Give Workflow Tasks the Option to Repeat Daily if not Completed
My boss is notorious for not completing assigned tasks. Which means for every task of his, I have to schedule one for me for the day after, so I can reschedule it. There should be an option to have the tasks repeat daily/weekly/etc if not completed. Please.... help an admin out!

Allow upload of advisor picture for SPEAK messages. Bubble is there. Why no upload?
There is a bubble with a silhoutte of a person at the top of the SPEAK page. There should be the ability to upload an advisor picture.

When adding a contact, remove the default check mark in box next to "Enable DOB Reminder?"
When adding an "Individual" contact in any way (whether it's manually, automatically, via the beneficiary section, etc.), please remove the default check mark in the box next to "Enable DOB Reminder?" which is also underneath the Date of Birth text box.

Add "Insert Date" option to the Text editor toolbar when creating a new Activity
Add an "Insert Date" option to the Text editor toolbar when creating a new Activity. Practice360 from commonwealth had this feature and it is very helpful for when adding notes or comments to a task/activity. Helps keep track of who worked on what and when.

Add an option for a checklist in udf fields
Rather than having a dropdown or blank field etc, we'd like to have a checklist with 12 different line items and then for each contact have the ability to check off or even add notes to the line items

Color coding categories
Color coding is quick to the eye and incredibly helpful when navigating, if that could be a feature for categories that'd be fantastic.

GReminders- AI Notetaker and RT
Why is it that in the AI Notetaker, when clicking “Edit Summary” and then using that to post it to Redtail, where it says “Related to Contact” and you can put in the contact to link to Redtail, can you only put in one contact? So if our advisor is meeting with a husband and wife, this only posts to one of their RT contact cards.

NEW TO REDTAIL. I WORK IN THE FIXED MARKETS! (E.G.) FIXED ANNUITIES/LIFE INSURACE/412 (e)(3)
I just manually inputted my first ANNUITY client to learn. I noticed creating an account "THERE IS NO SECTION FOR FIXED ANNUITIES?' EVERRYTHING IS GEARED FOR STOCKS/CASH VALUE LIFE INSURACE.
ANNUITIES ARE HUGE IN THE FINACIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY.....
CAN YOU PLS MAKE A SECTION FOR THIS?

Pinned Notes Should Appear On Client Dashboard
I came to add this suggestion but found it was already mentioned. Years ago. But nothing was ever implemented. It seems like it would be an easy fix and feels like it should be common sense feature, but if you have a note that is important enough that you want to pin it, why can't that note appear at the top of the Recent Notes on the client dashboard. Or at least somewhere on the main dashboard. Feels like it sort of defeats the purpose of highlighting a note if I have to navigate to another section to be reminded…

Add 'Created At' and 'Created By' to Activities Report for Better Admin Tracking
low hanging fruit to add "created at" and "created by" to the activities by contact report and export feature. this is important with larger firms with many admins.

opportunity stages
It would be nice to have more options for the stage an opportunity is in. I currently only have closed lost or closed won and it would be nice to have like "Evaluating", "proposing", "Closing" or just being able to create our own like an open concept like the opportunity name.
Opportunities have the potential to be VERY impactful but needs a lot of work to be completely functional. It would be nice for our company to move our pipeline away from spreadsheets and to live in a CRM database

Separate completed tasks from Notes
It would be nice to have completed tasks and notes in separate categories to keep things organized. Notes should just be meeting dictations and document random client requests. This way meeting notes can easily be reviewed and stored in one place, and you can easily access previous tasks if you need to relook at something you have done.
Also, you would be able to pull reports on InProgress tasks, completed tasks and previous meeting notes for the advisors3 votes -
Custom review date
Next review date reminder should ONLY fall on Monday - Friday. It would be best if i can actually select a date when choosing custom

This would eliminate the need to exit the workflow or activity and separately access the client record just to retrieve basic information.

Redtail speak: when texting with a client, I would love those messages to automatically go into the client's account in Redtail CRM
I noticed that Redtail Speak and Redtail CRM to not communicate with each other. It can be time consuming to have to enter into the client's account that you were messaging back and forth. I would love to see them connect whereby the messages are automatically added to the client's account in the CRM.

AI that can read all of a client notes
Use AI to read all clients' notes and have the ability to ask questions. I have about 20 years of notes, and looking through them is time-consuming.
