Automation based on Activity Name
We have an integration with Calendly so meetings created there show up in Redtail. I would like to setup an automation that would change the Activity Category based on specific word(s) in the Activity Title. For example, a Calendly meeting that comes in with the title: "Presentation for Client Name" would have the Activity Category = Presentation. I would set the automation rule to "Activity Title" [contains] "Presentation", then "Activity Category" = "Presentation"

link related activity
Should be able to link a related activity to an activity like you would link a note or account. My team is working on two related activities for a client, but they are separate processes and departments. It would be nice to have them linked to eachother for the departments to easily follow what's going on with the other activity. As well as be able to turn notifications on for both activities if they wish (even if they are not necessarily on both activities).

Print notes - Option for pdf to generate in portrait
Currently when you print a note, it generates a pdf in landscape. If you just adjust your print settings to print in portrait, the font is too tiny to read. It would be great if there was an option to generate printed notes pdf in portrait so the meeting folder doesn't have to be turned sideways to review.

AUM Tracking by Service Advisor added to Dashboard
I would like to see our total AUM (not a rounded number) for the company and the breakdown of AUM for each Service Advisor on the dashboard

Have the trainers go through the feedback so they can reach out and address, or get training sessions for workarounds/standard procedures
It seems like all the feedback comes here to be reviewed and die - can we at least run the ones with over 1000 votes to the trainers so they can develop workarounds and reach out to people?

Automate Client Appointment Emails
Allow for broadcast emails to be sent to clients on a scheduled basis!!
Seems like all that needs to be done is to:
-Update the Automations Template by adding "Next Activity" in a client's CRM profile as a "Trigger Event"
-Allow for a broadcast email template to be tied to the triggering event.Advisors would be able to update the "next review" in a client's profile to whatever schedule they want, and broadcast emails saying "it's time for your appointment" can automatically be sent out!!

Automated Email
There should be the ability to link an automated email to an activity. So when the date of the activity approaches, the email will send to the client.
Ex. Scheduling a client review: On the date you put to schedule the client review, a preloaded email will automatically send to the client informing them it is time to schedule the review.3 votes -
Add color coding to Actvities Categories - easier to see the current step in an activity process
I would like to ability to color code the different categories in the Activities tab. We have multiple steps to most of our activities and you can currently update the category to the current step, but it would be nice to have this color coded. For this reason, we use Microsoft Outlook tasks so that we can color code the current step in each activity. I would love to be able to do this in Redtail so that we can link these activities to our client.
For example, activities in the Waiting for Client Signature stage are color coded orange.…9 votes -
move chat bubble
Can you make the chat bubble moveable so I can move it out of the way of the account balances when looking at the account listing for a client? Having it moveable will allow me to place it in a less obstructive spot.

REMOVE chat bubble or make it MOVEABLE
Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

Life Partner

It would be really helpful if there was a report or something to show us e-mails that did not link to a client. If someone's POA emails, for example, and that POA email is not on the client record, that email will never post. And there's really no way for us to know unless we verify a client's e-mail every single time we receive one.

Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.
