Set up an automation so that that a message is automatically sent to clients on their birthday and on their anniversary

Create a wedding anniversary report - similar to the Birthday Report except for Wedding anniversary
I want to start sending nnivesary cards. A report like birthday report that shows anniversary date instead of birthday would be helpful. Make a quick list of all people with anniversairy in month of May, June, etc., and click anniversary report instead of having to create a custom report.

When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.
Currently, there are lots of suggestions for fixing the abbreviated activities dialogue box. Many users are unhappy with the multi-step process for assigning activities to other users, adding notes, etc. It's very inefficient and lots of users prefer the Leapfrog approach to adding activities - one dialogue box with all the details on one page. It was very efficient.
Maybe the best solution to making the process more efficient in Tailwag is to bypass the abbreviated dialogue box. There are two options.

Adding custom labels into custom export
When running a custom export, the email custom labels do not pull through. They only pull through when using the standard email addresses export - and then you cannot add any other information to the standard export ie. mailing addresses, advisors, etc.

Tracking maiden names and name changes.
A long-time client gets married, you make the changes in Redtail, but you know them by their previous name. It would be helpful to have a way to pull them by their maiden names, without having to hyphenate it for the sake of being able to pull it. A way to link a maiden name, that is no longer a legal name, to the new married name.

Trigger for more fields for Automation Templates
Need to expand the options for triggers to include more than one field. We want to be able to trigger if all conditions are true but it only allows for one trigger event. We need to allow for more then one trigger event. For example, if the category changes and status changes then it triggers.

Automations: Make the Know your Client Review Date a Trigger Event
The Last/Next Review Date fields in the Know Your Client section is something our practice uses to help schedule the next review date for each client, rather than creating an activity for it, to help minimize the data footprint of each contact record (because there is enough "clutter" on record). If there were a way to make either of these fields, or both, a trigger event for an automation template(i.e. linking a Review Meeting workflow)...I believe it would enhance the Redtail experience.

Workflow Flow Chart
It would be nice to have a visual tree that shows all of the possible tasks and outcomes that may occur in one graphical tree when creating new workflows.
The issue I run into is making sure that I have added all of the possible outcomes when creating a new workflow
I would like to see the outcome as the same as what is on page 60 and 61 in the 2015 Redtail University Workbook.

Notes and account(s) linked within an activity
Currently, when an activity that is linked to an account, has notes added within the activity, those notes appear in the notes section separately from the activity itself and the account which was originally linked to the activity is not linked to the note. I would suggest notes that are added within the activity get rolled up into the activity so there is one thread/history so all the separate notes that were added within that activity are bundled in one section with the appropriate account number linked to the original activity. Tag Group and and Client Lists - Data Export and Printing Options
Looking for a way to export (to Excel or text) and print the client list so that I can see all the Tag Groups and to which each client is assigned to. This feature would be very helpful in both current client management and new client setup. I would like to be able to look at this data in various ways and to print checklists by Tag Group and client. Thank you!

Warning when sending attachment
Redtail does not prompt you with a warning when an attachment is to large for an email. Instead it sends out the email without the attachment, and no notification.

Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"
Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default
The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

@mention for Note User Notification in Alerts Bell
While notes do allow for email notifications to users, a CRM notification that would appear at the top of the bag by the bell would be much more useful. This would reduce steps (opening email, clicking on a link that requires an additional login), and would work better with integrations.
We currently use the jive integration to log client calls, but there is no way to link a user from there.
It sounds childish to request, but something along the lines of an "@" feature would be perfect.

Keep formatting on notes in Timeline
I make neat notes with bullet points, but the timeline view takes away the formatting which makes my notes look ridiculous and incredibly hard to read. I format my notes to make them easier to read/make information more accessible. Please give me the option to keep my bullet points/bold font/ etc. in the timeline view.

Update Repeat Options for Recurring Activities
Standard repeat options are missing.
For REPEATS MONTHLY, specifically when you choose "Repeats Monthly ON" you are given the choices of FIRST SECOND THIRD FOURTH LAST and the days of the week. In addition to the days of the week, you should also have the option of DAY and WEEKDAY. Which would allow you to setup these types of repeating schedules; FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH, FIRST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH, LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, LAST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH.
For REPEATS YEARLY, you should have the same options.

Break out Income more so we can differenciate Earned Income, Social Security, Pension, and Other to align with reality of financial planning
Instead of just using "Adjusted Gross Income" under the Financials section of "Know your Client" please add additional breakouts for earned income, social security, pension, and other! It is very important for advisors with fee-based and planning based practices to record the breakout...not just one figure, and going through the trouble of making User Defined Fields when not necessary is inefficient.

Sorting of "Activities"
Sorting of "Activities". I sort my activities, first by date (descending), then by assigned number (ascending), then by "!" (importance). This should give me today's "important", #1 tasks at the top of the list.
Tailwag appears to only sort by one column, and has to be resorted EVERY TIME THE SCREEN IS REFRESHED.
Please add the ability to choose sort parameters that stay in effect until I change them.
This is a HUGE issue for me.
