    Can you add Microsoft Teams as a connector so we can attach client to any team conversation that we are having and post materials directly.

  2. allow for user and client invitees on a calendar to accept or decline invite and add to external calendar

    similarly to how we can invite people to calendar events in Outlook or Zimbra

  3. Please add client picture to the Personal Profile Form

    It would be quite helpful if I could print a report that had basic information for a client and family, along with pictures of each. As my client book grows, it's important that I stay close and personal to clients. If I had a report with names of a family, pictures, and maybe even personal likes and interests, that would give me GREAT information for the start of a meeting, which we like to keep on the personal side rather than on the business side of talking points.

  4. Linked Notes - Notify User and Copy to Another Contact

    It would be very helpful to have the same features in Linked Notes as we do in when adding a regular note - I often need to notify a user of this linked note as well as copy the linked not to another record.

  5. Broadcast Email Logistics

    Our office would like the ability to analyze broadcast email data. IE. Who is opening our emails? How many emails are opened?

  6. create employment checkbox

    Create a check box for employment status with options for full time, part time, unemployed, student, homemaker, etc. When a client retires we still like to keep their prior position and employer listed in the contact box for record-keeping purposes, but would like a way to indicate they are retired.

  7. memberships

    Rename Memberships to Relationships. The definition of membership doesn't seem appropriate "the state of being a member, as of a society or club". Relationship is defined as "a connection, association, or involvement" which makes more sense. Many individuals new to Redtail get confuse by this.

  8. Have marriage date and divorced date fields.

    When viewing contact record it looked like my divorced client was divorced for x amount of years after entering marriage date in Know Your Client. I like knowing that my client was married x amount of years and then knowing when the divorce was final.

  9. Have the workflow export feature the "percentage complete" bar.

    Whenever exporting all workflows, one of the columns should feature the "percentage complete" information.

  11. Use the USPS API to verify mailing addresses

    The USPS has a great API to verify addresses and format them to the USPS standard. It will even give the Zip+4 for the address. How about a button to check the address?

  13. I need to see clients trust accounts on their Contact page.

    When my clients are trustee or beneficiary on a Trust account I need to see that relationship on the Contact page. Currently only accounts in the clients SSN are included in AUM on the Contact page. Linking the client to the Trust in memberships does not show up on the Contact page. The only way I can relate the client to the trust is through personal knowledge. If I am looking at the Contact page and do not recall they also have a Trust account there is nothing there ont the Contact page to remind me.

  14. Time tracker

    Similar to Toggle, something that when you're in the CRM on a client, you can hit a button and it times who is working on that client and for how long, maybe have project options. This would be very helpful when you have to bill clients. Also, you'd have a log of how much time you spend with that client.

  15. schedule workflow tasks on calendar to specific block of time

    We need to be able to take a workflow task and assign it to a specific time on the calendar such as alloting 1 hour of time, or 2 hours of time, and then have it show there and in the client record when completed. This helps determine how much time it takes, allocate time accordingly and bill the client appropriately. Having the tasks without being able to schedule them to a specific block of time is quite frustrating.

  16. Location on Calendar

    The calendar does not show the location of meetings. In order to find out we must click into the activity itself. This is very problematic for assistant making appointments for three advisors over 20 locations. We have worked around by typing location in subject line, but adds additional work for assistant. Please fix!!

  17. Need to see new comments to older notes on Todays Overview

    For compliance tracking, we need to be able to see any new comments to older notes on Today's Overview and related note reports. We currently have to add a new note for each step of a single process to ensure proper tracking.

  18. Ability to move all pending and completed activities from one contact to another. I

    Ability to move all pending and completed activities from one contact to another. I am changing a head of household and want all activities to be moved to this contact all at one time, not one at a time. With the completed activities, I have to uncomplete them and then change the contact and then complete again.

  19. Professional Contacts

    When you add a Professional Contact, it would be great if you could have an option to click on a box to have the info automatically added/linked to the spouse's contact record, where applicable. So if I add a CPA, I would be able to add that relationship to the family, as opposed to adding it one contact at a time.

  20. Ability to link 2 contacts at once to an activity, task, etc...

    When I want to link a husband and wife to an activity or task, I have to go through the "link a contact" process twice. It would be nice if I could search their last name and just click on both of their names at the same time.
