It would be great if you could put a dynamic Review button in the client appointment booking page to denote whether this appointment should be the Last Review Date. Also if there is a field that says Target Date of Next Review you could enter the date specifically or choose 3, 6 or 12 months interval and it would default to a date in the future so you could run a date based report to remind you who to reach out to schedule. You could also run a Last Review Date Report but these would each be a way to…

Add a recall button to emails sent to recipients. Other email host has this feature. It's great to have the email history/ archive but please add a recall button!

Record Last Name Changes
The ability to track (and search, ideally) when clients have a previous last name (ie name change from marriage/divorce)

Create account report, that pulls family and non primary accounts.
Create an accounts report, that pulls family and non primary accounts. Data to include the specific contact for the account, the specific holdings for each account and the grand total that umbrellas the entirety of this information. This would include personal, accounts, family accounts, and non primary accounts. Also friendly for exports to excel as well as PDFs.

When pulling the report to see notes not permission, it would be great if activities and workflow notes weren't apart of that report. For some reason not all activities show in the notes section of a client when completed. I can't seem to find how to permission workflow notes and they just stay on my report.

The database owner (and others in our office) hate the Red in the new look. Everything looks urgent/stressful now. You should choose a different color or have a feature to allow users to select their color scheme for text.

Timeline should report on when a workflow is created
Timeline shows when a workflow is updated, but doesn't show when a workflow is created. Activities have creation dates, but workflows do not. Please add this to timeline. I also agree with many of the other workflow/timeline posts here.

recruiting
In the Recruiting side, having that area be editable so that the data there fits with the broker dealer experience and lingo. There are many fields that don't apply to us and it would be great to save space and remove them. Also, there are combinations that I don't know the definition of so it would be wonderful to edit them

Workflow
We need workflow functionality added to the Redtail app. When we are prospecting and not by our computers, we should be able to add a prospect to a workflow from an existing template.
This will reduce redundancy of efforts, eliminate unnecessary communication updating coworkers on what we've done, improve correctness in timestamping events, and ensuring tasks get complete.

Workflows Page - the Filter and Complete Buttons
When I am on the Workflow page, and I filter for workflows assigned to me there are some wonky outcomes. Two in particular.
1.If I select say three workflows by clicking the box next to the workflow and then hit "Complete" button. The workflows "DO NOT GET COMPLETED"
- If I take action on this screen and want to go back to the screen to see my other workflows - I need to start the entire screening process all over again.
I would like to see the same filtered results as opposed having to start over every single I try to…

Client task bar
What would really be helpful is an open task bar on each contact. It would be a bar or section on the side that you could add editable ongoing notes about what is going on with this client. Things and info that you need right away. For example: Do not text this client - always call, remember this for our next meeting, these are things we are working on or toward, We are doing this on this account, etc. Things that are already in their notes, but quick and easy to see and can be changed as you go forward.…

CPS Investment Advisors services external Co-advisor firms, culminating in our establishment of a primary home Redtail database along with 24 supplementary Redtail databases. While with Orion we have a single unified database, Redtail specifically suggested the deployment of distinct databases as the only way to partition clients. This ensures each outside co-advisor firm we service only sees their own designated clients. With two step authentication, it would be nice to have two users
It would be nice to have two users for the two step authentication. Can you create a way for someone to give permission for someone else to access their email account.

Enhance text search capabilities (Exact Phrase and Exclude Term)
Really this applies to all text searches.
In addition to the simple word searches we can currently run, it would be very useful if we could search for exact phrases (as you would use quotation marks to denote in most internet search engines) AND to exclude words and phrases from searches (commonly denoted by the use of a minus sign immediately before the exclusion term).

add pdf to comment
It would be very helpful to be able to add a pdf to a comment, not just the original note, especially since the pdf may not have existed or been relevant at the time of the original note.

linked note
It would be ideal to be able to see if an ACTIVITY has a linked note.
When a NOTE has a linked activity, the note will indicate as much (lower right corner). However, if an activity has a linked note there is no such notification on the activity itself so you never know.

We should be able to Hide Sensitive information from Staff
When we have a new staff person on probation we want them to have access to activities and workflows but not have access to account and other sensitive information

On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already
On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already. Other CRM's do this, you can make it optional based on preference and then create an output from the import process that shows which ones were not imported. This is critical for a process I have to do.
