LInkedIn will always have the most up to date Job title, that should automatically update in Redtail
When a contact is connected to LinkedIn, their Job Title information will be automatically updated with the most current and accurate data. It would also be convenient if their picture was uploaded automatically, like on my iPhone.

add pdf to comment
It would be very helpful to be able to add a pdf to a comment, not just the original note, especially since the pdf may not have existed or been relevant at the time of the original note.

allow admins to send emails on behalf of other reps
Allow admins to send broadcast emails on behalf of Reps. I regularly send out broadcast emails for the financial reps to their clients. In order to do it now I have to log in as the Rep.

identify what accounts have been linked after running auto link
The Autolink complete email notification will be much more useful if it shows who the client was and/or what accounts were linked.

linked note
It would be ideal to be able to see if an ACTIVITY has a linked note.
When a NOTE has a linked activity, the note will indicate as much (lower right corner). However, if an activity has a linked note there is no such notification on the activity itself so you never know.

Salutations
On the salutations area of adding a new contact, there is an option for Sergeant but no other rank. It means alot to military and first responders to be recognized for their rank.

Give us a way to auto paste to spreadsheets
Maybe link office 365 to redtail or have its own spreadsheet page. Instead of just listing info like writing on a sheet of paper, have it with text boxes that then paste onto a pre-organized spreadsheet that can be saved/linked to onedrive.

Activity email should have link
When we receive activity update emails it would be helpful if there was a hyperlink to the activity so we don't get lost by having to log in and get distracted by other to do's. Tis is becoming a deal breaker for my team

We should be able to Hide Sensitive information from Staff
When we have a new staff person on probation we want them to have access to activities and workflows but not have access to account and other sensitive information

Color Coding in the Calendar
Specifically, please provide the ability to color code "custom" types under categories in activities so that the calendar will color code the way we desire.
This will eliminate our work around that required us to create "custom" types in the type dropdown just so our receptionist (scheduler) could color code things easily on the calendar for scheduling purposes. Unfortunately, however, this work around has hindered the fuctionality of many other aspects of Redtail. We'd LOVE to use RT to it's full potential, but color coding the calendar is top priority, so everything else must wait until this is an option.…

On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already
On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already. Other CRM's do this, you can make it optional based on preference and then create an output from the import process that shows which ones were not imported. This is critical for a process I have to do.

Orion integration - add ability to link to more than one database or choose which database to link to
Our firm has a parent database and a child database in Orion. We are unable to link our Orion child database to RT because currently it will only allow one database to be linked. In this instance we would want the child database to be linked but not the parent database. Having the ability to pick one over the other is helpful or having the ability to link more than one database would solve our current problem.

Consider adding a "Vault" feature to Redtail CRM or as a separate module that would allow the secure transfer of documents between clients and advisors.

Running Reports that show the created date of any given workflow
Enhance the reporting to where it's possible to run a report for the created date of any given workflows. This will be extraordinarily helpful from an analytics perspective because it will allow us to track the ebbs & flows of a firm's volume along with identifying trends in business that will help to inform the firm.

Emails search
I need to be able to search clients WITHOUT an active/primary email. The search "without email" leaves out those elderly clients who no long able have an active email or don't communicate via email. We have archived their email to save email history but then by default we leave them off our call list because they are left out of the search client WITHOUT emails because system is picking up the archived email - which isn't active anymore.

Add “After the previous step” button to “Step Due” category in a workflow
The workflow needs an option to set a steps due date a certain amount of time after the previous step has been completed. This is an issue I see comments for back in 2020 and the issue is still not fixed. This is such a simple fix that would only require an added button to the "Step Due" category! Here are just a few of the complaints:

More options when sending broadcast emails
It would be good to have additional options when sending broadcast emails. Such as "Choose primary" or "Choose Business" when sending these, so it just doesn't go to one email.
