Have Household Keywords
I'd love to be able to have keywords that are applied to the household as a whole, not just the individual person. We use monthly keywords for our review months, and keep husband/wife the same. Right now, we have to add that keyword to both people, and then update on both if we need to change it. I'd love to have an option for household keywords, that automatically assigns that same keyword to all parties in the household (kids, etc...)

Activity Notes Linked to Account
For activities that are linked to an account, it would be nice if the notes that are entered in that activity are automatically linked to that account. I have to enter the note and then go back and link it to the account after.

Workflow Reports to include more detail such as complete workflows and outcome info.
The Workflow Report shows the current step. The workflow task report shows the current step and task but not the user/team/role assigned. You also can't see any completed info on the workflow task report. If you are managing an office and trying to review where multiple employees are on all of their workflows including what outcomes they've selected for certain steps, you have to go to each individual workflow and run the timeline report in order to see the outcome itself. Copy Roles selection to the Spouse in a new contact
Now that you can select Roles in the Contact Add Screen, could the system copy those Roles to the spouses record, if they are also setup in the same screen? I noticed that Permissions copy over, but the Roles did not.

Should be able to notify more than just one user when imputing a new note
When adding a note, you can only notify one user about that note. Should be able to notify multiple users.

Switching Family Head
When switching a family head of household all contact information should remain on both profiles. Currently the information remains with the former head of household and we have to key in all the information to the new head of house hold.

trusted contact
I know others have suggested/requested adding a Trusted Contact field. Let me share how this would make my life easier:
We use LaserApp to complete our forms for TD Ameritrade. I have to then go back and add the Trusted Contact information to each application manually. This takes time and allows room for error.
I know you don't just "snap your fingers" and have it done, but I hope this request is at the top of the wish list. Thank you for all you do to help us manage so much data. Your work is appreciated.36 votes -
'Complete' Client Reviews
For an industry that is very much reliant on keeping track of bare min YEARLY client reviews, this section needs a better tech focus. I would at least appreciate if the "Client Review" reminders could be 'completed' just like an activity.

workflow
Bring back the old method of editing workflows.
The new method to modify workflows is very difficult to use. You cannot see your entire workflow as a whole while editing like you could before. You also have to collapse every single step and every step task unless you want a 20 page long stream of steps and tasks. If you want to move a task around you have to drag it, stop, scroll a little higher, drag, stop, scroll a little higher, etc. That makes it difficult to move stuff around in an efficient manner.

List TWO Contacts in Things to do Today
If one contact linked to activity, contact name is shown. If more than one, the link says "X Contacts" where X is the number of contacts. This should be updated so that two contacts also show the full names in the links, there is room to provide two names. Three or more can stay "X Contacts" but two or less should show the names. Most activities have both spouses attached and seeing all activities say "2 Contacts" is inefficient and hard for organizational purposes.

calendar scroll
In month view I prefer to have the current week near the top so I can see last week and the next few weeks. Near the end of the month I can't see what's coming up. Thanks

Automations IF conditions...
Why are we unable to use any of the IF conditions across the different trigger events? EX for a trigger event of Activity Added, I can only use IF conditions that revolve around Activities. A trigger event of Contact Status change will only allow IF conditions revolving around Contact information.
What I need is the ability to have a trigger of an Activity Added allow me to use IF conditions from Contact info, such as category, status etc.
Summary: If the IF conditions are available in one instance they should be available in all instances it seems.

Add 2 contacts to calendar event
It would be great to be able to add multiple contacts to a calendar event when you're creating it in the calendar.
I know you can add another after the fact, but that takes longer.

View past due Workflow activities / Roll forward past due Workflow Activities
The Workflow screen on the main CRM page shows workflow tasks due that day. However, there is no ability to see, or roll forward, past-due workflow activities.
I am suggesting functionality similar to the view/roll-forward capabilities for past due Activities, just applying it to Workflow tasks.

Orion Integration Report
There needs to be a simple way for us to see which contacts have been linked to the Orion Integration. The only way currently is to go to the client, click on integrations and see what pops up. Some sort of report or field for each contact would be helpful to audit the integration.

Add a "Team" option when assigning new Tasks/Activities
We'd love it if you could add an option when creating a new task to assign it to a team instead of having to add individuals manually. When we add a new team member we have to go back through hundreds of tasks and manually update them to add the new teammate whereas if we could add a team, they would update automatically when we add a new team member to that team. This would be a HUGE savings of time for our company.

Avoid repeat reminders from falling on a weekend.
It would be nice if repeat reminders would avoid falling on a weekend. For instance, I have a client who transfers $2800 monthly to an investment account on the 6th of every month. So I set up a reminder on the 7th to invest her money. Some months the 7th falls on a weekend when the market is closed, and I have to manually set a new reminder for Monday. It would be nice if this reminder would automatically push to the following Monday if it fell on a weekend.
