  1. Default Calendar view

    Be able to set Default User(s) Calendar. Currently everyone can see everyone's and you have to select that every time. Please make this automated feature available.

  2. Search clients/prospects based on distance from a specific address or zipcode

    I'd like to be able to type in a specific address or zipcode & select all clients and/or prospects within or outside of an x-mile radius.
    Currently I'm having to type each dern zipcode separately to find clients who are too far away since our city is so spread out. I cannot just type "exclude" and then the cities, because the city itself is so big that your address can say you're in the city & still be 1.5 hours away.
    This would be very useful for when we throw client events, but have clients who are too far away…

  3. written agreements review

    Love the written agreements review section. Every calendar year I am required to send privacy policy notices to all of my clients. Recording this in the record is great. something that would be nice:
    1. being able to generate a list of the last time I sent a PP notice to all of them
    this would be great for two reasons
    1. so that I can know who I am missing) at year end
    2. so that when auditor comes by to see that I have done it for the year

  5. Retirement date

    Rename the field Professional Contacts to Employment Info/Retirement. That title of Professional Contacts does not indicate that employer information or retirement dates would be listed here. My rep and I looked and looked for the fields but never thought to click on Professional Contacts for it. Thanks.

  6. Customized Reports exported to PDF

    Would like the ability to select the fields I wish to export to a single PDF report for client meetings.

    Example: Be able to create a custom report with the following fields of a contract record into a single PDF to have for a client review meeting

    -Names
    -Contact information
    -Keywords associated with them
    -Health conditions
    -Important information
    -Other Professionals
    -Family members

  7. Birthdays

    When I choose to "Show Client birthdays" in Preferences I'd like to see only client birthdays not all of my vendors, centers of influence etc.

  8. add a future appointment date/time to the mail merge fields

    There is currently no way to merge a future appointment date/time into a letter. This would be really helpful in preparing for the upcoming tax season, as we send out letters after the first of the year to those clients to alert them of an appointment made for them.

  9. Adding custom labels into custom export

    When running a custom export, the email custom labels do not pull through. They only pull through when using the standard email addresses export - and then you cannot add any other information to the standard export ie. mailing addresses, advisors, etc.

  11. Next Activity section Flexability

    Let there be an option to format the "Next Activity" section on the home page of each client, not limit it to 30 days

  14. Email Notifications at Time of Activity

    We receive and email notification at the time the activity is created but we should be able to receive another email when the activity is to be started!

    This would be especially useful when an activity is created months ahead of time. Not everyone checks the overview regularly and it can also look very overwhelming when there are a number of activities. Receiving an email on the day it is to be started would reduce or eliminate the chances of an activity being overlooked.

  16. Please add a pop-up alert before saving an activity if there is no linked contact

    There have been multiple times that we have created an activity from the calendar view and forgot to add a linked contact. Please add a pop-up notification to confirm saving if a linked contact has not been added.

  17. Please add a field for the County.

    Please add a field for the County.
    We currently have to put it in the "Long Description" field so the information is there but doesn't print on labels. It would be nice if there was a field for it that would show on the Contact Card.

  19. Offer editable Reports in .pdf!

    We have to Customize our Reports and the only option you have is to create them in Excel. However, when they are in Excel, we have to re-format them Each Time, and then we have to sift through Every Cell because the data is garbled with a BUNCH of " "s. We have not figured out WHAT they represent (extra Spaces, Returns, starting of Paragraphs?) within the Details Section of Activities or Notes. If we did, we would avoid them when entering it in Red Tail in the FIrst Place. It's very Frustrating and TIme Consuming. Any Reports that are done…

  20. Make it possible to have an individual be a member of more than one family group.

    We have multi-generational clients who are head of households as well as beneficiaries of their parent AND aunts/uncles.
