Save an Email Template directly from Broadcast Email drafting window
If you create a Broadcast Email without first going through Email Templates, you have to re-create all of your work if you accidentally click away from the drafting window or need to change the recipients. Since there is no "Save Draft" option in Broadcast Emails, please allow users to at least save their work from the drafting window as a template for later editing and re-use.

Include Life Insurance in " Accounts"
I would like to include my life insurance clients in accounts, Face Amount, Premium, date issued, etc. and be able to add the cash value as part of the" balance" of all assets.

We would like to be able to customize the columns on opportunity reports (add/delete)
Currently, the in place columns are not customization and only include a portion of the identifiers. We would like to be able to customize these columns to show additional identifier (ex. Projected Revenue, etc..)

UDF automation action item
If a status is changed (already trigger), then an a UDF (YES/NO) would be automatically connected as an action item.
For example, if status is marked as "client", then a UDF saying asking about Newsletter opt-in would automatically put "yes". Then you can change for the exceptions since most clients want your newsletter.

Collapse Workflow Steps
When building workflows, it would be really great if we could "collapse" the step to hide the underlying tasks. Our workflows have a lot of tasks with long descriptions and it is easy to get lost when building a workflow.

Attaching an email to a client record (without the client email address included)
The ability to attach an email to a client record (for which the client is not part of the thread) would be extremely helpful, instead of copying and pasting into notes.

Link ALL accounts to an activity with one click
In some cases, such as portfolio reviews, ALL accounts for a client family are involved. It is very cumbersome (and time consuming) to have to click each individual account to link them to an activity. It would be very nice if you could add a "LINK ALL ACCOUNTS" button to the activity link page. Thank you for your consideration!

Send invite to contact when scheduling an appointment
Most programs today allow you to send in invite to the contact you have schedule some type of appointment with to add it to their calendar and accept or decline it. Why doesn't Redtail do this?

Workflow Template Filter Option
Allow the filter to only show active workflows by default. Every time I go in, I filter my active workflow templates, go into one of them, and go back to the template list and I have to filter again. I do not want to delete the other ones, just want to remove them from view until I actually want to see them.

Divorced Couples with Children
It would be extremely helpful to be able to list minor children under both parents when the parents are divorced. As it is now, it looks as if the father does not have any children (because they are listed under the mother), when in fact he may. This creates frustration when we think we have the information we need and learn we do not.

I continue to get client anniversary reminders on terminated clients even though I have entered their client termination date.

Customizable Landing Page
We are requesting the ability to create and modify a custom landing page in Redtail. There are a number of fields we'd like to view on one screen prior to meeting, and while meeting, with clients. A few of the fields we'd like to see at once are as follows:
• Name
• Address
• Phone/Email
• DOB (age)
• Children’s names
• Accountant
• Attorney
• Insurance Agent
• Stand-by- YES/NO
• Review Date
• Account Types
• Account Model

filter notes by user in contact
While in a contact's record, I'd like to have the ability to filter notes by user. We have a team that services each contact, so multiple people enter notes. I'd like an easier way to find notes I made for a particular client that doesn't require me to run a report.

Assiging multiple users to a task/activity
Prior to your latest release, we used to be able to assign 2 users to a task/activity right when entering the task. Now we have to enter the activity, then go back into it to assign a second person to it. This leaves room for error and makes what used to be a one step process, a 2 step process.

Account Information
It seems the current "Accounts" tab under client contact is aimed at insurances. We deal a lot with annuities. Please add the following sections under accounts: surrender schedule, surrender charge, income benefit, death benefit, mortality and expense charge, administration charge, cost basis etc.

Fix Contact Photo
Allow us to upload an image that is not square, we previously would upload all client Driver's Licenses, and crop the photo! It was great, we had a Client photo for everyone and quick access to all their DL info. It now cuts off the edges since no State has a square DL. Please fix this, this is a deal breaker for me.

When adding notes to an Activity, I want a save button where the activity screen stays open so additional information can be added.
When adding notes to an Activity, I want a save button where the activity screen stays open so additional information can be added. Currently, after clicking save the activity screen automatically closes.
