    Be able to generate a report that shows contacts by there role and also a report that shows those not assigned a role.

    Love the timeline feature, but I wish each item included the client name as well as what was changed.

  3. add 'Servicing Advisor' or 'Writing Advisor' to Account Level so that we can pull reports based on these two criteria..

    when a new contact is entered, there is not an 'Agent' criteria to enter, we use Servicing Advisor and/or Writing Advisor....however, when 'Account' Info comes in, there is no tie between 'Agent Name' or 'Agent Number' and 'Servicing' or 'Writing' Advisor...why could we not tie agent and advisor as one or together so that we can filter or sort 'Contacts' and 'Accounts' the same way...

  4. Allow users to select office hours or availability on the calendar.

    Please come up with a way for users to add their availability to the calendar.

    Some advisors and staff have consistent, but unusual hours (i.e. in the office MWF afternoons and Tuesday mornings). Others have consistently inconsistent hours. Allowing users to add their office hours/availability to the calendar would help, especially with scheduling.

    Currently, activities seem to be the best option, but have to be completed or begin to clutter the activity list. My suggestion is to show availability as a vertical bar along the side of a day, color-coded by user. Entering the availability could work just like scheduling…

  6. Why can't you provide a component of team notification that shows when you've notified a team member?

    Why can't you provide a component of team notification that shows when you've notified a team member? Otherwise, how can the user know that he or she has successfully accomplished that task? The drop down should have a component where the person(s) notified are highlighted.

  7. Streamline clicks on commonly used tasks

    To look at a clients tasks used to take no clicks. Now I have to click on activities and then set a custom range to see all. Then, as soon as I sign off, I have to re-set the custom range all over each day.

    It would be really helpful if you had someone with industry experience who could guide you so that the most common tasks take the least amount of clicks.

  8. Export Option for Preferred Contact Info

    The software currently does not offer an option to export the preferred contact information. I have to run my custom export (excel), including contact info, and then run a separate report (only available in PDF format) for the preferred contact info. Finally, I have to manually review/edit the custom export by comparing it to the PDF report. It would be so helpful if the custom export included a field for the preferred contact method.

  9. POA/Primary Contact

    If a client has a POA then it needs to be something that there is a place for to easily record, like under important information. If that POA happens to be the point of contact, then that primary contact field and the name of the POA should be at the TOP of the contact page so you know instantly that all communications are funneled through them. Also, sometimes a POA is only on an account level, there should be a spot on there to list them.

  10. UDF Report result count

    When running a UDF report (or any) I want to see a count of the number of results at the top. Otherwise I have to export to excel to count quickly,

  11. Automation Email (triggered by activity) - Include contact & attendees

    I set up an automation that sends me an email when a new meeting gets scheduled. I just got my first one and it doesn't say who the linked contacts are or the meeting attendees. It

  12. When searching text in notes, search comments as well.

    When filtering text in notes to find a word or phrase, the text in comments is not searched. Comment text should be searched as well.

    PLEASE add a link to ADD Workflow from the notes section.... just like the ADD Activity.... I would much rather my staff add a workflow to a follow up than an activity!!!!

  14. broadcast email

    I've been testing out templates for broadcast emails, plus the auto-populate function. Can I suggest that several improvements should happen. It would be nice to import an image rather than linking to a URL. Not every image we have is a standalone on a website, so you're taking all or nothing. And when the email is sent, the image jumps in size rather than stay at the scale created.
    Also - and this is a big one - the auto-populate feature for names needs work. It's nice, but doesn't allow for personalizing preferred name to legal name. Robert and Elizabeth…

  15. Contacts > Accounts > Display Account Title/Name

    Contacts > Accounts > Please add a column to display Account Title/Name so that we know which account is which from the titling!

  18. activities by contact report

    Please modify the Activities by Contact PDF report back to show Type and Category again. What is the use of having a filter to select several options if when you do the pdf report doesn't display both Type and Category.

    This report has gone backwards as now you have to select a particular Type & Category, run & print report and start all over again with the next Type & Category - not time efficient if you have several types & categories.

    Per the help desk, it has to do with the number of columns allowed on a pdf report.…

  19. Ability to archive a UDF

    We use UDFs for our RMD so we will have one for each year. While that is very useful during the year and immediately following it would be nice, for purposes of keeping lists clean, if we could archive a UDF. What I envision this doing is it being removed from the list and anyone that has that UDF has a note recorded that they had it and what the udf contained for them.

  20. advanced search feature - account balance

    on the advanced search fields we can search by portfolio value but not by individual account value. please add that search field.

    this allows us to search and find zero balance accounts or any accounts under/over certain values for opportunities.
