  1. Multi calendar option

    I am writing because I work for 3 advisors and I'd like to make a suggestion. Do you think it would ever be possible to be able to have multiple calendar views at a time? Being that I work for 3 separate advisors, it would be nice if I could open a calendar tab per advisor as to better manage their schedules. Currently when ever you open a new tab the calendar automatically syncs to one view and you have to keep changing advisor per need. It would be nice to be able to have multiple calendars at once.

  2. Trigger for more fields for Automation Templates

    Need to expand the options for triggers to include more than one field. We want to be able to trigger if all conditions are true but it only allows for one trigger event. We need to allow for more then one trigger event. For example, if the category changes and status changes then it triggers.

  3. Workflow Reports to include more detail such as complete workflows and outcome info.

    The Workflow Report shows the current step. The workflow task report shows the current step and task but not the user/team/role assigned. You also can't see any completed info on the workflow task report. If you are managing an office and trying to review where multiple employees are on all of their workflows including what outcomes they've selected for certain steps, you have to go to each individual workflow and run the timeline report in order to see the outcome itself.   4. Copy Roles selection to the Spouse in a new contact

    Now that you can select Roles in the Contact Add Screen, could the system copy those Roles to the spouses record, if they are also setup in the same screen? I noticed that Permissions copy over, but the Roles did not.

  5. Switching Family Head

    When switching a family head of household all contact information should remain on both profiles. Currently the information remains with the former head of household and we have to key in all the information to the new head of house hold.

  6. Client review section.Would like to see "next dates" Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annually

    Client review dates:
    Instead of Weekly, Monthly.....

  7. Husband & Wife as One

    Many of my married clients share everything, some even only have one email that they share. What is difficult currently with RedTail is that everything is recorded separately. So notes, emails, documents, reminders, etc. are only connected to one of the two contacts. It would be extremely helpful if we had an option to link the two so that everything that I see in one contact (notes, emails, documents, reminders, etc.) will also show on the other. So no matter which of the two spouses that I open, I will be able to see everything.

  8. Family names

    It would help improve efficiency to be able to tag a family name in an activity, note, or opportunity. Currently you must tag each individual involved. For example John Doe has to be tagged and so would Jane Doe. If we were able to select "Doe, John & Jane" from a family name category information could post on both client cards and save time in searching for the spouses name.

  9. Add Workflow Task Notes

    We are currently having issues accessing the notes documented within the description box of workflow tasks. If task notes are are captured in the step notes box it can quickly become a jumbled mess. For example, we have a workflow with 2 steps and within those 2 steps are about 5 tasks all assigned to different people. Are the notes for all 5 of the different tasks assigned to different people supposed to be jumbled in a no particular order within the step notes box.   10. Note notification - the note populates the email

    When one receives an email with the subject "Redtail CRM: A new note has been added.", having the note populate the email would be helpful so one does not have to login to see the note.

  11. Under recently added notes in lieu of "2 linked contacts" have the names listed there rather than having to click on

  12. search bar

    I used to be able to enter a phone number or address in the search bar and the client would come up. It doesn't seem to do that now, did you take that away? I found it very helpful (esp when caller ID shows only the number.) If it is no longer available I would like to suggest it be re-added.

  14. Add a "Team" option when assigning new Tasks/Activities

    We'd love it if you could add an option when creating a new task to assign it to a team instead of having to add individuals manually. When we add a new team member we have to go back through hundreds of tasks and manually update them to add the new teammate whereas if we could add a team, they would update automatically when we add a new team member to that team. This would be a HUGE savings of time for our company.

  15. Orion Integration Report

    There needs to be a simple way for us to see which contacts have been linked to the Orion Integration. The only way currently is to go to the client, click on integrations and see what pops up. Some sort of report or field for each contact would be helpful to audit the integration.

  16. Update workflow automation to treat a modified activity type as a newly created activity

    When an activity is created by another app (OnceHub via Zapier), we manually change the activity to a more specific, custom activity type which is linked to an automated workflow, but RedTail doesn't recognize that as a newly created activity, so it doesn't perform the automation and start the workflow. Please update the automation to treat and changes to the activity type as a newly created activity so it can trigger the automation. Thanks.

  17. Automations IF conditions...

    Why are we unable to use any of the IF conditions across the different trigger events? EX for a trigger event of Activity Added, I can only use IF conditions that revolve around Activities. A trigger event of Contact Status change will only allow IF conditions revolving around Contact information.

    What I need is the ability to have a trigger of an Activity Added allow me to use IF conditions from Contact info, such as category, status etc.

    Summary: If the IF conditions are available in one instance they should be available in all instances it seems.

    In month view I prefer to have the current week near the top so I can see last week and the next few weeks. Near the end of the month I can't see what's coming up. Thanks

  20. Link ALL accounts to an activity with one click

    In some cases, such as portfolio reviews, ALL accounts for a client family are involved. It is very cumbersome (and time consuming) to have to click each individual account to link them to an activity. It would be very nice if you could add a "LINK ALL ACCOUNTS" button to the activity link page. Thank you for your consideration!
