We should be able to add new hires with email access automatically instead of the database owner having to call redtail to authorize
Each time there is a new user, the user should automatically have email history access instead of having the database owner having to call Redtail each time we hire someone.

Birthday Reminder Filtering
When clicking Reminders and seeing all the upcoming birthday reminders, I would like to only see the Servicing Advisor that I support by category. I don't want the clients to the advisors that I don't support showing up. Plus, by category is important because we don't send everyone a birthday card.

Birthday Week Ribbon
Currently in Redtail CRM, there is a blue ribbon on a client's account profile when it is their birthday. I propose that you add another colored banner for when a client is within seven day's of their birthday, and then it changes to the already existing blue ribbon on the day of. The color does not matter, but could say "Client's Birthday is in the next seven days".

memberships
I think it would be a great addition to the Redtail CRM if the memberships were listed as a hyperlink or at least a more easily direct page on the contact card in Redtail CRM. Right now, you have to do so much work to find the other related people on the account or put them with custom names on the contact card of the client which seems like very redundant work. Versus if your household people. Personally, I feel that if you added the membership options to the household feature, you could combine both and create a much better…

Show attendees in the meetings/activities in the calendar entry without having to hover over the calendar entry.

workflow template
As workflows can be confusing to several users, it would be nice if there were actual templates to use in which you simply plug in the information/link to a client. For example, client onboarding is a very common process for all financial advisory companies. It would be useful to have a 'traditional' template in Redtail already set up so any user could plug in information and have automation set up to internal processes. Let me know if you need further explanation. Thanks!

color fonts
Please add color font choices for "Descriptions" under "Activity Details". Love the bold and underline options, but really could use some color too.

Quick check for any details in Contact Record
In reviewing our database, we have a number of Contacts with minimal information - only name, email address and/or phone number, servicing advisor, category and status. There are no notes or history in a quick search.
It would be nice to have a simple way to check through the tabs for the Contact (Membership, Documents, Seminars, etc.) to see if any information is there. If not, then the record could potentially be deleted. If there is information, then it can be reviewed and determined how to handle updating the record.

Is there a way to have a short delay in broadcast email queque in case you have to cancel a broadcast email? Last week a duplicate email was sent out under advisor and admin names. I wanted to cancel the one sent out under me - but the details did not show as to who sent which one. I was also told that once an email goes out it cannot be cancelled. Add Capability to Add Documents to Activity Templates
Add the option to add a document to a template. We have an activity template named "Create Agenda". It would be helpful to be able to attach the our agenda template word document to the Redtail activity template.

Link Activities to Seminars
It would be really nice to be able to link an activity directly to a Seminar without having to link it to a note - we have the option to link workflows directly on the seminar page, but not activities, and it would be really helpful to be able to do that all in one place.

Seeing more than one client on Tasks
The update that shows a person symbol for more than one client is not helpful. Please revert back to where you can visually see the clients

newest update - can't view contact names while looking at calendar unless you hover over "2 Contacts"
The newest update for July 2024 changed how you view and print the calendar. We want to be able to look at quick glance who is scheduled for an appointment. We also print a calendar daily and now have to manually type the clients names to be able to view who the appointment is with. Please change back or allow users to choose how they want to view the calendar.

Interface is segmented, Update for better flow
When navigating Redtail, the interface is simple to use, however it is very segmented. For example, when I want to see a client's contact information, I need to click in several areas. I look at the contact card, contact details, then go to the KYC and click through all of that information.
It is very time consuming, we should have the option to combine this all into one clean section when we look at the contact page. The activities should also not be such a large section, they should be off to the side or below the client's information out…

Calendar that Clients can schedule on
We need the ability to send our calendar to our clients so that they can schedule a time right onto our calendar to meet. This way what we already have marked off will show up and there will be no confusing on if they can schedule at a specific time. Like calendarly but then this way we will not need to integrate anything.

I would love hidden workflow templates
Hidden templates
For workflow queens like myself I would love the option to hide my templates that I have very personalized to my daily tasks. With the numerous workflows I want to personalize I and my entire office would prefer these to not be visible to the entire office because then they have to weed through my workflows and vice versa. "trusted contact" .
Would like to suggest adding a place where a "trusted contact" information can be added. Like in the basic information or the ID Card or somewhere where it can be accessible promptly and not hiding. It would help if an emergency would arise.

Automation of workflows based on Opportunity Stages
It would be nice to have a workflow automation that is based on an Opp Stage. We are an RIA, and it would be great to have the account opening workflow automatically started when an Opportunity is, for example, in Stage 4.
