Workflow Summary Notes
My team would really like to be able to export the summary notes for a workflow or be able to directly print them, this way we can use them in meetings away from the office or attach them to reports, and currently it doesn't seem there is any way to capture that data without copying and pasting it all into a word document.
It would also be nice to change the category of each step note as it is added or change a step category rather than only being able to change the category of a workflow, as some workflows…

Please add search feature to Beneficiary
Beneficiary information needs to become a searchable field along with the auto population of DOB and SS#. This would save time when updating forms and reviewing beneficiaries.

Link Emails to various contacts
I need the ability to link an outgoing email to multiple contacts and/or opportunities and accounts. I am often emailing an insurance company regarding a client's policy (account). The email doesn't connect to the client because the email is not being sent to them, but it may involve that contact, account or opportunity and need to be recorded in those places.

Head of Household Display
Please add some sort of indication on the client profiles for the head of household. Maybe a green box around their profile picture or even just say "head of household" beside their name. I don't care what it looks like but we need some distinction.

Email reminders for when activities are due
When activities that were scheduled in advance come due, the creator of the activity should be able to get a reminder email sent to their inbox to notify them. Similar to a calendar reminder on your calendar for an appointment, activities should provide an outside reminder to an email.

Customize Dashboard
be able to choose from entire database to customize your dashboard. Example: add tabs where it currently has tag groups, keywords, etc to be able to exchange or add options. For example, add professional contacts

Sticky Notes to add to client file
Be able to add a "post-it-like" note to a client file so it stands out instantly. This could serve as a reminder to give them something next time they are in the office, or ask them about such and such....
I don't want to sift through client notes, or use a pinned note- this doesn't stand out enough.

professional contact
It would be great if when you create a Professional Relationship it would also automatically create a Membership between the individuals and/or firms. Ideally it would work the other ways as well - if you create a membership with the type being the same as a Professional Relationship then that would appear under the Professional Relationship tab. This would make it much easier to be able to go to a Professional (i.e., CPA) and see who all their clients are, etc.

Name in "Referred By" window be hyper-linked to Contact's Record
Under Contact Details - Referred By - Could the name of the person be (hyper-linked) to their contact record? This would greatly reduce my clicks to get to the person's Contact Record who referred.

custom export udf
Now custom export has the ability to export the UDF's, however if you have the same UDF in the same contact profile (or account profile) it will only export one of those. We, due to lack of a commissions/fee tracking module, use the same UDF's multiple times. Would be helpful to have all instances of the UDF exported in the custom export for reporting.

Option to change the note time stamp
Following up on T# 1392460
User was unable to submit idea , he never rcvd the link from noreply@trymagic.comWe'd like to be able to change the note time stamp view.
Within the first 7 days,it shows as "last monday" , "last thursday" etc

Automations: Change of Contact Status TO Create/Update Contact Tag Group
We use MarketingPro for scheduled campaigns to our clients via email. The only way to set groups in MP from RT is to set up tag groups for each campaign. It would be GREAT if there were automations triggered when a Contacts Status is changed to one of our options to automatically trigger them to be added/removed or changed to the specific tag group. This way, our campaigns in MP are always up to date and current to actual contact status.
Example:
Contact Status updated to 'Former Client' triggers the 'Active Client' Tag Group to be removed.

Create a Bulk Action that allows Assigned Tasks in a Workflow to be reassigned to a User or Team.
Will you make a Bulk Action that allows us to reassign tasks to a User or Team?
This would allow a manager or advisor to assign an entire workflow or workflows to a specific person.
I agree that Workflow Templates should be assigned to Teams as is taught in Redtail University. As people come and go from teams, the template can stay the same. However, if this Team Assignment continues, Teams that continue on and reassign tasks to an individual user are forced to reassign each Task individually. Opportunity Follow-Ups
I would want the ability to set a follow-up date on opportunities. Right now you can only set a close date.
I would envision a tile on the today page that would show my opportunities to follow-up on today.

When posting a note or activity it would be helpful to have a save button near the text box so I don't have to scroll down to bottom of page to save.

Tracking who was Notified in a note
After typing a note and "notifying" a team and/or individual, it would be spectacular if there was a way to later reference who you notified. SOOOO many times I have said "I notified you of that note" and the person says "I didn't receive an email". We need a way to track who was notified in each note. Maybe in the "general information" section where comments are. It would solve so many things! Why notify at all when you cannot reference or use it to confirm anything?

Have "Owner" of a Workflow also be the "Assignee" of all Workflow Tasks
If I am creating a workflow, I can assign the "Owner" of the workflow to a specific user, but there is no way for me to assign the underlying Tasks to that specific user unless I go into each task individually.
There should be an option within the workflow template to initially assign each task to the workflow owner. This way, I can start a workflow, make a specific user the Owner, then all tasks will be assigned to that owner.

Activities - Show On Main Page Past Due And Today's Activities. I do not only want to see today's activities, I want to also see the past due activities that people have snuck into my activities list that I don't know to check for.

View activities by household
It would be nice if we could see activities per household instead of per individual contact record and marked which contact the activity involves (both, person A or person B). This would reduce lost activities per household without having to switch back and forth between contact records. Especially now, some household members handle their investments individually and some investments together.
