  1. Add activities to left menu bar

    Separate appointments (or events) from activities. Task activities don't belong on the calendar and take up too much space at the top of the calendar. A separate activities section that lists lists all tasks like Outlook is desperately needed.

  2. update account status

    Hello I am one of the administrators for Accelerated Wealth Colorado Springs office. I need the ability to add/or change the Status under the Basic Information "update account" area. As it stands there is only "Open, Closed, pending, and under review". Having only these is not adequate for many situations, for our company. Allowing us to add is what is being requested. Thank you.

  3. Account Summary - as Excel Document

    Allow us to create a custom report to pull any field from the database. For instance, currently, a custom report is unable to pull the ownership information. Would love to have that ability.

  4. prioritize workflow

    Be able to prioritize workflows instead of just going by due dates. If we have 10 workflows due this week, we want to make sure we get high priority ones done first even if there are low priority due dates.

  6. Add additional fields uner the Bank tab that allows us to categorize type (ie checking, savings, money market), title, and voided checks

    You have the space for 3 more fields on this tab. Let's use it :)

    Add a dropdown under the Bank tab that allows us to categorize the account as Checking, Savings, or Money Market.

    Also add a "Title" field that allows to type in the exact name on the account.

    Finally, add a Yes/No field for "Voided check on file?"

    Currently I am putting all that information under the Name field, however this poses problems when I'm using that field to import into account paperwork.

  7. Add documents to a contact record from the mobile app

    It would be helpful to be able to add a document to a contact from the mobile app. when my office meets with clients outside the office we like to take photos with our phones of our handwritten notes that we give to the clients that way we can keep track and answer any questions. Ideally we would like to be able to upload that photo directly from our phones camera-roll directly to a clients notes or document section. Just like uploading a document in the desktop version.

  8. add a plug in for outlook so you can save emails to the client's redtail contact

    With Smart Office we had a plugin/ widget so that we could post an email to their contact page. You either had the option to do it every time for everyone or you could do it manually. You could also click a button and it would send any attachments in the email to their contact page.

  9. report completed tasks

    It would be great if we could run a report on completed tasks so we can see which users completed what tasks, not just the last user that completed a workflow that may include multiple people
    Right now you can just run a report on open tasks, which doesn't credit users on how much they have accomplished over a course of time

  10. bulk action

    I would like to be able to, via bulk action, remove the data from an already established account field (such as "Invested - Initial"), and move it to a new account UDF field (in that same account) for every account in our Redtail system. So, in John Doe's account # 12345, the field "Invested - Initial" says $100,000. I want to move that date value ($100,000) to a UDF within that same account #12345. And I want to do it for every account for every client in our RT database. Thank you for your conseideration

  11. Address Updates

    When updating a physical address, it should reflect on both of the spouses contact records. It only updates both spouses if it is a "Home Address" update. It should update both spouses if it involves the home address, mailing address, and the home phone #.

  12. Workflow - Linked Accounts

    Workflows - subject details to include account numbers:
    We are setting up workflows to trigger based off of account numbers and account types. Workflows on contact level or when you run the workflow report currently do not show the account number. This is an issue if there are more than one workflows triggered at once. Yyou would then have to click into the workflow to see notes or details or rely to where you are within the workflow which is not great. There should be a way for the account number to show within the subject of each workflow once…

    be able to choose from entire database to customize your dashboard. Example: add tabs where it currently has tag groups, keywords, etc to be able to exchange or add options. For example, add professional contacts

  16. Enable Custom Columns on Today Screen - We Don't Use Location

    It would be nice if there was a way to remove the location column on the today screen. We never use it and it takes up space. Additionally, if there was a way to customize columns that are viewable on the Today Overview page, it could be very helpful.

  18. Review Tab

    Every time I add a client review to my calendar, I have to manually change the clients Review Tab to match the new review date. It would be very helpful if the review tab would automatically change to the clients new review date when I add the apt. in the calendar.

  19. Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities

    After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

  20. Anniversary duplication

    When you create a family and the husband/wife syncs together, you should also sync the anniversary dates. Currently, you have to input the anniversary in both contacts. It would save time to only input it on the head of household and then it syncs if you have created the family and put married.
