  1. Adding custom labels into custom export

    When running a custom export, the email custom labels do not pull through. They only pull through when using the standard email addresses export - and then you cannot add any other information to the standard export ie. mailing addresses, advisors, etc.

  2. Bulk Action in Reports

    Need the option to run Bulk Actions when I have results from a report.

    I run the Contacts Not Permissioned report for example and I'd like to assign from the results but I do not have this option, other reports as well should result with the check box to the left like search results

  3. Multiple options for UDFs

    We need an option when creating a UDF for a drop down where we can select multiple items for the field. IE: Field name plus list or checkbox of items

  4. Sync Department Email History

    Sync department emails to email history. This will provide better organization and cleaner data so vendor "contact card" does not get filled with individual department emails and correspondence within individual department contacts sync with email history within the vendor contact record.

  5. Customizing Accounts Bar

    It would be great if we could be able to customize the accounts bar, the last field is currently balance, which doesn't relate to our field and we hate seeing that $0.00 in that column.

  6. yCharts Integration

    With yCharts growing as quickly as it has been as an alternative to Morningstar Workstation, it would be nice to have it integrated with Redtail so that we can quickly run reports/analysis on client portfolios and/or research different investments in one place.

  8. Add a field

    Due to our aging client base and unmarried clients, we would like to suggest adding a field in the Client Profile under Family to not only include spouse, dependent and other ... but to include brother & sister. Thanks kindly for this consideration!

  9. tax bracket

    The CFP Board and many states require Financial planners to collect Net worth, tax bracket and income for all clients before advising them. When I am audited by the state, I am required to provide them with a list of all my clients and these items. Redtail has the Estimated tax bracket field, but it doesn't allow us to run a report on this field. It would be helpful to be able to pull this info since its easy to remember to put in there.   10. Contact UDF

    At our office we use a UDF that multiple users in our office edit on the our clients pages, and right now, we have no way of knowing who updated a contact's UDF last. In the UDF box, in addition to "name," "value," and "type," I would like to have a "Last edited" column that has the name of the user who last updated the UDF value, and the date and time of the that update. Preferably, that info would then also be part of the filter on the UDF reports page, and also one of the available check boxes…

  11. On the automation Templates would like to see the Category added. So that an activity will be automatically generated from type of category

    Automate by category- Can we put in an automatic activity that will auto generate on a clients account by what category they are in? Like AAA , AA, A, B, C or Deceased. So once a clients category is changed it should automatically set up the auto activities for that client. Also when we change client category to closed/deceased could an automatic activity generate to close all activities on client?

  12. Phone call Relaying/Forwarding integration

    Something I LOVED on a previous CRM was the ability to click the phone number, and it would call your phone, you answered, and it would call that client for you through the phone system (it didn't matter what phone system you used, so individual app integration didn't matter, it just called your phone number to make the call for you). So much easier and faster than dialing the number, and creating a new event/note that I made a call to that person that day. It automatically logged that call and I could add notes.

  13. Broadcast email and email addresses

    I often will see a failure on a broadcast email with the notation "no primary email address". There is an email address, I just failed to mark it primary. Why, if there is an email address on the contact card, will it not work in a broadcast email unless it's also marked as primary - it should still work!

  15. Increase the automatic logout time for Redtail Imaging

    Imaging seems to automatically log you off after only a few minutes. Please increase the auto logoff time to at least 30 mins.

  16. Add Alerts Feature to Dashboard

    There should be a place where you can go to see recent updates on your activities so you can take action. We get emails, but there are so many in number that they can get lost. What if it's added to the notification bell or something that way it is less likely to be missed.

  17. License Tracking

    It would be great to receive reminders to track agent licenses, or at least be able to run a license report so that we could periodically check to see if a license needs to renewed or if CE needs to be completed.

  18. Workflow Step Due Date - Add date of creation

    Normally when workflows are created we have to select the due dates for the step based on "before target date", "on target date", or "after target date". Can we add an option for the due date to be "day of creation" or possibly choosing a time that is based on "after creation date.
    Because the target date option are causing so much confusion.

  20. Edit Notes / Comments

    It is critical to be able to edit notes and comments. When we have multiple employees working with the same client, at the same time, it is crucial that everyone notates every conversation, action item, and pending task being performed in real time. However, sometimes those notes/comments need to be adjusted to account for updates. Currently everytime an adjustment needs to be made, we must create a new note or add additional comments....which usually results in a note becoming ridiculously long. This leads the comment section to become highly unorganized and extremely difficult to follow/understand. (At minimum, having the ability…
