  1. recurring activities

    Have an option when choosing when the activity will reoccur, to be x days after the activity is completed. So if you make a monthly call for 1st day of the month, but you get behind and complete on the 15th day, the next call does not occur on the 1st but in 30 days. Otherwise I will be constantly manually adjusting my recurring call dates because I rarely get them done on the actual day they are due.

  2. The ability to remove the PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form.

    Allow the ability to remove the newly added PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form. This is embarrassing to our office.

  3. task completed/appointment calendar

    It would be great to be able to see task and calendar appts. still visible on calendar after being completed. Also, possibly adding feature to indicate if they were completed (maybe with different color).

  5. Calendar Local Time

    Please allow local time on the CRM Calendar to be the same as the local time chosen in the settings regardless of the time on the physical machine.

  6. Bulk complete Workflows

    I wish there were an option to bulk complete workflows. There are several abandoned workflows that I want to clean up, but I don't want to delete them. If I were able to complete them in bulk, I would be able to keep a record for compliance and it would be so much more efficient.

  7. Print Workflow Templates

    When creating a workflow template, please provide the option to "Print" your workflow template. This would be helpful when a team is working on creating the individual steps in each workflow.

  10. completion of notes appears to other tagged team members in email the same way activities do

    Whenever I have attendees listed in an Activity and they are set up to be notified of changes/updates/etc. when the Activity is "Saved and Completed", whatever is in the "Description" box will appear in the email that the Attendee is pinged with. Love that.
    Whenever I want to notify someone of a Note on the system the email prompts the person I tagged to log in to view the note. I would love for the note I input to appear in the follow up email to my team member- it does seem redundant especially when we know it can be…

  11. adding the feature of Nicknames to labels so that I don't have to cut and paste everything for my 400 holiday cards

    currently labels pull the full name or family name. It would be also good to pull the nickname as people often use their preferred nickname not their full name.

  12. Text Message

    Would like the ability to filter out text messages when searching through client notes, or have text messages saved/captured in a separate spot (like emails are) instead; presently need to sift through dozens of text messages to find actual notes in each client file

  13. active workflow tasks today

    For active workflow tasks number on TODAY page in upper right, provide an option to toggle between:
    1. Only show past due and today workflow tasks. No future tasks.
    2. Show all tasks - past, today and future.
    I really don't need to see future tasks and would like to quickly know anything that is due to today AND in the past. Thanks!

  15. Active workflow tasks assigned based on the role need to reassign those tasks when the person in the role changes.

    When the person assigned to a role changes it is critical that the workflow tasks assigned to that role automatically update to the new person in that role. Right now we have to update all workflow tasks manually when the person in the role changes. Workflows could be so much more useful. Please make this a priority.

  16. Incoming email meeting requests are not automatically added to the Redtail sync calendar in Outlook. Publicize any workaround for this.

    I would like my calendar to sync without any manual adjustments. Currently the Outlook desktop application adds meeting requests that are emailed to me to the DEFAULT OUTLOOK calendar. It would be nice to be able to change this default calendar or for the Retriever Cloud sync to sync with Outlook's default calendar instead of the "sync" calendar that Retriever Cloud creates s a separate Outlook calendar.

  18. Combine Email/Call/Text Logs

    Instead of adding call and text information to the notes, it would be great to have one tab for logging of all communication with clients that could be filtered out between emails, calls, and texts. We have a text-heavy clientele, and we're new to Redtail but already finding that text logging is bogging down our notes list.

  19. Go directly to "Activity Details" when creating a new activity

    We want to be able to go straight to the activity details page when creating a new activity. This would create some efficiencies for our team (fewer clicks for activity creation) but, more importantly, it would reduce duplicate email notifications for activities.

    For example, right now, when we click "Add activity" and add the relevant details in the abbreviated "Create Activity" window, attendees get an "activity assigned" notification email as soon as we click "create & edit" and then another "activity updated" email once we actually have the opportunity to get to the activity details screen to add a description…

    When clicking on the account tab with the Orion integration can it be that we choose which account view we want - Orion or Redtail?
