    It would be really helpful if there was a report or something to show us e-mails that did not link to a client. If someone's POA emails, for example, and that POA email is not on the client record, that email will never post. And there's really no way for us to know unless we verify a client's e-mail every single time we receive one.

    Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.

  3. Follow up activity should be in Linked Notes

    Add the Follow Up activity button to all Notes fields. Currently it is in the generic notes field and when documenting a phone call, I can add a Follow up activity. However, when the Advisor Chooses Linked Notes within the appointment, there is no Follow Up Activity Button. So if there is a need to do something in the future, it is a separate step.

  4. Push Notification/Daily Email with all timed activities for day

    Every day at whatever time you set, Redtail can send a push notification that details all the days timed meetings/appointments. Alternatively, having a morning summary email would be great.

  5. Sorting tasks on the main page by overdue, today, and future

    Unless I go into the activity tab and filter to past due, or past due and today, etc. There is no easy way for me to see overdue tasks unless I manually keep pushing the due date.

  6. My Rep Chat takes up too much room.

    With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!

  7. Include a category labeled "OUT"

    Configure the OUT category to display a Conflict message when an individual attempts to assign a task, contact, or appointment to an individual who is marked Out on a particular day. At present, there is no mechanism in place to detect the situation in which an individual assigns a follow-up item from Notes without checking the calendar to determine whether the individual has themselves blocked out. (With the category option of OUT, you could still include a description such as "Vacation" or any other information that the individual desired.)

  8. Add filter options for permissions report

    In the permission report please add the option to select no one under servicing advisor. Also add the option to filter by writing advisor as well. I want to compare a contacts permissions with the writing and servicing advisor they have so over time I can correct bad permissions since automations don't have a trigger of a changed writing or servicing advisor.

  9. Need more operand options when setting up automations

    When setting up permissions I used advanced search and applied backoffice permissions to everyone where the writing or servicing advisor wasn't blank. I want to do an automation with the same thing but that operand function isn't available and I'll need to put in so many criteria to do the same thing and when we add new advisors I'll need to set them up as well.

  10. SNAPMobile VOIP Integration

    We currently have our VOIP hosted through Access Systems and they use SNAPMobile for their VOIP system. It would be nice to be able to have access to the phone feature within Redtail with a product we already use.

  11. Clickable URL link in Activity Description

    We are allowed to insert an URL link in the activity description; however, when you try clicking the link - it does nothing.

    It would be nice to click the link that opens in a new tab window just like the add URL link in workflow does.

  12. More Filters for Workflows Reports

    It would be very helpful if we could filter workflows by more categories in workflow reports including roles such as Advisor/Associate Advisor and by the current step. Additionally for the date range if we could have an all past due date range, this would be great. It would also be helpful to update a saved filter instead of having to create a new saved filter and remove the old after making edits.

  13. Notification Emails need to be ENCRYPTED

    We have been aware of this issue for a long time now, but I think with the climate today it has become IMPERATIVE that Redtail encrypt notification emails generated from created and updated Activities. I believe many Redtail users put sensitive information in the subject and description such as account numbers (regardless of whether Redtail thinks we should) and then that information is being broadcast to the world in an insecure email if notification settings are not all set to "no".   14. Contact Link Option for any filed listed as "Contact"

    It's frustrating that there are multiple fields where a contact can be listed yet, despite the fact that the contact being listed is also in Redtail, there is no option to create a hyperlink to that client. For example: Departments (under Business Clients), Primary Contact (under Misc. Client Information), Referred By (under Client Details), etc.

  15. Notifying Colleagues

    I believe we are able to tag/notify other colleagues via the activity tab, but our team primarily communicates and documents via the notes tab. For example, my colleague and I were both working on a task together. If would be nice to tag her somehow to let her know about an update I've made or a note I have shared. Other than this, she would have to constantly check for new notes.

  16. Assign Estimated Time to Complete to Workflow Templates!

    To better track capacity across our service team, I propose adding a feature to our workflows that allows us to assign an estimated time to complete for each workflow template. This enhancement would enable us to monitor and manage each processor's workload more effectively. It would be great if we could also have a capacity dashboard for each processor!

  17. Add a "TOP" button when scrolling down on pages

    Add a "TOP" button when scrolling down on pages such as notes, activities, etc. where we can easily click one button to return to the top of the page vs scrolling back up to be able to move away from that page. OR freeze the side bar menu so we don't have to scroll up and can just click the page we want to go to.

    Separate Websites by "TYPE" the way Phone and email are separated.

    Phone and email have separate tabs when doing a “custom export”. The client has one line with all the phone numbers in a separate tab (same line) and emails in separate tabs (same line) but “websites” puts all the client information on separate LINES per website.

    There only 3 choices for Websites: home, other and work. With people working from home and using their website, plus a side hustle with it’s own websites, it would be nice to export websites in the same manner as phones and emails.

  19. Give users the ability to change the tabs in the contacts view.

    Allow users to choose which tab is shown first on the contacts pages.
    Currently the "Past Due and Next" tab is shown. I want the "Notes" tab to be shown so that I can see the notes on a client, I do not use the "Past Due and Next" feature at all.
