Create a spot on the client contact screen to blotter checks received.
It would be handy for compliance purposes and commission reconciliation to have a report of checks received per month/per advisor.

Memberships - Titles, Phone #s and email
When viewing the memberships of businesses and our plan clients it would be helpful if we could see their title, phone number and email on the membership screen instead of having to click on each member....or maybe just a pop up box with the same info when you roll over the name. Thanks.

Add Automation Trigger for Account Status Change
I want to know when someone marks an account closed in Redtail so it triggers a workflow that makes me clear out any account level UDFs and to see if that was a client's last account where it would then trigger them to be a former client.

dont delete activity when multiple users are in same activity
I am baffled that I was told this is not a glitch. But, when two users are updating one task simultaneously, one of them will simply be ignored, and none of their new data will be captured in the task. they will have no idea the task was not updated unless they quality control every item and spend an hour each day making sure redtail did capture what redtail was supposed to capture. see ticket 992803 for background if you want

The ability to attach a picture of the Driver's License to the ID area
Click on the DL or ID number and it bring up a photo or copy of the ID

Workflow created from note
Being able to automate a workflow creation when adding a note would be great. I am trying to create an automation that will not take any additional time to set up, but allow us to make sure nothing "falls through the cracks". It would great to add a note (with a specific category) that would create a work flow. Say we receive new account paperwork from a client. It would be nice to add a note on the client page that says "Received new account paperwork in the mail", and when that note is created, it automatically starts a workflow…

List Management: Bulk Delete
It would be very helpful to have bulk actions when managing lists. We are revamping how we do client status, category and source, and having to delete each individual status, category or source is not only tedious but taking an extraordinary amount of time. It would be awesome if we could simply select the ones we want to delete and delete them in a bulk action.

EMAIL archive needs to be in real time to serve sales team not just service team
the email history needs to be in real time rather than 24 hour delay.... a delay like this is fine if you have already earned the account, just coasting, where my customer service person or myself might be leisurely floating though the accounts seeing who we can bless today but in a firefight, with another firm, trying to earn the account, the sales team needs to know closer to real time what was said and by who in email. Notes are in real time and no one questions why thats important so seriously, lets get this email archive current so…

risk tolerance
In the section to list what risk tolerance a client has it only shows three options. It would be nice if we could customize the list to match what our tolerance shows for our business. If there is a way to add this section to the update list section so that we can add in our own options it would really help with how we use this function.

Personal Profile
Include "Memberships" in the report so we can see the names of adult children and other family members. Or consider including a few customization options in the personal profile form, memberships being one option.

allow today view to to show our preference of today's activities
I want the ability to change the preference on Today to show Today's activities AND past due at the same time. Sure, it isn't for everyone, which is why I should be able to turn it on only if I'd like.

Create a way to rearrange, move and sort the order of the phone numbers and addresses in Contact Card (not archive). Despite a thread that said this had been done, I don't believe it has.

Save all emails as notes
Currently, we can manually choose to save the emails we send through the CRM or set up the templates to automatically check the box to save. Can we look at adding a preference where every single email we send through the CRM automatically has the "Save As Note" box checked? Thanks!

RE: Next Review Date. Please enable us to put a future date not based on any previous review date and put it back to the way it used to be.
Regarding the “Next Review Date” on a Client Review Reminder. They changed the format recently and you are no longer able to randomly choose to add a future date if it doesn’t coincide with the previous “First Review Date” which many times it does not. Please enable us to be able to put a future date in not based on any previous review date and put it back to the way it used to be so we can just go into the drop down calendar and set it for whatever future date that we choose

Add "Last date updated" to opportunities
Need to add "Last date updated" so we can see the last time someone contacted/worked on the opportunity. Should not have to detail into every opportunity to see how long it it has been since someone contacted or worked on the opportunity

From app add more than 1 contact to a note
Very frequently notes would apply to multiple contacts most commonly spouses. The desktop version handles this just fine, but from the app it is impossible to have more than 1 contact linked to the note. for now that means I make the note then go to the note and copy and paste to the spouse.

Beneficiary report
Would you please consider adding beneficiary data to your report-writer function? This would include primary and contingent beneficiary information. With covid, we are trying to watch out for our clients without beneficiary data or for married clients without contingent beneficiary data. Thank you for your time.

Expand Automations to include trigger events around specific workflow or activity templates
We need the ability to utilize automation when certain workflow or activity templates are added or completed. Example, when a workflow for new client on-boarding is completed- assign the "schedule financial planning implementation meeting" activity template. Or when a "client trade" activity template is completed, set off the "client money movement" workflow.

Please give us more recurring scheduling options
I can set an activity to repeat on the first Monday (etc) of the month, but I cannot set it for the first (etc) day of the month. Very frustrating options, I go in circles frequently trying to decide how to set recurring activities to accomplish what I need to. Often I have to chose something that is less than perfect, knowing that each month when it comes up I will have to manually adjust it to be what I need, and hope I don't miss it before that happens.
