Link Account to Multiple Contacts
I would like to be able to link accounts to multiple contacts. Joint accounts, also trust accounts where the trustees may or may not be a part of the same household. It would also be nice for the purpose of linking a power of attorney to an account.

Task list
I would like to be able to have a running task list on the right hand side of the calendar screen so I can keep track of tasks that don't necessarily need done on a certain date. Similar to a note pad or something like that!

Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default
The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

Opportunity Final Stage Modification
CLOSED WON AND CLOSED LOST is simply not enough.
We need CLOSED INACTIVE and CLOSED LOST CLIENT
In the conversion process from suspect to prospect to client we can customize the stages to our own desires but when it comes to creating the final tally, you take control and the end resulting two options of Closed Won and Closed Lost is not enough.

We need a Family Tree tab or a section devoted to keeping track of and quickly communicating intergenerational relationships. The membership tab should be renamed/replaced with sections that show dependent (within household) and non-dependent relationships (within family but outside of household).

Activity Description Color Coding
Activity Description Toolbar: Add font color/highlighting.

Data import
We really need to be able to perform data imports on our own, to import data for new clients via an upload file. It is cumbersome to have to enter data by hand or to have to email support whenever we need to enter new client data into Redtail.

Contact Permission Checkbox
When adding Contact Permissions, it would be much easier to select what users/teams need to have permission with a checkbox list than to click "Add", select one, click "Add Permission," then go do it all over again for as many need to be assigned.

Remove Review Date when Client Status = Terminated
when you terminate a client, their review date should be automatically removed so they stop showing up on the review date reminder

Tag Group and and Client Lists - Data Export and Printing Options
Looking for a way to export (to Excel or text) and print the client list so that I can see all the Tag Groups and to which each client is assigned to. This feature would be very helpful in both current client management and new client setup. I would like to be able to look at this data in various ways and to print checklists by Tag Group and client. Thank you!

link an existing note to an existing activity
Link Existing Notes to Existing Activities
Under the Note Actions you can link an existing note to account - why not to an Existing Activity? I frequently need to clean up the data base for continuity and correctness. Automation Trigger Event: Client Age
This would allow us to trigger Workflows or Notifications when clients achieve a specific ages: 18, 21, 59.5, 60, 62, 65, 67, 70, 72, etc.
Some use case examples:
1. UTMA registration needs to be changed
2. Minimum social security claiming age achieved
3. Remind client to sign up for Medicare

Using Nicknames to Search for Contacts when Linking to Notes and Activities
When adding a note and wanting to copy to another contact, "copy to another contact" field will not pull clients by nickname,only last name or formal name However in the contact search field, one can search by formal name, nickname, partial name. Very inconsistent!

Calendar View - Show Names Again
Please change back the calendar view so you can see the contact names not just a number of contacts linked to the task. When you have to hoover over each task to see which client it is associated with is very time consuming. Also, if you have multiple tasks for one contact seeing the names is much more efficient than moving from client to client just to come back to the first one.

Email Notification (Activity Assigned)
I like receiving team notification emails, however when I received activity that is not assigned to me the email reads "You have been assigned a new activity". Please bring back the email notifications the way they were in the OLD REDTAIL CRM. For instance, the person who created the activity/note name is in the FROM, and the Subject reads, "New Activity Team Notification" (not assigned to me) or "New Activity Assigned To You (assigned to me). Offer Option to Alert / *Notify Select Users When Adding a *Comment to a Note*
Please Offer the Option to Alert / Notify Specific Users When Adding a Comment to an Existing Note
We would love to utilize the "Comment" feature more on RedTail. It makes sense to keep all notes/remarks/follow-up on a particular subject organized together in one thread.
However, because users do not currently receive notifications for comments added to existing notes, it is *Highly Unlikely that they will Actually See the new information that has been added to said thread.

opportunity filter
We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.
For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

To Do List
Would love to have the ability to keep a running to-do list on the Today page for open-ended items. This would be great for those items that are important but don't have a due date. Would also be nice if a priority level could be assigned and if they could be linked to contacts.
