Revert Back to Old Redtail Font and Colors
Please revert back to the darker, larger font and colors. The screens are almost all white now, making it harder to differentiate between things. These changes have made it harder to work and focus on specific item, much less be easy to view.

More contrast on Contact Record Page, too much white- boxes run together
One suggestion I'd make with the latest update is readjusting the contrast in colors on the contact page for each individual client. Currently there is minimal contrast between the different boxes of Contact Card, Contact Details, Adding a Note, etc. It makes it difficult to see where boxes start and end now, things start to run together now.

Primary/Lead and Secondary/Assist "assigned to" options for Activities
I would like to be able to have a Primary and Secondary label for the "assigned to" individuals. We often have tasks assigned to two people and sometimes we duplicate efforts. It would be helpful if the creator of the activity could assign who he wants to take the lead as Primary or Lead. Alternatively, if I have an activity with two people assigned but the second is just there as an FYI, it would be great if I could say I'm taking the lead so the other person knows not to work the activity.

Expand automation
We need the ability to automate updates to opportunity stages, creation of activities, and changes to contacts based on workflow tasks marked complete.
We also need the ability to automate creation of activities and contacts based on changes to opportunities, such as the stage.

Set a default text box size for the "description" field.
There should be a feature that allows us to set a default size for the "description" text box field within an activity every time you open it. Currently, you have to manually adjust the size of the field every time you open an activity. Allowing us to set a default would get rid of this clunky adjustment every time a new activity is opened up to work on.

Need ability to Notify team in comments
Not being able to notifiy a user when a task is complete, causes us to open yet another dialog box withing the clients portal causing a lot of unnecessary dialog boxes to filter through.

Calendar appointment location field
It would be great, when adding an appointment in the calendar and the clients name is included in the appointment, when clicking on the "Location" data field, all addresses associated to the clients profile are listed in the dropdown to select for adding to location.

Remove Workflow Summary from Notes not permissioned report. There is no way to permission this summary. Maybe create another report to check summaries or allow the option to permission.

It would be very helpful if we could permission the workflow notes.
When you write a note on a workflow, there is not a way to permission that note. It clogs up my notes not permissioned report that I clear out weekly. Or make it so that those notes don't appear in that report.

Customizable Contacts Home Page
Ability to customize contact page home screen so that we can see all contacts in a list with their primary number/address/last meeting date/ age/ etc. Salesforce has this ability and it greatly streamlines our workday.

We need a Family Tree tab or a section devoted to keeping track of and quickly communicating intergenerational relationships. The membership tab should be renamed/replaced with sections that show dependent (within household) and non-dependent relationships (within family but outside of household).

activity
It would be great to be able to create a reoccurring task for a specific date and to have the task continue to rollover to the next day if the task is not completed. When the task is marked done, the task could then move to completed activities along with the completed date.

Client View
It would be great if there is a toggle on the calendar to switch on Client View. This way we can look at the calendar with a client to schedule a meeting without other client information showing. Client View would hide the linked client names and other identifying information, just showing blocked out times for already scheduled meetings.

can you make it an option to have such a large block showing an event on the calendar. If I have 6 apts that day, it takes up the whole page
make the latest update an option. It now takes up too much space, a full day of apts,, I have to scroll up and down to see one day. Cannot do a snapshot of the week, or month now because of the scrolling.

Showing "Versions" of notes
I understand why notes cannot be deleted, but when there is a typo or a bit of information is entered in incorrectly, rather than just adding a comment, it would be nice to edit/fix the note, but still leave the original. Like having the ability for a note to have multiple versions that are all viewable at any time, but the most recent being the one viewed from the "latest notes".

Link Existing Documents to Notes
It would be really nice if we could link documents that are already uploaded to the clients contact card to a new note. Right now, if I want to make a note regarding a document that's already existing on the client's contact card and attach the document for easy reference (for example, a trust document), I have to download the document from the client's contact card, and then re-upload it via the note. I then have to re-name it, and re-tag it, and we then have duplicates of the same document on the client's contact card.

MOVE CHAT BUTTON
we should move the instant chat button to the bottom left corner of the screen, instead of the right. It's constantly in the way when looking at account values and especially the total of accounts at the bottom of the page.

When merging a record, it appears as a new record. Because of that, when we have an automation created that links a workflow to a new prospect, a workflow is being tied to this prospect. They are not new but look that way when records are merged.

Suite Sync Email Sync
Suite Sync: Synced Emails: Make these viewable by all users rather than just the user who directly generated or was copied on it. It's important to have historical emails available to staff and other advisors on the team.
