'Assigned to' Activity Column Viewing
It would be helpful if the 'Assigned To' column within the Activities tab were able to be permanently expanded to show all users (instead of stating "3 users", for example, and list out the names).

Membership
Allow me to add a membership the way I would add a spouse under a family-if the contact doesn't already exist, allow me to create it from that drop down. Currently, if the contact does not exist, I need to leave the page, go create a contact and then add it to membership. There are SO many steps-please work to alleviate steps in all processes.

annual review
It would be extremely helpful to have an annual review tab for contacts with specific fields or the ability to upload the PDF form we use for annual reviews that can be filled online and saved to the client's documents.
The fields we currently use are:
- Account numbers reviewed
- Meeting date
- Review completed - in person, e-mail, Phone, video conference (pick)
- Reviewed Financial Status - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.

Notes
It would be great to be able to see more of the note in the note summary from a Contact's page without having to click on the notes, or maybe have an option or preference setting to select if you want to see the full notes or summaries. Also would be convenient to be able to edit the notes without deleting and starting over

allow for ALL membership codes to be customized, edited or deleted
Why does there need to be "default" membership codes. it make it confusing and cumbersome, please allow for the entire list to be customized.

Zoom Phone Integration
It would be nice to have Zoom Phone integrate with Redtail. Examples might include click-to-call from the contact page, updating contact record when a call is made or received, etc...

Under Activities, Displaying Both names rather than "2 Users" .
We have numerous couples that are clients. When assigning activities, I must do a 2-step process in order to get them both on the activity. Once both clients names are on the activity, the activities section shows "2 users" linked to the activity rather than both names forcing me to do ANOTHER step in order to view who the activities belongs to. Can we please change the "2-users" to display the actual names of both contacts tied to the activity as well as the "assigned" users to display the agents working on the activity.

Add Systematic Withdrawals to Payment Info in Accounts that auto updates the Total Withdrawls
We need an easy way to track cumulative account withdrawals- for both systematic and one-time amounts.

Linked Notes in Opportunities
Would be faster to add Linked Notes in Opportunities how it is currently setup in Activities.
This would prevent from having to open a new page just to add a Note and see the list of all notes from the Main Opp page.

integration with DocuSign
We use DocuSign to send documents for e signatures. We log into and out of it many times a day. It would be great DocuSign was included in the CRM integration list for ease of access.

notifications within opportunities
Within Opportunities, there should be a Notification button for something to be completed within Opportunities. Right now, I am having to create the Opp, then make an Activity to remind a User to do the next step. It seems redundant. Thanks for your consideration. It would make things more streamlined and efficient.

Activities - Linking Spouse/Significant other
It would be great to have the ability for an activity assigned to a secondary record within a family automatically connect to a primary record. I typically view a record from the primary record and sometimes forget to look at outstanding actions assigned to the other. Basically, have open activities at the family level as an option.

Change the Linked Contacts on Activities Back!
Please change the activities view of linked contacts back to the way it was before yesterday!!! It was changed so that if there are more than one contact linked, it only shows 2 contacts now instead of the contact's names. This makes it impossible to quickly differentiate tasks between clients without having to hover over the 2 contacts link to see who it actually pertains to. This is the worst update since the contact bubbles. Please change it back....

Read Only Permissions
I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar. This ultimately helps reps from the main office (and vice versa) with clients at the branch office to be able to assist those clients over the phone if…
