Detailed AUM
Please detail AUM on homepage so we don't have to click into it to see the actual AUM and not a rounded number. Thank you.

Bring back the grid lines!
Bring back the grid lines separating sections from each other on screen. Sidebars look better when there is a delineation from the other info (color difference, black line, something, anything!)

Change the color back - too much white space
The new look has way too much white space making it difficult to read the font because the screen is too bright.

Hover over titles on new collapsed sidebar
With the new updated look to Redtail - I like the collapsible side bar! BUT can we have the "titles" or names of each icon show up when we hover over them so we do not have to re-open the sidebar to see what each icon means? Kind of like how we can hover over an appointment in the calendar and the details pop up. Thanks!

Bulk Complete Workflows
It has come to my attention that Redtail offers a feature to "bulk delete" workflows; however, I and it seems like many others on your forum agree that it would be nice to be able to complete a workflow in bulk, or have a feature that allows you to catch selected workflows up on the same task.
For example - I work for a financial advisory firm. We have many clients that will go into the same product at the same time, this is because of trade dates. I'm going through each individual workflow and completing 3-4 steps on each…

Feature to move and sort tasks on today page
I would love a feature that allows me to manually move tasks on the today page so I can put them in the order I want to do them. This would help me prioritize and move down my list of tasks rather than jumping around. I also wish there was a feature that allowed me to group tasks. To explain, we are going through a merger right now. There are tasks I need to complete, and then there are tasks that I need to be on so that I can follow along, take notes, and monitor, but there isn't always…

Run multiple beneficiary reports at once from a quicklist (Batch Beneficiary Reports)
I want to be able to run beneficiary reports for multiple clients at once from a quicklist. I want this done as a bulk action. I would like to be able to run it on the household level and remove closed accounts (So all the normal Beneficiary Report options/functionality, but done in bulk (I would envision) through the contacts / quicklist --> contact options --> reporting function)
Ideally this would produce multiple PDFs (one per household/client), but one combined PDF can work too, so long as no page combines information from two different households.
Currently, I do annual beneficiary reviews…

Timeline should report on when a workflow is created
Timeline shows when a workflow is updated, but doesn't show when a workflow is created. Activities have creation dates, but workflows do not. Please add this to timeline. I also agree with many of the other workflow/timeline posts here.

Add CSA as a field option for automations
CSA is not an available option for assigning in an automation.

Ability to reorder calendar items by dragging
I would love to be able to drag "all day" calendar items into any order instead of just having to choose a way to sort them. I'm often tagged on activities that I don't have immediate tasks for and it would be great to be able to drag those to the bottom, or put various activities into the order I'd like to tackle them.

The database owner (and others in our office) hate the Red in the new look. Everything looks urgent/stressful now. You should choose a different color or have a feature to allow users to select their color scheme for text.

Search in multiple databases
I have access to 2 databases because our advisors are on 2 teams. Please make it so I can search (or better yet - have access to) both databases at the same time. With 5 advisors in the office, there are times when clients call in and are not sure of the advisors name, maybe because they are a beneficiary or POA, or maybe they have forgotten (not good with names) or are new clients, so if I look up the contact name and it is not in the current database, I have to switch databases to see if the…

When pulling the report to see notes not permission, it would be great if activities and workflow notes weren't apart of that report. For some reason not all activities show in the notes section of a client when completed. I can't seem to find how to permission workflow notes and they just stay on my report.

Create account report, that pulls family and non primary accounts.
Create an accounts report, that pulls family and non primary accounts. Data to include the specific contact for the account, the specific holdings for each account and the grand total that umbrellas the entirety of this information. This would include personal, accounts, family accounts, and non primary accounts. Also friendly for exports to excel as well as PDFs.

Record Last Name Changes
The ability to track (and search, ideally) when clients have a previous last name (ie name change from marriage/divorce)

My Rep Chat takes up too much room.
With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!

Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.
