Accounts by Payment Info as a Query-able Field
It would be helpful if 'Payment Info' was a Field within account reports. Even something simple, like [Account Reports - Payment Info - Regular Investment Account is NOT 'empty'] would be helpful for tracking client activity.

In the dark mode you cannot tell in clients contact record what their primary contact, email, etc. is.
It's usually bold and red, now the font color is just black and you can't even tell that it's bold. Thinking either make the primary be red again or blue.

Primary check box in Contact
In the new dark mode you can't tell which phone number or address, Etc. is primary. It's usually bold and red and now its all Black and you can't tell if it's bold or not.

copy and paste
Have the ability like Orion does to copy and paste with one click on the contact card information instead of having to highlight the entire email address/phone number/address.

multiple integrate
It would be awesome if we could do a mass integration to our broker-dealer website, AdviceWorks. Right now we have to integrate one contact record at a time.

Disable wedding anniversary reminders on an individual basis
Have a checkbox similar to the "Enable DOB Reminder" but for wedding anniversaries. We like to send texts to our clients for their birthdays and anniversaries. This would help us only have clients included in our reminder list.

talk to text feature
In the notes we would like a feature where we can talk to text into the notes so we do not have to type up notes each time. Also if you could integrate Windows Copilot into Redtail that would be nice.

Add attachments to Activity Templates so blank attachements can be used regularly
Currently, there is no way to add template documents that would be used for repeated activities to those activity templates. Please allow the feature to add attachments of documents we would regularly use for our activity templates.

linking accounts
I know there are a couple of other of these out there but they've been dormant for some 4 to 5+ years..... Is there a reason why we have to link accounts individually to an activity instead of being able to select multiple accounts? Some screens we can select multiple options, other have to be done individually! This should be a no-brainer! Cmon Redtail, let's get moving on some of the old, ignored suggestions!!!!

Contact name needs to be a required step before adding an activity to the calendar
Too many times an activity or event has been added to the calendar (such as a client review meeting) without the contact name being linked. Yes, it is usually user error as someone will forget to add or is in a hurry. It should be required just like the subject is required to add to the calendar.

Account Section: Add another column (MISC) between Account & Type
We have investment/household investment data that pertains to 2 or more accounts. It would be helpful to have a MISC column that we can use to quickly view important related information at a glance. For example: The SEP IRA and IRA and both in Household 301 but the Trust and Roth are in Household 302.
If you make it a MISC column than anyone can use it.

UDF; remove the "Type" from view. It's only relevant when creating it. We don't need to see it.

Add customizable fields in Opportunities/ability to add or remove fields when viewing Opportunities
We build reports back to our financial institution for qualified referrals. It would be a nice-to-have customizable fields we can input when creating opportunities. i.e., if "referred by" was available within the opportunity. Source is already there. It would be nice to see who the opportunity was referred by, instead of hunting for it in the contact details. Further, it would be nice to be able to build our lists with custom data sets. In this example, I'd like to add the name of the referrer next to the source when I see my opportunity list. Having customizable fields and…

Opportunity Templates
It would be really helpful to have Opportunity Templates that can be linked to specific workflows and that allow us to set up percentages for commission structures. For example, we frequently do annuity applications for a specific product company - if we could set up an opportunity template that included a templated commission percentage and automatically kicked off linked workflow template for the paperwork, that would make the opportunities section a lot more useful and would drive advisors to be more proactive about finishing paperwork because they can see a visual representation of how much money is on the table…

Either have a pop-up window, email or text notifying the user of an upcoming Activity 30 minutes (should be customizable) prior to the scheduled time. The "bell" notification isn't very helpful and I often have my computer speaker turned off so I've never hear the dog bark. Also I'm not always at my computer but I do get email/texts on my phone.

Rep chat comments
Currently, the rep chat info goes into the notes section. When looking for notes, you have to scroll through and it's cumbersome at times because some clients text all the time. Is there a way to have another section for that or distinguish rep chat vs true notes??
