Date Know Your Client Information was updated
In Know Your Client Section, please could you consider adding date the information was last updated, it is particularly important for Financials part. Our Compliance requires that we are able to identify when the information was last updated, so that we could know if it is current or needs to be reviewed with the client. We tried to use UDF but they are in different part of the system and not right with the information they refer to.

Link Activities to Seminars
It would be really nice to be able to link activities directly to a seminar, rather than having to create a note on the seminar and link an activity to the note. We can see linked workflows directly on the Seminar home page, so it would be nice to also have that capability for activities.

Household Address Export
We would like to be able to generate an Excel export for households' addresses so that when we are creating mailing labels, we do not have duplicate addresses for both husband and spouse.

Hi everyone,
I’m currently using Redtail CRM and I have a question regarding. I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with how to best manage.Specifically, I’d like to know if there’s a way to generate a custom report with certain filters.
Any guidance, best practices, or tips from your own workflow would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

download tag list
The tag group lists is multiple pages. We need the ability to download tags only into an Excel file.

Having email notifications for assigned opportunities would be amazing, and the capability to add multiple assignees or a team to an opportunity would be helpful.
We need to allow opportunities to link with accounts and activities as well!

Ability to change Trigger Event
When setting up an automation template for my workflow none of the standard trigger event options work. Would be nice to be able to have marital status changed as a trigger event to kick off a Divorce or Marriage workflow.

Custom Export Template - General Info for Retirement Plan Data
Right now there's no way to capture the General Infor data from inside a client's Account that shows the Plan Name, Contract #, Plan Year, Eligibility, Entry Date, Vesting, etc. as part of a custom export template. I've had a call with Redtail and they agree the feature doesn't exist. I want to be able to use a quick list and then be able to export that data so I can filter a report by entry dates. That way I will know which of our plans has a quarterly entry, semi-annual, annual, etc.

Option to turn off spam filter
Provide a checkbox to turn off WebMail's spam filtering. This will provide users using 3rd party mail apps to do their spam filtering natively and not have to deal with legitimate emails being hung up in RT's quarantine.

Vulnerable Adults with Diminished Capacity
There should be an option that would very clearly label a client that is a vulnerable adult or is someone with diminished capacity. It would be very useful if it were like the "This person is deceased" banner that pops up on contacts of clients who have passed. This banner could be bright yellow or something very obvious.

Removing clutter and organizing notes vs. calling/scheduling notes
Having come from sales force and being used to that system I need help creating a separate section, other than notes, that strictly tracks calls made and notes related to the call. it becomes very cluttered to have all notes and communication on the main page for the client.

Add a Project feature to the left side menu so we can add projects that we're working on
Add a tab for Projects so teams can collaborate on specific projects they are working on.

Opportunity
I would like the ability to add current opportunities as a data point in custom exports.

Add nicknames to the search contact feature
To the "Search Contacts" search bar, add in clients "nickname" to the search feature. If the client goes by something other than their first name, that name needs to be featured in the search contacts function.

Make it an option on calendar to change it from saying "Two Clients" to the clients name
Make it an option in preferences to change the way the client pops up in calendar. Right now if there is more than one person it shows up as " Two Clients", "Three Clients" etc. It would be much more convenient if the contacts name popped up automatically without having to hover over it, just how it was before the new update.

Email History Suggested Updates
Email History -- copies of multiple CC'd people on one email is not helpful. One copy with an actual body in the email to view/read would be a nice fix/update. Having a hover your mouse feature (preview of the first 2 lines) over the Email History section would be awesome too so you don't have to click in each client email & then you can quickly find what you're looking for.

Keep formatting when copying text from Word Documents to Contact Notes
I create Review Summaries in MS Word for our clients post-review. In addition to emailing the PDF versions to the clients, I copy the summaries in the Contact Notes section for the Advisors to refer back to for portfolio changes, to recall items requested from clients or check in on progress. Can you please update CRM to keep text formatting from Word Documents when we copy text from a Word Document and paste it into the Notes Section under a Contact? It makes more work for us, when we have to reformat heavily formatted text in the Notes section post-pasting.
