  1. Bulk Complete Workflow

    I can currently bulk delete and add workflows and add notes or tag groups to groups of people in a workflow. However, I cannot bulk complete a workflow step or a workflow task. We have workflow tasks that can be completed in bulk by adding tag groups. It would be wonderful if we could then bulk complete that task and step.

  2. automation attended seminar

    Automation based on client attendance change to seminar. Once client marked as attended, the post event follow-up workflow commences.

  3. Deleting Tag Groups Should Be an Admin Function

    The ability to delete a Tag Group should be an administrative function. Users currently have the ability to delete an entire tag group for our entire database.

  4. notification of calendar activity

    I want to be able to receive some kind of pop up reminder when a calendar activity is due. For example, 10 or 20 or 30 minutes (customizable) before an appointment or phone call, a POP UP reminder. The alert feature on the today page only works if Redtail is the top "window" open, and the dog barking system, while cute, is not at all effective.

  5. Automatically Create and Email Reports to User in Recurring Schedule

    Save Filter in Activity Reports and possible automated report generation?
    When we want to apply a filter to the "Activities by contact" report, we would value the ability to save a particular set of parameters for our filters that we can run on a systematic basis (daily, weekly, etc).

    Even further wishful thinking would be to be able to schedule this report to be run and emailed on an automated basis.

  7. Ability to enter a date for when the note occurred, not just when the note was created

    If the note has to be timestamped on the date it was entered, at least add the option to also select when the note occurred.

    In automation please add as a trigger event "Accitivty Changed/Update". I would like the system to notify a specific person that an appointment is updated/changed.

  9. Please add more robust tax report capabilities

    Please add a way to run a report with all the "Estimated Tax Information" fields: Adjusted Gross Income, Estimated Taxes, Tax Year, and Estimated Tax Bracket.

  10. Trusted Contact

    Under the contact record, can we please add fields for "Trusted Contacts"? We need to record the name, address, phone, and email of Trusted Contacts in a way that is easy to find. We are currently adding it to the "Important Information", but having a specific field in the contact info would be more helpful. It would also be nice if there was a checkbox somewhere that you could click if Trusted Contact is "declined", as this is something required going forward.

  11. Popup alert or notification to confirm when you drag a calendar event

    We have an issue where events, seminars, or appointments will accidentally get dragged to a different time or day on the calendar.
    When changes are made by dragging, the change isn't even noted in the "Timeline" for the activity. There needs to be a popup when you drag an event or appointment that said, "Are you sure you would like to make this change?"

  12. account udf bulk add

    I track RMDs for clients on an account level and a contact level and I have to manually add each account level UDF every January. This should be accomplished by a bulk add. And of course to do that it means that we will need an advanced search for the account level as well as contact level (So I can search for open IRAs and get open IRAs instead of closed IRAs and open something else) which is how the current advanced search works.

  13. insurance license

    Under Licensing, it would be nice to have a section to record agent's state insurance licenses, including state, number, effective date and expiration date, with the ability to set alerts (30 or 60-day) for upcoming renewals.

  14. Mapping Addresses

    Currently, if you are in a client record, you can click on the client address and "MAP" it. It would be nice to be able to "MAP" multiple addresses at once. If I am travelling out of town to visit clients in the same general area, it would be helpful to be able to map all of the clients at once to determine the best route to take.

  15. Report that will run last Client Review date

    Due to the glitch in the next review date. We are missing some of our clients actual review date. Since the glitch hasn't been fixed we need the ability to run a report versus having to go through each client to check to see if they were missed. The report for last activity is not an accurate report for this either. This glitch causes a problem with meeting our compliance date for each annual review.

  16. View full contact name in mobile app

    I would like to be able to view the entire contact record when using the mobile app. Many of our contacts go by their middle name or a nickname and we need to be able to see all the information in the app, not just first and last name.

  18. emotional status of interactions

    I'd like to be able to quickly and easily be prompted to indicated the client's perceived emotional state in the notes section during the interaction (example: dealing with a death/sad, moving/excited, submitting a complaint/angry or frustrated) of how a meeting/interaction/exchange went. Also, a separate field for "satisfied with services" and "dissatisfied with services" selection in notes per client interaction. I'd like to be able to run reports on this data for customer service improvement goals.

  19. Print Full Activity Details, Including Linked Notes

    Currently when printing an activity, only the portion of the description box that is showing on the web screen at that time appears. Additionally, the Linked notes are not printed out with it. If they are printed out with it, they are cut off and listed as (more...). We need to see all of the details surrounding that activity in an easily printable format.

  20. Workflow Notifications- Choose when to send a notification

    We have many individuals on a team in our office. It would be beneficial if sending workflow update e-mails were optional; just as they are with notes. It would be helpful to be able to select who the notifications should be sent to.
