  1. Emailing both contacts at once

    It would be really nice to just click on one button and be able to email both contacts, such as a husband and wife, at the same time. Right now, you have to copy and paste, which is not very user friendly in my opinion.

  2. Allow Seminars to export Attendee List into Excel Format

    Allow Seminars to be able to export an Attendee List into Export format into modifiable lists similar to the Contact Lists. This would benefit especially if invites are being sent out to email addresses and not primarily home addresses. Excel is easy to work with when it comes to modifying and specializing lists to fit our office needs. Hope this is a good idea!

  3. "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "cancel" after adding a note.

    Can we add an "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "Cancel" after adding a note?

    The "Save Note" button is very close to cancel and would be useful in the numerous cases when I go too fast and hit "Cancel" instead of "Save Note".

  4. Enable the ability to view your email password under email settings & preferences

    Allow users to see what password they have entered when setting up email preferences to confirm the password was entered correctly.

  6. recruiting

    In the Recruiting side, having that area be editable so that the data there fits with the broker dealer experience and lingo. There are many fields that don't apply to us and it would be great to save space and remove them. Also, there are combinations that I don't know the definition of so it would be wonderful to edit them

  7. REMOVE chat bubble or make it MOVEABLE

    Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

  9. "Next Review Date" under Know Your Client should correspond to the date of when the most recent review actually occurred

    I created a custom Activity category called "Client Review". I'm sure most have something similar. When I complete that Client Review activity, the "Next Review Date" section of Know Your Client should update correspondingly -- one week, quarter, year, etc. from the completed Activity, rather than fixed to the "First Review Date" in Know Your Client.
    Additionally, once I actually confirm the next Client Review date with the client and add that appointment as an Activity to my calendar, I should be able to tie the "Next Review Date" to that newly added Activity.
    I see this or similar ideas…

  11. Third Party Access to Opportunities

    We work with an estate attorney that does estate planning for some of our higher end clients. We would like to have the ability to allow him access to our Opportunities Tab (only). So that we could keep track of the progress and next steps.

  12. drag drop workflow tasks

    In the calendar, we should be able to drag / drop workflow tasks to different dates just like we can for other activities. It is cumbersome to move workflow tasks b/c you have to open the task, change date and save.

  13. Allow for workflows to have a Step Due option of "Day Created"

    Allow for a "Day Created" option on steps in a workflow. When using automation to schedule a meeting, I need the ability to make a step due for a different user on the day the meeting is entered into the system. For example I make an Activity for a meeting, it populates in the calendar and starts a workflow. Currently you cannot schedule the workflow step in the template to be due on the day the workflow is created.   14. Notes Sorted by Date - not by completion date.

    I want the ability to filter by completion date. Currently, it only filters by start or assigned date which doesn't help if I wanted to see a report of all activities completed last month for example.

    Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.

  17. Workflow Step Due Date - Add date of creation

    Normally when workflows are created we have to select the due dates for the step based on "before target date", "on target date", or "after target date". Can we add an option for the due date to be "day of creation" or possibly choosing a time that is based on "after creation date.
    Because the target date option are causing so much confusion.

  18. My Rep Chat takes up too much room.

    With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!
