Email reminders for when activities are due
When activities that were scheduled in advance come due, the creator of the activity should be able to get a reminder email sent to their inbox to notify them. Similar to a calendar reminder on your calendar for an appointment, activities should provide an outside reminder to an email.

Provide a link to client to schedule a meeting during a block of time on calendar
Allows us to create a link to send out to multiple clients allowing them to choose a time slot during a specific period of time to schedule a meeting. Once selected that time slot would disappear from the options to the other clients.

Automation condition based on "activity Template"
If I am using a specific activity template like a "discovery Meeting Template" or an "annual Review Meeting template" I feel like we should be able to automate the corresponding workflow template for that activity template as well.
Selecting the workflow in the "do this action" tab already exists. It is the "Activity Template" that is missing from the "if conditions true" tab.

Add time stamped notes inside the workflow
I would like the ability to add time stamped notes to workflows. We often have tasks that take several try's to complete such as a phone calls to a client to get answers to questions. I would like to be able to see the noted attempts of calls to the clients with a date and time inside the workflow step or task.

newest update - can't view contact names while looking at calendar unless you hover over "2 Contacts"
The newest update for July 2024 changed how you view and print the calendar. We want to be able to look at quick glance who is scheduled for an appointment. We also print a calendar daily and now have to manually type the clients names to be able to view who the appointment is with. Please change back or allow users to choose how they want to view the calendar.

Activity order should not shuffle on the activities tab
Activities list should remain static when the page is refreshed, not rearrange every time. It makes it very hard to keep track of what I am looking for when there are too many activities listed at the same date and time.

Search Notes by linked account number
Redtail allows multiple account numbers in Notes' account number field. It would be useful to be able to use that linked field when using the Search box when in a contact's notes view. Right now that Notes search function only looks in the note's text field. It would improve functionality and usefulness if the Notes search box also looked in the linked account field.

Automation based on UDFs/Dates
It would be great if we were able to set up automation triggers based on if a UDF date field expires. For example, if we want to do a cash flow review every 2 years and we have a UDF that shows the date of the last cash flow review, it would be awesome to have an activity created once the last cash flow review hits the 2 year mark.

important information should be displayed in a banner across the top of client page
i.e. we have a client who is suspicious of the internet and does not want his information in any emails. We frequently communicate with clients that way so we really need a big red warning "DON"T EMAIL" right under his name

Allow Default Setting for Past Due Activities/Workflow Items
Please allow a default setting to view all current and past due items. Having to manually find past due items really defeats the point of having assigned items to begin with. Thanks!

Update Retriever Cloud so that it syncs to the users main Outlook calendar rather than create a separate calendar for the sync.

workflow tasks on calendar
Workflow tasks on RT calendar should clearly state the client's name on the calendar entry so that advisor knows which client the task is pertaining to.

Warning when sending attachment
Redtail does not prompt you with a warning when an attachment is to large for an email. Instead it sends out the email without the attachment, and no notification.
Please fix this issue

Auto-Assign CSA Role Based on Advisor
It would be nice to, upon creation of a new client record, assign the CSA Role automatically based on the Writing and Servicing Advisor combinations. i.e. If the new contact's Writing Advisor is John and Servicing Advisor Joe, the CSA role would automatically assign to Jane.

Add "On Creation Date" to the Step Due in a workflow Step.
When you create a workflow, you are given the option of setting the Target Date a some point "After Creation Date". So, if you set it to 0 days after creation date, the workflow sets the target date as today. HOWEVER, if you set it up that way and then use automation to trigger it, and that automation triggers when an activity is set and the condition is appointment, EVEN THOUGH the workflow target date is set for today, the workflow target date is set at the future appointment date.
This makes it impossible to have a workflow automatically trigger…

Ability to Re-Organize Menu
It would be great to be able to re-organize the menu list on the left side. Especially when we are in a contact to be able to organize them by our most used tabs would be convenient.

Customize Dashboard
be able to choose from entire database to customize your dashboard. Example: add tabs where it currently has tag groups, keywords, etc to be able to exchange or add options. For example, add professional contacts
