A MUST!
my firm relies on red tail heavily. we all truly think that a notification feature would be amazing! when a task is made by someone else, i add a comment to said task, no one gets notified of the update. this has dropped millions of dollars to be financed my by Firm.
please call me ASAP!!!!

Let us be able to delete all items in lists
For account types (and other lists like activity type, etc) there are some choices I am not able to delete. I'd love for that not to be the case so for account types every account type available and shown to us are the ones applicable to us. I am never going to call an account type brokerage or cash & equivalents because I use type as registration type and those two aren't mutually exclusive. That list in particular is cluttered up with 50+ undeletable fields of which I'd only keep 15.

Manually choose which email gets recorded on the contact record
Select email from personal email account to redirect to client record in Redtail CRM archiving.

Drag and Drop Workflow Tasks
It would be nice to be able to drag and drop Workflows tasks on the Calendar like you are the activities.

In the calendar, we should be able to drag / drop workflow tasks to different dates just like we can for other activities. It is cumbersome to move workflow tasks b/c you have to open the task, change date and save.

Keyword and Contact Card Placement
Keywords and Contact Card placement should be easier similar to how Wealthbox has their keywords and contact information at the very top of the contact page.

Add "Next 7 Days" Icon Next to the "Day" "Week" and "Month" Icons on Calendar View
Add "Next 7 Days" Icon Next to icons "Day" "Week" and "Month" on Calendar View. On Thursday, I am not really in need of see what I did on Monday.

The initial bubble on appointment boxes for clients is not feasible for every office.
We are having a hard time with the new initial bubble on appointment boxes on the calendar. We have 2 advisors with the same initials and it's extremely difficult to decipher who's appointment the client is for when scheduling appointments. Please change back to full names on appointments.

Add Google OAuth connection connectivity
Google has moved away from allowing less secure apps. Please add OAuth connectibility to allow us to send Google emails, particularly blast emails, from within the CRM.

Family Split Option
If a family unit splits off - child as an adult - or divorce ... easily split off clients onto there own family unit.

Add more than one Contact Name to an Activity
Currently, you have to 'create & edit' into a new Activity to do this. It would be more efficient to be able to add multiple contacts to the initial window when quick adding Activities.

Ability to click and drag the Redtail Support Chat Icon
While I utilize and appreciate the support chat feature in the bottom right of the screen, it would be nice to have the ability to drag and move that icon to a different corner or area of my screen.
I often have the browser in a smaller window when having multiple items open on my monitor and accidentally click the support chat icon when attempting to hit other links instead. Having the ability to move the icon to the left of my screen would be beneficial, as I do not select items in that area as often as I do…

In Office Chat Box
I would love if Red Tail had the ability to allow chat sessions between our in-office contacts. If our admin was able add co-workers into a chat or messenger style system for everyone in the office to communicate about tasks and activities within redtail.

Retriever/Once Hub Calendar - no manual entry of reschedules/changes
It is not time efficient to manually enter a reschedule or change in Redtail that has been made by a client or advisor for an appointment in Once Hub. All items, whether a new appointment, change, or reschedule should also be reflected in Redtail. If needed for this to happen, manually deleting the original appointment in Redtail is a one click and acceptable.

Add filter options for permissions report
In the permission report please add the option to select no one under servicing advisor. Also add the option to filter by writing advisor as well. I want to compare a contacts permissions with the writing and servicing advisor they have so over time I can correct bad permissions since automations don't have a trigger of a changed writing or servicing advisor.

Account Tab - Beneficiary report - autofill
Under the accounts section, we should be able to add beneficiaries and the name should auto populate the information from people already in our database (like when we add people to a household).

Set a default text box size for the "description" field.
There should be a feature that allows us to set a default size for the "description" text box field within an activity every time you open it. Currently, you have to manually adjust the size of the field every time you open an activity. Allowing us to set a default would get rid of this clunky adjustment every time a new activity is opened up to work on.

An appointment feature where we can automatically rollover tasks
A feature when we are adding tasks to the calendar, that if the producer(or appointment setter) doesn't mark them as complete then they automatically rollover to the next day on the producers calendar. That way a client doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

Chat bubble is covering up information.
Please find a way to temporarily hide the chat bubble. I can see who created a calendar event, but can't see what time a calendar event was created. My browser is set to 100% zoom.

Showing "Versions" of notes
I understand why notes cannot be deleted, but when there is a typo or a bit of information is entered in incorrectly, rather than just adding a comment, it would be nice to edit/fix the note, but still leave the original. Like having the ability for a note to have multiple versions that are all viewable at any time, but the most recent being the one viewed from the "latest notes".
