  1. Assiging multiple users to a task/activity

    Prior to your latest release, we used to be able to assign 2 users to a task/activity right when entering the task. Now we have to enter the activity, then go back into it to assign a second person to it. This leaves room for error and makes what used to be a one step process, a 2 step process.

  2. Account Information

    It seems the current "Accounts" tab under client contact is aimed at insurances. We deal a lot with annuities. Please add the following sections under accounts: surrender schedule, surrender charge, income benefit, death benefit, mortality and expense charge, administration charge, cost basis etc.

  3. Bulk Printing of Confidential Personal Profile

    It would be great if we could Bulk Printing of Confidential Personal Profile. Going into each family is very time consuming.

  4. Fix Contact Photo

    Allow us to upload an image that is not square, we previously would upload all client Driver's Licenses, and crop the photo! It was great, we had a Client photo for everyone and quick access to all their DL info. It now cuts off the edges since no State has a square DL. Please fix this, this is a deal breaker for me.

  5. When adding notes to an Activity, I want a save button where the activity screen stays open so additional information can be added.

  6. UDF Reports - Selecting Specific UDF Fields for an client we want to export into a pdf

    We want to utilize the UDF fields for our client meetings and be able to print out certain fields, such as RMD, Systematic Withdrawals, Contributions, Etc...As of now, we can only choose ONE UDF or ALL the UDF fields to export into a pdf. We would love to be able to have the option of which UDF field we want to export as a pdf. And no, a custom export will not work for what we are trying to accomplish, we need a pdf format for what we are trying to accomplish.

  7. Notes to head of household automatically copy to spouse's contact

    It would be nice to have notes automatically post to the head of household's spouse with having to "copy to another contact".

  8. If conditions true options in automation

    Love to see more options in the "If...conditions true" lists.. such as:

    Category = (A, A+, B etc)
    Date of birth is equal to, greater than, less than

    So much more can be done with these automations!!

  9. Make Past Due & next 30 days... More than 30 days.

    Why would the main screen only show the next 30 days? We are planning/ scheduling things out all year and have to click on the activites tab all of the time. What is the point to limit this to 30 days? Why can't it show past due and activities 365 days forward? Or at least the option to extend that on the clients home page.

    I see that this was completed in 2017, but don't see it on my system

  11. Target Dates Based on Previous Step

    It would be nice if I could sequence my workflows based on the PREVIOUS STEP as well as the Target Date. Example: My assistant submits paperwork on Monday and I would like to have him/her make a follow-up call 4 days from submission.

  12. Please make it so we can REORDER notes and edit the date of them!

    I often have to add in older notes but there is currently no way to reorder these older notes to appear in the correct order. It would also be helpful to edit the date of the note when I have to add an earlier date at a later time.

  13. Attach document to template

    Would like to be able to attach documents to note, activity and workflow templates.
    Much needed in an industry whereas disclosures are required to be delivered prior to having a conversation with a client or prospect.

  14. Hyperlink directly into activity from email notification

    We get email notifications when someone has updated an activity, however, there is no hyperlink in the notification email that would easily connect you to the activity for your reply.

    Adding a hyper link option in the notification email would save a number of steps.
    Current process...
    1. Get the email, read the activity and prepare reply needed.
    2. Open a browser, go to redtail.
    3. Navigate to the client.
    4. Find the activity and click on the activity to open it.
    5. Write reply and submit.

    The suggested new process:

  15. Allow for parallel flows through Workflow with dependencies on Workflow Tasks and not just Steps.

    The inability to link Workflow Task dependencies and only dependencies between steps limits the workflow capabilities. Can't start on WF Tasks in the next step until the entire step is complete. Also, allowing for multiple flows through the workflow where WF Steps/Tasks can be done in parallel would be beneficial to real world where multiple sequential paths are frequent and they should be related in the same workflow.

  16. Client Review Dates

    Have "next review" be the actual date we schedule with the client for his or her next review -
    Have a "next review due" for when they should be due for their next review
    Have a "last review" field as well
    Have these right where the "next review" currently is so if a client calls in we can quickly retrieve this information. Currently, when we create an activity for his or her review we have to locate that activity (especially if it's planned well in advance)
    Then we can easily export and see who is due for a review

  18. Categorize documents

    Would you please add a feature that would allow us to categorize a document as we upload it. At this point we have to upload the document and then go back into documents and categorize. This is especially a pain in the booty when uploading documents directly to a note or activity.

  19. Alert/warning pop up when clicking on client profile, if "caution" is needed

    Clients who have big life events/fraud should be handled with care. Some team members may not have the time to "Dig" for a note they don't know is there and may cause more problems.
    There should be a feature where a pop up box needs to be read/addressed when entering a client profile so the employee can "use caution" when needed.
