  1. allow for ALL membership codes to be customized, edited or deleted

    Why does there need to be "default" membership codes. it make it confusing and cumbersome, please allow for the entire list to be customized.

  2. Zoom Phone Integration

    It would be nice to have Zoom Phone integrate with Redtail. Examples might include click-to-call from the contact page, updating contact record when a call is made or received, etc...

  4. notes comments should be viewable on the notes screen without having to click on them

  5. Calendar Integration with Calendly

    Currently we have to work around 4 different google calendars to get the Calendly feature for scheduling. With the world shifting to digital, is there a possibility of RT integrating with Calendly so our office can have a scheduling system off our 1 CRM calendar?

  7. Add Systematic Withdrawals to Payment Info in Accounts that auto updates the Total Withdrawls

  8. Linked Notes in Opportunities

    Would be faster to add Linked Notes in Opportunities how it is currently setup in Activities.

    This would prevent from having to open a new page just to add a Note and see the list of all notes from the Main Opp page.

  10. Option to NOT notify existing activities attendees

    We get so many activity update email notifications that it would be nice to have the option of NOT notifying attendees for minor updates to an activity. Just like Google calendar offers the option to send updates to existing guests or not. It will minimize emails and notifications to only those that are deemed necessary.

  11. Activities - Linking Spouse/Significant other

    It would be great to have the ability for an activity assigned to a secondary record within a family automatically connect to a primary record. I typically view a record from the primary record and sometimes forget to look at outstanding actions assigned to the other. Basically, have open activities at the family level as an option.

  12. Read Only Permissions

    I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar. This ultimately helps reps from the main office (and vice versa) with clients at the branch office to be able to assist those clients over the phone if…

  13. Accounts Information

    Is there a reason the entire accounts page reads like an insurance/annuity page? Investment accounts (brokerage, mutual funds, etc) don't have delivery dates, issue dates, premiums, surrender values, etc. This information is important for insurance contracts but not useful for investment accounts. Perhaps a box that just pertains the investment information needs to be added and combine the current boxes into one titled insurance contracts.

  15. Broadcast email - using "Enter" key in subject line causes email to send immediately.

    Please provide a fix for this issue! If a user pushes the "Enter" instead of the "Tab" key after entering a subject in a broadcast email, the email will immediately send to all chosen contacts, whether there is text in the body of the email or not. I've spoken to a RT rep, who checked with the developers. The developers say this is the intended behavior. This causes an incomplete email to be sent to all contacts chosen, which causes much confusion and extra work. Please add some type of fail-safe, with an extra step that asks "Are you sure…

  16. advanced search feature - account balance

    on the advanced search fields we can search by portfolio value but not by individual account value. please add that search field.

    this allows us to search and find zero balance accounts or any accounts under/over certain values for opportunities.

  17. Account Nickname

    Under the client account section on the Account Card can you add a field that is called "Account Nickname" And have this field be part of the "Accounts by Contact" export. We use account nicknames in addition to the account numbers around the office as to designate the account without having to remember a crazy number that is different from custodian to custodian.   19. Under Activities, Displaying Both names rather than "2 Users" .

    We have numerous couples that are clients. When assigning activities, I must do a 2-step process in order to get them both on the activity. Once both clients names are on the activity, the activities section shows "2 users" linked to the activity rather than both names forcing me to do ANOTHER step in order to view who the activities belongs to. Can we please change the "2-users" to display the actual names of both contacts tied to the activity as well as the "assigned" users to display the agents working on the activity.

  20. Reverse New Feature - # contact not contact names listed on Calendar view

    The new update that now shows how many contacts when more than 1 in the calendar instead of the contact names. This is a time suck to not just be able to pull up the calendar and see who you are all meeting with. Now you need to hover if there is more than 1 person - which how we run our Redtail is VERY often as we link husband and wife to appointments that show on our calendar!
