  2. Deceased Client with no Family except a Sister or Brother - How to Link them together

    When a client passes away, and there is no spouse or children, but they have a brother or sister. We create a contact for them, but how can we link them together like we do husband and wife? and not have it say Married to when they are family member. Is this possible.

  3. link activity template automatically with note template

    When using a Note template, we can select Create Follow-Up Activity so it will automatically initiate a new activity, but if we could predetermine the activity template that would be best.

    For instance selecting a note template for RegBI Conversation - it would be great to allow me to open the RegBI Tracking Activity we have set up in the tracker.

  4. I feel that Memberships should be on the Front of the Contact Group page.

    Immediately you would see who is related to who etc. without being under the same family name. i just should more noticeable.

  5. Workflow Complete Triggers Additional Workflow

    Completion of one workflow should be able to be a trigger event to another workflow. This would allow an automated bridge to connect related workflows.

  6. Moving Driver's License under Contact Details

    Make it so that the Drivers License Information is stored under Contact Details with their Social Security Number. During Tax Season this would be a big help so we can at a glance see if we need to update their information

  7. Attaching an email to a client record (without the client email address included)

    The ability to attach an email to a client record (for which the client is not part of the thread) would be extremely helpful, instead of copying and pasting into notes.

  10. notes from outlook to redtail

    We would love to see any Notes placed into Outlook be synced to the Notes section in Redtail via Retriever for Tailwag app.

  11. dark mode

    Dark Mode!

    Having Dark Mode makes looking at the Computer Screen a lot easier on the eyes, especially since we use RedTail throughout the day. As Cell Phones, Email, and others have started to adopt this feature, I believe RedTail should give their users the option to do so.

  12. Client Review Revamp!!

    Since this supposedly a CRM built for the financial advisor and pretty much all financial advisors have some sort of client review obligation.. I highly advise you actually TALK TO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR to inquire how this feature could be enhanced. This would be a more efficient strategy then just implementing what you assume would be helpful and what is the easist feature to develop.

  13. When printing a Quicklist, can the name of the Quicklist being printed be listed at the top of the report being printed?

  14. Lock Open Activities from Editing

    We would like to see an ability for "lock editing" on activities so that only the person who created the activity can make changes. All users and attendees can view, but only the creator (or designated user (s)) can edit.

  15. Adding a flag or reminder feature in Notes

    After adding a note, can we get a feature to flag the note or a reminder to go back to the note in "x" number of days? Currently, the only way I can remind myself of the note is to create a follow-up activity. Let's say I speak with a client who tells me that she/he will send me a document in three days. I make a note of the call in RT and set a reminder (instead of an activity) to flag the note in four days. In four days, I am reminded of the Note and if the…

  16. Allow Default Setting for Past Due Activities/Workflow Items

    Please allow a default setting to view all current and past due items. Having to manually find past due items really defeats the point of having assigned items to begin with. Thanks!

  17. Add a time stamp to activities

    Add a time stamp at the end of every documentation or update on activities. When I previously worked with Junxure, they had a CTRL + J feature that would time stamp with initials of who wrote it.

  18. Add Ability to Bulk Re-Categorize Completed Activities

    Sometimes your organizational structure changes and would be nice to be able to change Categories and Activity Types in bulk on already completed activities. This way our reports will be more useful. Having to Uncomplete and Recomplete these activities is a pain. Thanks!

  20. Schedule or Send Email Later Option

    When we are working with email templates I would like see to the option to schedule when the email is sent. You can only send it immediately. A send later option would be good if we are working on an evening, weekend or would prefer if a client receives the email at a certain time.
