Please add a number of reports under a new Database Cleanup category
I'd love to see reports for database cleanup. For certain things I can make quicklists for this effect (clients without DOB, SSN) but for others I cannot like clients without an address or phone number (since those searches are broken).

Show multiday activities on today screen every day they span
If I have a multiday task from the 1st -10th (of any month) the activity currently only shows on the today screen on the 1st. It'd love to be able to see that on the today screen every day from the 1st to 10th. I put some of them like that as I mean to fit them in my schedule sometime in that period but if I don't get to it day 1 I am more likely to lose track and now I can't just work off the today screen (which you should be able to do easier).

Turn off pop up reminders
We used to be able to turn off reminders for calendar items. This changed with the last update. Please put this back into preferences. If I want a reminder, I will set it myself.

I want to schedule a series of emails to be sent automatically to specific contacts, using templates. I understand that Automation can create the Workflows, but those are just Task lists, I'm trying to Automate the sending of the emails.
Example: I add a Contact into my "Lead" Tag Group and automatically an email is sent and then follow up emails are sent to that Contact until the workflow is Completed, by changing the Tag Group to "Prospect" after the schedule a meeting, or the series of emails is sent.3 votes -

When adding a table within an activity, make the "tab" button go to the next box instead of the down arrow.

Allow for workflows to have a Step Due option of "Day Created"
Allow for a "Day Created" option on steps in a workflow. When using automation to schedule a meeting, I need the ability to make a step due for a different user on the day the meeting is entered into the system. For example I make an Activity for a meeting, it populates in the calendar and starts a workflow. Currently you cannot schedule the workflow step in the template to be due on the day the workflow is created. Reason this would be helpful: Allows a step to be due for a different user at the time of creation, like…

Create follow up from a note, when adding the note to another activity
Why can't we have the "create a follow up" from a note that was created under an activity? Many times we have an activity that has multiple steps in which have different notes and different follow up timelines. We know this was available until the recent update but are being told it never existed so we need to suggest as a new feature.

recruiting
In the Recruiting side, having that area be editable so that the data there fits with the broker dealer experience and lingo. There are many fields that don't apply to us and it would be great to save space and remove them. Also, there are combinations that I don't know the definition of so it would be wonderful to edit them

Enable the ability to view your email password under email settings & preferences
Allow users to see what password they have entered when setting up email preferences to confirm the password was entered correctly.

SNAPMobile VOIP Integration
We currently have our VOIP hosted through Access Systems and they use SNAPMobile for their VOIP system. It would be nice to be able to have access to the phone feature within Redtail with a product we already use.

CHANGE LIGHT BLUE FONT TO A DARKER COLLOR FOR EASIER VIEWING
The l8ght blue font is difficult to read under certain light in conditions in my office. I would like to see a darker font.

Puppies all the time?
Is there any way you could put a puppy on the home page? You have such cuties.....and it would be nice to be able to click and see them throughout the day when life gets stressful! Some days I don't want to log in because I want to stare at the puppy all day. Just a thought! Thank you!

Add access times for assistants
Currently, I am in the process of hiring a new assistant. It would be nice if I could limit the time of day my outgoing assistant has access to the data base without having to manually enable/disable her access. This would also help for practices with multiple users who have employee turnover. Limiting the time to certain hours of the day, such as 8-5 could help with security concerns.

Quarterly Reoccurrence Dates
We should be able to add recurring events to show up on the end-of-quarter dates so that they appear on the last day of each quarter. This means factoring in business days so if 3/31 falls on a Saturday we should be able to enter recurring event as last business day of the quarter so it would appear on Friday 3/30.

Turn off certain feilds in Contacts account
Having the ability to turn off certain fields/criteria on contacts account that aren't being used. More visibly appealing and easier to decipher.

when you go add a note the linked contact option should already have the contact that they share a family name with; or have it as a default setting you can choose

calendar layout
Being able to have different options on how you want the layout of your 'DAY' calendar. I'm dyslexic and it is just hard to feel organized because the lay out feels so jumbled together. It would be better if you could view your day in columns of advisors by their color- than rows of task by their color. This would be so helpful!!!!

It would be very helpful if the integration with Precisefp also mapped the Know Your Client fields. This would allow us to send a digital Know Your Client form via Precisefp where the client could update or confirm the information.
