a whole new Suitability section in KYC.

  16. Create option to "freeze" the 'all day' row

    Please add the ability to "Freeze" the "all day" row in the calendar so that it holds at the top of the calendar even when scrolling to later times in the day. When scheduling for multiple users later in the day (so that you are unable to see the "all day" row), it is easy to forget when people are out of the office, it's a holiday, people are working from home, etc... If that row were frozen, far fewer scheduling mishaps would occur!!

  17. Go directly to "Activity Details" when creating a new activity

    We want to be able to go straight to the activity details page when creating a new activity. This would create some efficiencies for our team (fewer clicks for activity creation) but, more importantly, it would reduce duplicate email notifications for activities.

    For example, right now, when we click "Add activity" and add the relevant details in the abbreviated "Create Activity" window, attendees get an "activity assigned" notification email as soon as we click "create & edit" and then another "activity updated" email once we actually have the opportunity to get to the activity details screen to add a description…

  18. Employer Field - Add dropdown feature to list Employers the user can select from

    Our office has dozens of group retirement plans. When adding a new employee contact record, we want our office associates to select from a list of employers. Currently the Employer Field is open to any text allowing office associates to enter employer any which way. For example. IBM may be listed as IBM or International Business Machines or Intl Bus Machines. Because we use the employer field in creating quick lists, it is not useful if the employer field is not entered consistently. This is why I suggest a dropdown.     When running a Family report you can only do it on one client. Please consider a way to run a family report on all clients at the same time so you do not have to go to each client one by one to run the report. We would like to have one report that lists all family members for each client.
