Use RedTail Login for RedTail websites
Every time I visit this site (the feedback area) it's a deal to get logged in. RedTail credentials should be used to login.

Option to change the note time stamp
Following up on T# 1392460
User was unable to submit idea , he never rcvd the link from noreply@trymagic.comWe'd like to be able to change the note time stamp view.
Within the first 7 days,it shows as "last monday" , "last thursday" etc

Select 'Auto withdrawals' (checkbox) in Update Account to show that auto-RMDs or other systematic withdrawals are active for this account
Similar to 'Tax Qualified' checkbox in Update Account area, Add checkbox for 'Auto Withdrawals' that indicate that systematic auto-withdrawals are active with this account, or remind Admin to initiate an annual withdrawal (on a date). [a start date would be nice, too.]
Then dropdown a section to indicate checkboxes for 'RMDs,' and 'Fixed withdrawals' (choosing either or both); then checkboxes or dropdown for 'monthly,' 'quarterly,' or 'annual' withdrawals with a specified date. Need to know from where income is being withdrawn. mz18 votes -
when revising workflow template
when revising a workflow template, all current workflows that have been started for a particular client but not yet been completed, should be updated to match the revisions made to the workflow template.
I currently need to delete my workflow and start over again by attaching it to a client5 votes -
Bulk Actions for Accounts
If you run a report for accounts or pull up accounts by type you are not able to do any bulk actions except export. I would like to be able to bulk delete closed accounts, or bulk edit account sections such as account type, account manager, account company instead of having to do it on an individual basis.

Please allow for templates in Important Information section.
At WFA Finet, the Important Information section was categorized in with the acronym F.O.R.M. This stood for Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money. We are creating our own template and copy/pasting on each client. It would be nice to just have it already on there.

add field for client pets and their names
Please add a field for client Pets with their names! We are a dog-friendly firm with a lot of pet-friendly clients and we use the best dog-friendly CRM around... So, we would love to be able to add client's pet type and name to a field so we can reference their pets by name quickly when chatting with clients in the future. :)

Add a "Team" option when assigning new Tasks/Activities
We'd love it if you could add an option when creating a new task to assign it to a team instead of having to add individuals manually. When we add a new team member we have to go back through hundreds of tasks and manually update them to add the new teammate whereas if we could add a team, they would update automatically when we add a new team member to that team. This would be a HUGE savings of time for our company.

Household names and labels
When linking a household and creating a name there is only a "Spouse"/Married label. This creates inaccurate labeling for our life partners or other significant others. Please allow us to adjust those labels at the top of the contact record rather than having conflicting information - Married at the top, partner below.

when you go add a note the linked contact option should already have the contact that they share a family name with; or have it as a default setting you can choose

Drag activities to organize
Would like the ability to click and drag activities/tasks to organize them in the order we want each day. This feature would be great in Today's Overview and the Activities tab.

Client Review Dates
Have "next review" be the actual date we schedule with the client for his or her next review -
Have a "next review due" for when they should be due for their next review
Have a "last review" field as well
Have these right where the "next review" currently is so if a client calls in we can quickly retrieve this information. Currently, when we create an activity for his or her review we have to locate that activity (especially if it's planned well in advance)

UDF's at Household Level
I'd prefer the ability to add UDF's at a household level instead of a contact level. Of if they have to be by contact, make them mirror each other when a contact is in the same household as another contact.

Add time stamped notes inside the workflow
I would like the ability to add time stamped notes to workflows. We often have tasks that take several try's to complete such as a phone calls to a client to get answers to questions. I would like to be able to see the noted attempts of calls to the clients with a date and time inside the workflow step or task.

Outlook 365 Integration
Create Outlook 365 plugin or integration where I can assign tasks, etc directly from email. For example, a client emails me a action item/task, I can press a button in outlook 365 and turn it into a task associated with that client and assign it to support staff. Wealth Box does this!!!

account status
Please allow us to customize account status as there are more states of an account other than; Closed, Open, Pending, or Under Review.
We need:

restrict user from editing workflow templates/automations
We've recently run into an issue where a staff member was updating workflows and should not have been. It would be nice to restrict certain staff memebers from editing/adding new workflow templates and automations.

Automation condition based on "activity Template"
If I am using a specific activity template like a "discovery Meeting Template" or an "annual Review Meeting template" I feel like we should be able to automate the corresponding workflow template for that activity template as well.
Selecting the workflow in the "do this action" tab already exists. It is the "Activity Template" that is missing from the "if conditions true" tab.

Altruist integration with account opening and importing daily account values
Altruist has been a great new custodian for RIA advisors. Great to have Redtail/Altruist integration similar to other custodians both with daily account information and possible data sync with clients for new account opening.
