  1. risk tolerance, need to be able to change/edit your options

    for us to suitability, risk tolerance, not able to edit /change your options, i was able to add to objectives, but not risk tolerance, need to be able to add to this list or change.

  2. Change background color of current day on calendar.

    When I open the calendar daily, I would like to see the current day bolded in the background of the calendar box.

  3. Setting preferences for each activity type length

    Setting a preferred length of time for each activity type, ie appointments would be an hour & 15 mins, tasks 15 minutes, phone call 30 minutes, etc. so when setting those tasks it defaults to that amount of time automatically without having to adjust the times from where you clicked on the calendar.

  4. Custom Reminder Feature

    Custom Reminder on the Reminders Dashboard for things like RMD's, Payments, etc.
    Also it would be nice to be able to take the reports and pull them into the reminders dashboard and customize them.

  5. Ramsey Pro Portal Integration for SmartVestor Pros

    I was wondering if there is any way that someone at Redtail could look into starting an integration with the Ramsey Pro Portal? When a person applies for a nearby SmartVestor on the Ramsey Solutions website, they input their name, email, phone number, city, state, and zip code. On the SmartVestor's (our) end, that information immediately populates to the Ramsey Pro Portal website from which that data can be exported to a .csv file. Instead of manually inputting each prospect or waiting for 25 prospects to apply so that we can use an import spreadsheet, we were wondering if you…

  6. create a feature where we can "turn off" the automatic update to the clients review date

    It would be helpful to know when a clients review is overdue. When the system automatically updates the review date to the following year it makes it very difficult to figure out who may need to be contacted again. Even if there was a report made that we can run to give us a list of all clients whos review dates were auto-updated by the system would be helpful

  7. An appointment feature where we can automatically rollover tasks

    A feature when we are adding tasks to the calendar, that if the producer(or appointment setter) doesn't mark them as complete then they automatically rollover to the next day on the producers calendar. That way a client doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

  8. Marking Activities Complete

    I would like to have the option to NOT have a note created when an activity is marked complete. It clutters up the notes section.

  14. Please add UDFs to the mobile app. There is important info an advisor needs to see before a meeting when on the road.

  15. workflow

    Can we have workflows with an option to disregard the target date but be able to have steps be spaced out from each other. For instance, Step 1 is due 1/1 and step 2 is due three days after step 1 is completed. I believe this way it would make it easier to keep track on steps and stay on track for timing if a step has to be pushed back.

  16. Make Activities in "read only" mode if someone else has it open.

    If two people have an Activity open there is the possibility of losing data. If both users edit the Activity and save it, only the last changes saved are kept. The first one to save has their data overwritten when the second one saves their changes. This is a huge problem. If someone opens a Word or Excel document to make changes, and then another opens it - the 2nd one is opened in read only mode. Something needs to be updated in Redtail so that we do not have the ability to lose changes made to Activities!

  17. LInkedIn will always have the most up to date Job title, that should automatically update in Redtail

    When a contact is connected to LinkedIn, their Job Title information will be automatically updated with the most current and accurate data. It would also be convenient if their picture was uploaded automatically, like on my iPhone.

  18. allow admins to send emails on behalf of other reps

    Allow admins to send broadcast emails on behalf of Reps. I regularly send out broadcast emails for the financial reps to their clients. In order to do it now I have to log in as the Rep.

  19. workflow trigger opportunity

    It would be very helpful to have a workflow automatically trigger an opportunity. For example, when we have a lead we start a workflow. Instead of having the first step in the workflow be to create an opportunity, it would be helpful if the opportunity would be automatically created and then we could go in and update the opportunity with additional details.

  20. identify what accounts have been linked after running auto link

    The Autolink complete email notification will be much more useful if it shows who the client was and/or what accounts were linked.
