Roll out workflow target date by one day

simple checklist
add a simple checklist feature that works like microsoft ToDo. This could be daily, could be assigned to an assistant, or could be ongoing.

Change "Servicing Advisor" and "Writing Advisor" fields under contact details.
Please make the "Servicing Advisor" and "Writing Advisor" fields in the contact details more generic and add additional fields. For example:
"Advisor 1"
"Advisor 2"
"Advisor 3"

filter by completion date
Would like the ability to filter by completion date. Currently it only filters by start or assigned date which doesn't help if I wanted to see a report of all activities that were completed last month for example.

Plz Increase Size of Note Text Box
Plz Increase Size of Note Text Box!
-It's difficult to add large emails or notes into the text box and then make modifications as the actual text box itself is very small.
-Email chains can be very long, so we modify them to reduce the length of each note so we can find the information later on much faster. Sometimes i do this by going through the note and deleting my personal email signature. But it can very tedious and time consuming (frustrating) when i can only see a tiny portion of the text i just copied over.

Family/Membership Custom Option
Currently the system only gives an option to add dependents. Dependents would be classified as people living in the home. There needs to be an option for people linked to them to show up on this page as well. Currently our beneficiaries have their own profiles and we have to for into memberships to find out their connection. Maybe a customizable family section where one could create their own connection the the contact it is being added too. This would be a HUGE benefit to me. Thank you for considering this!

Condense the notes that accumulate under individual contacts. For instance, every time an activity is completed, a new note is made that takes up space. It then takes time to scroll down through the archived notes when one is looking for something specific. We manually are having to delete all of these "completed activity" notes. It would be preferable if these were condensed and didn't take up so much visual real estate space cluttering up archived notes. Maybe they could even be set to auto delete after 30 days.

custom account names
It would be awesome to have a "custom account name" feature for accounts. This would be ideal for 529s and Trusts. Could be under "basic info" and displayed on accounts view of the profile either underneath product type or in-between account & tax qual type

Need to be able to give users access to see "roles".
The "Roles" need to be seen by users, not just administrators. Please make it possible for users to see the "Roles" without being an admin. It makes no sense that a user (who is not an admin) cannot lookup who the "Associate Advisor" or "CSA" for a particular client is.

Create option to "freeze" the 'all day' row
Please add the ability to "Freeze" the "all day" row in the calendar so that it holds at the top of the calendar even when scrolling to later times in the day. When scheduling for multiple users later in the day (so that you are unable to see the "all day" row), it is easy to forget when people are out of the office, it's a holiday, people are working from home, etc... If that row were frozen, far fewer scheduling mishaps would occur!!

Ability to add more than two people as account owners
When assigning ownership of an account to a contact, you can currently only assign two owners. I have several accounts with 3 or more owners, so the ability to add more would be nice.

Categorize documents
Would you please add a feature that would allow us to categorize a document as we upload it. At this point we have to upload the document and then go back into documents and categorize. This is especially a pain in the booty when uploading documents directly to a note or activity.

UDFs should be able to be used in the advanced search feature
It would be helpful to be able to filter by a UDF when running a quicklist instead of having to create a custom export template.

Ability to add automation template to send an email when an active client/prospect have an annual review and have a keyword/tag that triggers the automation.
Specifically, I want to get an email for only active contacts that have the tag "eMoney" on their profile when an "account review appointment" is scheduled.

Important Information Banner
It would be a super helpful feature to have an Important Information Banner automatically pop up when visiting a clients page. This could be a helpful feature for stating information like:
- Client is hard of hearing
- Clients' name is pronounced....
- Client does not want reviews e-mailed to them, only mailed.This would mimic the green banner that shows when its a clients birthday or the red banner that shows that a client is deceased.
This Important Information banner could be yellow or orange to separate it from the above two features.

Configuration for Sent Emails to Auto-Save to Notes
Can we please get a way to manage e-mail settings to have all of our emails sent through Redtail automatically save a copy to the notes that way we do not always have to manually check the save to notes box at the bottom of the email screen? This creates too much room for error in the potential of forgetting to check that box and email history is important.
