  1. new contact record box identifying "assistant" for each household

    In the Contact Details box. Currently there is a servicing advisor and writing advisor box to inform office of the lead advisor and the junior advisor. Most advisors in our office have several assistants and it would be great to be able to have a assigned "assistant" box where we could select which office assistant works with each household. SO it would be a dropdown of all our office assistants and we could select which of the 8 was on each contact/household.

  2. Removing clutter and organizing notes vs. calling/scheduling notes

    Having come from sales force and being used to that system I need help creating a separate section, other than notes, that strictly tracks calls made and notes related to the call. it becomes very cluttered to have all notes and communication on the main page for the client.

    Would like the birthday reminder (and any other relevant contact reminders) be disabled once a termination date is entered.

  5. Ability to add more than two people as account owners

    When assigning ownership of an account to a contact, you can currently only assign two owners. I have several accounts with 3 or more owners, so the ability to add more would be nice.

  6. Recurring/Repeat Activities

    I see a strong need for REPEAT activities to be changed, even though this might seem like a small idea it could possibly be very beneficial to many Redtail users. As an example, when I want to add an activity that will repeat in October on the second Wednesday of the month, it is impossible. I can only add an activity that will be repeated on the same date, next year. Please add the option to schedule on the first through the last of the month (Weekly), Monday through Sunday (Possibly Multiple Days like the option that is already implemented…

    Admins should be able to disable integrations for users. (So users cannot connect random integrations and pull in a bunch of junk info.)

  8. Running Reports that show the created date of any given workflow

    Enhance the reporting to where it's possible to run a report for the created date of any given workflows. This will be extraordinarily helpful from an analytics perspective because it will allow us to track the ebbs & flows of a firm's volume along with identifying trends in business that will help to inform the firm.

    Add capability on imports to not create duplicate entry if there is already a matching name and email address, just skip that entry. Other CRMs have this capability and then generate a report of the ones skipped. Can make it optional in case someone wants dups

  10. On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already

    On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already. Other CRM's do this, you can make it optional based on preference and then create an output from the import process that shows which ones were not imported. This is critical for a process I have to do.

  11. We should be able to Hide Sensitive information from Staff

    When we have a new staff person on probation we want them to have access to activities and workflows but not have access to account and other sensitive information

  12. linked note

    It would be ideal to be able to see if an ACTIVITY has a linked note.

    When a NOTE has a linked activity, the note will indicate as much (lower right corner). However, if an activity has a linked note there is no such notification on the activity itself so you never know.

    It would be very helpful to be able to add a pdf to a comment, not just the original note, especially since the pdf may not have existed or been relevant at the time of the original note.

  16. Enhance text search capabilities (Exact Phrase and Exclude Term)

    Really this applies to all text searches.

    In addition to the simple word searches we can currently run, it would be very useful if we could search for exact phrases (as you would use quotation marks to denote in most internet search engines) AND to exclude words and phrases from searches (commonly denoted by the use of a minus sign immediately before the exclusion term).

    CPS Investment Advisors services external Co-advisor firms, culminating in our establishment of a primary home Redtail database along with 24 supplementary Redtail databases. While with Orion we have a single unified database, Redtail specifically suggested the deployment of distinct databases as the only way to partition clients. This ensures each outside co-advisor firm we service only sees their own designated clients.     What would really be helpful is an open task bar on each contact. It would be a bar or section on the side that you could add editable ongoing notes about what is going on with this client. Things and info that you need right away. For example: Do not text this client - always call, remember this for our next meeting, these are things we are working on or toward, We are doing this on this account, etc. Things that are already in their notes, but quick and easy to see and can be changed as you go forward.…

  20. Workflows Page - the Filter and Complete Buttons

    When I am on the Workflow page, and I filter for workflows assigned to me there are some wonky outcomes. Two in particular.

    1.If I select say three workflows by clicking the box next to the workflow and then hit "Complete" button. The workflows "DO NOT GET COMPLETED"

    1. If I take action on this screen and want to go back to the screen to see my other workflows - I need to start the entire screening process all over again.

    I would like to see the same filtered results as opposed having to start over every single I try to…
