  1. Extend Future activities view to 12 months for a client

    Having the activities button say Past due and next 12 months would be wonderful. It would be very helpful to see what the future activities scheduled for a particular client are with the click of a button. The button there works fine, but it's not long enough. If I have something scheduled 6 months out and I wanna know what that is....or even know that it exists frankly, it's hard to get too.

  3. lpl integration with meeting manager

    LPL now has a feature through Clientworks called meeting manager. It would be helpful if the meeting notes entered into meeting manager would feed into the redtail notes. They have also introduced their own version of a CRM and it would be useful for that to integrate as well.

  4. Client Review Reminder

    I use the Client Review Reminder section all of the time.

    I download a report in excel that has last review date, next review date and I work off that report to send portfolio review emails from RT. It works fine, but I really want to get away from excel spreadsheets.
    Can't rely on the Portfolio Alerts since they are inaccurate as it pertains to reviews that are overdue. i.e. client receives review ever 6 months, last review 3/1/21, next review was to be 9/1/21, it didn't happen so the next review date automatically changes to 3/1/22. There really should…

  6. Add customizable dashboard. We need to create layouts/forms with user-defined fields like ACT! CRM allows.

    Add customizable dashboard. We need to create layouts/forms with user-defined fields organized differently for administrative staff and advisors. Our former ACT! CRM provided this ability. The Redtail dashboard tends to "scratch where it doesn't itch" for our needs.

  7. Portfolio Balance = Total Family/Household balance

    I think it would be extremely beneficial to have a setting that we could be able to see the HOUSEHOLD total balance on the top right where it shows "Portfolio Balance" instead of just that client. Also, it would be nice when creating an activity and trying to link an account to have all of the household accounts show up instead of just the accounts of that specific client.

  8. Sort Opportunities by Creation Date

    Currently there is no way to sort opportunities based on the creation date only the target date. If added this feature would allow the user to determine when an opportunity was added and gauge how many other opportunities were added in a given time period rather than just seeing when they are estimated to be completed.

  10. Contact Record

    Contact Record - when adding an employer, a new contact record is automatically created for the employer/company. The status is listed as non-specified. Would like to see RT automatically list the company as BUSINESS or EMPLOYER. I am cleaning up our database and I have tons of NON SPECIFIED records. If I delete the record, IT DELETES IT FROM THE CLIENT'S CONTACT RECORD. Not good... Also, if i change the status of the client to prior client or if I delete a client, the contact record for the employer still remains. It should transfer along with the client contact record.…

  11. Bulk complete Workflows

    I wish there were an option to bulk complete workflows. There are several abandoned workflows that I want to clean up, but I don't want to delete them. If I were able to complete them in bulk, I would be able to keep a record for compliance and it would be so much more efficient.

  13. Add email address to Membership Report

    It would be helpful if the membership report would include the email addresses of the members. Since this could be exported and easily used - to send newsletters or e-cards from a different platform.

    When copying a note to an additional contact, the comments and any attached documents should also transfer with the note!!!!

  15. Add Alerts Feature to Dashboard

    There should be a place where you can go to see recent updates on your activities so you can take action. We get emails, but there are so many in number that they can get lost. What if it's added to the notification bell or something that way it is less likely to be missed.

  16. Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's

    Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

  17. filter workflow replorts by Step

    I would like to filter the Workflow Report by Step as well as template. Once I chose the template I want to search for, I would like to be able to sort by step so that I can easily find all of a specific workflow that's on a specific step. I can sort by that right now but when you have 10 pages, it only sorts the current page, not the whole of the report.

  18. Holdings Report

    Please provide holding name and holding value for custom exports. I know I can run such a report out of my Morningstar Office program but I am finding some differences in values from Morningstar to Redtail. It would be helpful to be able to run this type of custom export to see where problems may exist.

  19. custom contact type

    We want to track internal projects by creating a contact for each dept and assigning tasks to it and recording notes for our progress on each task. For example, we have created a Contact Category called "Internal Projects", a contact called "Marketing", then we assigned a task called "Business Card Redesign". So when we meet about this item, we record our notes in a meeting assigned to the attendees and the Marketing contact. Then when anyone wants to see what the Marketing dept has been working on, they can lookup the Marketing contact and see everything in one place. The…

  20. Sort Accounts & Assets by Balance

    We would like the ability to sort by balance in two areas:

    1) Contact Level - To sort accts within a contact from highest (at top) to lowest value.
    2) Account Level - To sort assets within an acct from highest (at top) to lowest value.
