Trusted Contact Field on Contact Card
Can you PLEASE add a field for Trusted Contact information on the Contact Record card? Also, please add a check box that can be marked if the client declines to provide this information. Thank you!

To Do:
A blank note pad (Not linked to calendar or contact) to be able to add and delete notes, things to do, etc. There are plenty of "To Do Things that I do not want cluttering up the calendar but need to from a "Notepad" once finished. It would be nice to have this in Redtail so that I have it digitally where ever I go not just on y desk.

custom export udf
Now custom export has the ability to export the UDF's, however if you have the same UDF in the same contact profile (or account profile) it will only export one of those. We, due to lack of a commissions/fee tracking module, use the same UDF's multiple times. Would be helpful to have all instances of the UDF exported in the custom export for reporting.

Workflow automation to create Activities
The ability for the Workflow steps to automatically create Activities that can be assigned to specific users/teams. Also, the next step in the Workflow would not start until all of the assigned activities in the previous step are completed.
The way that we see Workflows is that they are the "big picture" step-by-step guide & the individual Activities ("Tasks") are the place for the instructions & notes of that particular step.
This would also alleviate the head ache of having to check your Activities list & your Workflows each day & in the past.

list two contacts when attached to note/activity, not just '2 contacts'
I realize you like to say 2 contacts when both spouses are attached to an activity to save space but I'd love it if you only did that when 3 people are attached. I am trying to be good with my notes and attach both parties so they each have a record of it but then on printed reports, I can't tell who the activity or note is for. So list both names at two, summarize at 3.

auto complete calendar activities
Option when adding a calendar activity for it to auto-complete once that activity ends i.e. for meetings, appointments, events.

Removal of Tag Groups(Bulk Options)
You can add Tag Groups through Bulk Actions, but can not remove Tag Groups using Bulk Actions. It would make sense to have both the addition and removal of Tag Groups a Bulk Action.

Creating an Activity Should Send ONE Notification
When creating an activity... Why does person you are assigning it to receives more than one email notification on the activity? You need to click on edit to add the location and notes, therefore I didn't save the activity so the email shouldn't be sent. If I didn't "Save" it I'm not done creating it.

Under Workflow Steps - Where the "Mail Merge" Option is, there should be an "E-Mail Merge" as an option
When establishing a workflow Step, it asks if you want to do a "Mail Merge". You should also be able to choose to do an E-mail Merge from a template.

Family member relationship
Two things here...
1) When a client's marital status is Life Partner, the basic info at the top of their profile lists them as "Married to" when they are not actually married, hence being life partners. So...

email history default to note: email received or email sent
For any email history to also appear as default as a chronological note as either email received or email sent. A huge portion of our client correspondence is via email. As it stands we either have to copy/paste emails into notes (which defeats the purpose of having emails journal archive) or review both notes and email history to understand the correspondence history of a client, which is redundant. The system as it sits today is both unnecessarily time consuming and encourages mistakes and misses.

Capability to delete comment
I'm able to delete a Note but not a Comment within a Note. It would be nice to be able to delete your own Comments within a 24 hour period. I only delete Notes immediately upon saving it if I need to revise content due to an error. I'd like the same capability with Comments.
Because the Comments format jams it all up making look like one huge paragraph, sometimes I feel the need to revise a Comment to add additional spaces and symbols to make it easier to read and understand.

Open Activities
I created a new activity type - outstanding issue to mark those things where we have reached out to the client but not heard back from them so the issue is still outstanding. Normally I'd put this in important information but that field is too easy to ignore (until you fix that, right?). My thought was to just add a date on those activities for the end of next year but I realized I can't easily see that. It doesn't show up on the main contact page, doesn't show up when i click on activities, and there is no quick…

Contact Options - Reports
Hello. Please make a change to allow the Reports under Contact Options to be customized. It would be fantastic if we could custom select which fields we want to include in these reports. Thanks for your consideration.

multiple contact status and categories
It would be great if we could select multiple status and categories for contact records. For instance, we have business relationship - Active for a Contact Status. I would like to be able to select more than one Category, for instance COI and Vendor.

Automation that would Trigger Roles being Populated upon Adding Servicing Advisor
Upon entering a Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor in contact record, RT would automatically populate the Roles field (of the 3 individuals for that Servicing/Writing Advisor's team). It is double work now to enter Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor, then go in and manually complete the Roles fields for every new client record entered.

Linking documents to calendar events
Ability to link specific documents to calendar events/tasks.
Ability to link additional Notes from the client profile(s) to calendar events/tasks that are relevant.If a calendar event is not created FROM the Notes pages at the time the Note is added to the client profile, there seems to be no way to link specific notes to the calendar event once the note has been saved.
