  1. Font size

    The ability to change the font size in the broadcast emails as the current, not bolded font, is too small for many of our clients. You should be able to change the font size the way you can in a word document.

  2. Household/Family

    It would be ideal if: the Family feature can accommodate entity names instead of just individuals or adopting a Household category as means for showing entity names (trusts/business entities etc...) in conjunction with the client relationship.

  3. activity

    Activity Edits/Formatting
    I accidently saw an expanded version of activity formatting options when there was a glitch and now we want the options!
    It would be great to have options to add pictures, different bullet points, printing options before saving the activity, highlighting, and colored font options -- all similar things that you can find in word.

  4. Notes--being able to link a contact to a note you have already posted.

    as it is now, you can only link a contact to a note at the time of creation so in order to link a contact you would have to delete the note and recreate it in order to link. it would be much easier if there was a 'link contact' feature under action just like there is a 'link account' feature action.

  5. filter activity by category

    Please add a function to Filter Activities by Category on the activities dashboard. Currently, we can only filter from Calendar view.

  6. A box in the Misc Information Tab specific for children and grandchildren and their birthdates

    A box in the Misc Information tab specifically to keep information about children/grandchildren and their birthdays. That would be more helpful than their height and weight and smoking section.

  7. Is it possible to add a block under "Accounts" for RMD's? (Required Minimum Distributions?

    Please add a block for "Required Minimum Distributions" - this is a Federal Law and requires the client to start the withdrawal at the age of 72.5 years old from IRA's, Roth's, etc.. The block would need: RMD Eligible (date), Fair Market Value, Current Year RMD Amount, Scheduled RMD (a simple yes or no), First Payment Date, Next Payment Date, Payment Frequency and Payment Method.
    This would be a big help to balance Client records/assets.

  8. Move Support Chat Bubble to Sidebar

    The blue support chat bubble in the bottom right corner blocks view. Specifically, I can't quickly see when a user created an activity. It's great that the support chat bubble is on every page- so is the collapsible side bar on the left. Why not move the bubble to the sidebar so it is out of the way?

  9. Alert/warning pop up when clicking on client profile, if "caution" is needed

    Clients who have big life events/fraud should be handled with care. Some team members may not have the time to "Dig" for a note they don't know is there and may cause more problems.
    There should be a feature where a pop up box needs to be read/addressed when entering a client profile so the employee can "use caution" when needed.

  10. Edit/customize account information fields within an account type

    Right now the fields within different account types are set, and not always pertaining to applicable features within certain registrations/ investments. Would be nice if the administrator could add/ edit/ remove account specs from the within a specific account type to match what our office would like to see when viewing certain types of accounts in Redtail. For example: just on the account type Variable Annuity, we want a death benefit option to be a list of riders we frequently use or Return of Principal, but it only gives us the options of Level, Increasing, Automatic or Decreasing which only…

  11. Broadcast Email Template Automation

    it would be nice if redtail could send an email template automatically on a client's account anniversary/annual review. Right now I have to manually send a template to the client.

  13. Workflow Notifications- Choose when to send a notification

    We have many individuals on a team in our office. It would be beneficial if sending workflow update e-mails were optional; just as they are with notes. It would be helpful to be able to select who the notifications should be sent to.

  14. Print Full Activity Details, Including Linked Notes

    Currently when printing an activity, only the portion of the description box that is showing on the web screen at that time appears. Additionally, the Linked notes are not printed out with it. If they are printed out with it, they are cut off and listed as (more...). We need to see all of the details surrounding that activity in an easily printable format.

  15. Mapping Addresses

    Currently, if you are in a client record, you can click on the client address and "MAP" it. It would be nice to be able to "MAP" multiple addresses at once. If I am travelling out of town to visit clients in the same general area, it would be helpful to be able to map all of the clients at once to determine the best route to take.

  16. Contact Options - Reports

    Hello. Please make a change to allow the Reports under Contact Options to be customized. It would be fantastic if we could custom select which fields we want to include in these reports. Thanks for your consideration.

  17. Import Account Transaction Data

    Import Account Transaction Data: Can u add ability to import account transaction data from any feed connected. I.e. TDAI or an insurance company, etc ....

  18. My Workflow Tasks Page - Task Hyperlink Should Open Task

    When you are on the "My Workflow Tasks" page, you can see of the tasks assigned to you. However, when you click an individual task you are taken to that workflow.

    Instead, the task pop-up screen should appear, so that you can quickly update multiple tasks assigned to you in multiple workflows at one time.

    Seems like how the link would obviously work.

  19. Create functionality so that an email received by another contact in the database could be linked to a different contact.

    Create a way to link an email from one contact in the database to another. I.e. I have an insurance specialist who sends quotes and emails about my clients. I want to be able to link HIS email to THEIR record for easy reference.

  20. Search for nearby clients list or map view

    Ex: Agent has to drive 1 hour away for an appointment that will only take 10-15 minutes and would like to make better use of his time, Redtail should have a function that allows Agent to see other clients in that area so that he can attempt to schedule multiple appointments in the same area easily. Now he is able to meet a client for his annual review meeting on his way back rather than driving all the way back out there in 2 weeks"

    It would be nice if Redtail had a way to find other clients that live…
