    1. Put NYSE (market holidays) and U.S. observed holidays on calendar
    2. Allow recurring events to SKIP over NYSE and national holidays and pick the next working day.

  5. annual review

    It would be extremely helpful to have an annual review tab for contacts with specific fields or the ability to upload the PDF form we use for annual reviews that can be filled online and saved to the client's documents.
    The fields we currently use are:
    - Account numbers reviewed
    - Meeting date
    - Review completed - in person, e-mail, Phone, video conference (pick)
    - Reviewed Financial Status - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.

  7. Albridge Feed Missing Company Name and Registration Type

    The data feed into Redtail from Albridge does not map the company name that the account is associated with. Additionally, the registration type is not mapped. We have over 45,000 accounts in our Redtail database and adding this information on a per account basis is unrealistic.

  8. Family Report

    When running a Family report you can only do it on one client. Please consider a way to run a family report on all clients at the same time so you do not have to go to each client one by one to run the report. We would like to have one report that lists all family members for each client. When running a membership report some children do not have the same last name as their parents so they are not listed with the parent they are some where else on the report according to their name.   11. To Do:

    A blank note pad (Not linked to calendar or contact) to be able to add and delete notes, things to do, etc. There are plenty of "To Do Things that I do not want cluttering up the calendar but need to from a "Notepad" once finished. It would be nice to have this in Redtail so that I have it digitally where ever I go not just on y desk.

  12. custom export udf

    Now custom export has the ability to export the UDF's, however if you have the same UDF in the same contact profile (or account profile) it will only export one of those. We, due to lack of a commissions/fee tracking module, use the same UDF's multiple times. Would be helpful to have all instances of the UDF exported in the custom export for reporting.

  14. Workflow automation to create Activities

    The ability for the Workflow steps to automatically create Activities that can be assigned to specific users/teams. Also, the next step in the Workflow would not start until all of the assigned activities in the previous step are completed.

    The way that we see Workflows is that they are the "big picture" step-by-step guide & the individual Activities ("Tasks") are the place for the instructions & notes of that particular step.

    This would also alleviate the head ache of having to check your Activities list & your Workflows each day & in the past.

  15. list two contacts when attached to note/activity, not just '2 contacts'

    I realize you like to say 2 contacts when both spouses are attached to an activity to save space but I'd love it if you only did that when 3 people are attached. I am trying to be good with my notes and attach both parties so they each have a record of it but then on printed reports, I can't tell who the activity or note is for. So list both names at two, summarize at 3.

  18. Removal of Tag Groups(Bulk Options)

    You can add Tag Groups through Bulk Actions, but can not remove Tag Groups using Bulk Actions. It would make sense to have both the addition and removal of Tag Groups a Bulk Action.

  19. Creating an Activity Should Send ONE Notification

    When creating an activity... Why does person you are assigning it to receives more than one email notification on the activity? You need to click on edit to add the location and notes, therefore I didn't save the activity so the email shouldn't be sent. If I didn't "Save" it I'm not done creating it.

  20. Under Workflow Steps - Where the "Mail Merge" Option is, there should be an "E-Mail Merge" as an option

    When establishing a workflow Step, it asks if you want to do a "Mail Merge". You should also be able to choose to do an E-mail Merge from a template.
