Spouse phone & email in Custom Export
Would it be possible to add spouse phone numbers and email addresses to custom exports? The idea would be to export head of households, so there is only one row of data per HH with all info needed to contact both parties of that HH. Thank you.

Provide report that would show info for all members of a family/household
Provide a unique ID or something in a report so we can know which contact records are associated with which households. Show info for all members of a family/household.

Time Stamps on UDFs
It would be helpful if we had a time stamp for the last time a UDF was updated next to the UDF. It would not be part of the Excel sheet data if we were to pull a report using a Custom Export with the UDF on it. It would just be to tell the last time that field was updated for the database users.

Need ability to reorder tasks in a Workflow
When working in a Workflow Template, we used to have the ability to re-order tasks and change the sequence, but this functionality appears to have been lost. I can start to drag and drop a task to another location, but it will not drag beyond of what is currently visible on the screen, with the result that effectively, you cannot move the task. Please fix this.

add a new word to status
When I go into the account number for a client, there are only four items under status
1. Open
2. Closed
3. Pending
4. Under reviewI would like to add 5. Annuitized.
We have quite a few accounts that are listed as open. They do not have a balance as they are annuitized. So if we would look at the account we would see that. We would not need to worry as to why there is no balance attached. It is not closed, but yet it is not opened. Once annuitized nothing further can be done to the account,…

inserting notes
It would be so helpful if we can insert a note for the previous month.
Currently, If I come across something that should have been added previously to a client's profile - I write the date of the note first then the note itself. but this messes up the timeline, in case I need to search the item by date I have to scroll over all the notes to find the note needed.
Can this be added to redtail.

The ability to remove the PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form.
Allow the ability to remove the newly added PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form. This is embarrassing to our office.

workflow templates
Have the ability to exclude weekends, holidays (already an option) when making the Workflow. I'd also like to be able to exclude Sundays/holidays only. Saturday's can be good days to make prospect calls or

Workflow task showing due on calendar when task is completed. Task colors do change when task is completed but still shows as due.
After completing a task, only the color of the task will change to show the task has been completed. Task still shows DUE at the beginning of the task, when in fact it is completed.

Feature to manually link Redtail email to a Redtail CRM contact.
Salesforce CRM has ability to manually associate an email from any source to a specific CRM contact. We are users of both Redtail CRM and Redtail eMail. When discussing a specific client case with a third party (ie our BD service team) I would like to be able to link that email conversation to the client's CRM contact record. Was told the best way to do that is to copy and paste the email into notes. That seems onerous at best. Can your developers create an option to allow for manual selection of email to CRM contact? Thanks.

"Next Review Date" under Know Your Client should correspond to the date of when the most recent review actually occurred
I created a custom Activity category called "Client Review". I'm sure most have something similar. When I complete that Client Review activity, the "Next Review Date" section of Know Your Client should update correspondingly -- one week, quarter, year, etc. from the completed Activity, rather than fixed to the "First Review Date" in Know Your Client.
Additionally, once I actually confirm the next Client Review date with the client and add that appointment as an Activity to my calendar, I should be able to tie the "Next Review Date" to that newly added Activity.

REMOVE Chat Bubble or make it MOVEABLE
Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

Please provide options to adjust or change Redtail's main colors - the new update is too bright!
The recent update on 3/20/24 provided a new and modern look, but the colors are so bright! Please add options to adjust the colors or possibly a dark mode that allows the user to switch between the different modes if they choose. Thank You!

Workflow Step Due Date - Add date of creation
Normally when workflows are created we have to select the due dates for the step based on "before target date", "on target date", or "after target date". Can we add an option for the due date to be "day of creation" or possibly choosing a time that is based on "after creation date.

Know Your Client added fields / information for Financial Planning
It would be helpful if under the "Know Your Client" tab we could have the ability to enter more information that is pertinent to financial planning. Some ideas I have are as follows:
Social Security: Could add fields for age when claimed or planning to claim, start date of benefits, current benefit amount, etc.
Estate Planning: do they have trust/ wills/ POAs in place, estate attorney/ POA contact information, Last beneficiary review date
E-signature: Yes or No field on whether client is comfortable using this or not.

Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's
Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

Primary Contact - Add link to that person's record
Within the Primary Contact box, include a link to access that person's record within Redtail. For any additional information on that person now, you have to go under "Memberships" to find their record or search for their record. If the link is provided, you just click the link and it takes you directly to their record.
