Workflow Roles
We are reworking our Workflows and have multiple advisors and multiple support staff. We would like to be able to have one workflow that we use for each person and support person but it seems that we need a copy of each workflow per advisor and then per support person. There is an option to use roles to assign people when creating a workflow but that is not functional right now and roles are limited to advisors and not support people. If there is another way to limit the workflows by advisor and support staff, we are open to it…

Client Review
The current setup with 'First' and 'Next' review dates works well, but it would be even more helpful to also have a 'Last Review Date' field. Ideally, we’d like the ability to run a report showing the full history of past review dates for each client.

RMD -Beneficiary IRA at any age
The RMD report needs to be able to adjust for Beneficiary IRA at any age. There should be a field for this in the report. You should not have to go hunting for these accounts. Any one who holds this account has to take an RMD so it should pull into the report. An adjustment needs to be made in Redtail to show these accounts when running this report. OR a field in the filters so you can adjust the report yourself.

Is there a way to have a short delay in broadcast email queque in case you have to cancel a broadcast email? Last week a duplicate email was sent out under advisor and admin names. I wanted to cancel the one sent out under me - but the details did not show as to who sent which one. I was also told that once an email goes out it cannot be cancelled. This would eliminate the need to exit the workflow or activity and separately access the client record just to retrieve basic information.

new contact record box identifying "assistant" for each household
In the Contact Details box. Currently there is a servicing advisor and writing advisor box to inform office of the lead advisor and the junior advisor. Most advisors in our office have several assistants and it would be great to be able to have a assigned "assistant" box where we could select which office assistant works with each household. SO it would be a dropdown of all our office assistants and we could select which of the 8 was on each contact/household.

Default 'Notify User' in a Note
Create a Preference to add a Default 'Notify User' setting. This would be limited to users in the same office & would make the process of notifying others of client contact more efficient.

Need ability to Notify team in comments
Not being able to notifiy a user when a task is complete, causes us to open yet another dialog box withing the clients portal causing a lot of unnecessary dialog boxes to filter through.

Activity field on Opportunity record
Can we please link the Activities to the Opportunity record and be able to CREATE activities from the Opp and vice versa? That way, you can see client phone calls etc via activity on the Opp easily

Add client's name to a workflow on the calendar
I have an automated workflow for Client Reviews. When I activate the workflow it simply says Client Review on the calendar. When there are multiple reviews, you have to open each one to see the client you are working on.

Move or Duplicate the Memberships placement in Redtail
Have "Memberships" in the "Know Your Client" section of Redtail AND on the main contact record page along with "Keywords & Tags, UDFs, Financials, Important Information, Misc Client info". It would be nice when looking at a contact record to easily see who they are in membership or relationship with.

Ooma Integration
Can we get an integration with VOIP provider Ooma, same as we have with Ring Central and other VOIP providers. It would be nice to be able to see the caller ID from our contacts in Redtail on our phones, and it would be nice to see them come up when the ring in.

Workflow Reporting
Please create a workflow report which shows the exact task that the workflow is on rather than all the tasks that are still open in the workflow. We would like to run a report to see exactly where we are in the workflow. The Workflow Task report is very confusing as it shows all the tasks still needing to be done rather than the one we are currently working on. It is not a useful too in determining what task we need completed. Thank you for your consideration!

Client Account Security - Verbal Passcode
If a client wishes to have for us to request a verbal passcode when they call us, it would be handy to have an immediate notification or popup each time that client's profile or accounts are accessed.
