Multiple linked contacts in workflows - Display their names, not "2".
Also, have a button that says "link to spouse" if there is a spousal contact present in the database. This would save users from having to search for the spouse.

Client Review
Add Last Review date to the Client Review with an option of updating the next review date based on the Last Review Date.
(Ie. for a client, the First Review is set for January 2019. It was set to reoccurring annually; next review should have been January 2020 but did not occur until March 2020. I want the next review to now be set to reoccurring annually in March going forward.Right now, if I want to set the annual review based on the March 2020 date, I have to go in and change the First Review Date…

Direct Zoom Integration with Redtail CRM
Creating a direct integration between Redtail CRM and Zoom would be incredibly helpful for scheduling and running remote meetings. The current integration (Zapier) is reliant on using thirdparty calendar softwares outside of RedTail that our firm does not utilize.

Linked Notes in Opportunities
Would be faster to add Linked Notes in Opportunities how it is currently setup in Activities.
This would prevent from having to open a new page just to add a Note and see the list of all notes from the Main Opp page.

Automation Activity Update
In automation please add as a trigger event "Accitivty Changed/Update". I would like the system to notify a specific person that an appointment is updated/changed.

Option to NOT notify existing activities attendees
We get so many activity update email notifications that it would be nice to have the option of NOT notifying attendees for minor updates to an activity. Just like Google calendar offers the option to send updates to existing guests or not. It will minimize emails and notifications to only those that are deemed necessary.

Scrap Worflows and Start Over
Let's go RedTail. Improve your look & feel, functionality, and logic.
For example, Workflows are totally unworkable and forces practices to track processes in other applications, opening the door to your competition.
There are so many other applications that handle repetitive processes in a more logical and user-friendly method. Do some research and hire away some programmers, Orion.

Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level
I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI. Offer a check box or option for "Per Stirpes" in the beneficiary box under the accounts.
Allow acknowledgement of a "per stirpes" designation for each beneficiary. Then if that box is checked have an additional area pop up that will allow to put the per stirpes recipients names if they are known.

Redtail Scheduling
Just like you guys have Redtail imaging it would be nice to have Redtail scheduling! An integration where clients can go to our websites, or we can send links out via email to schedule appointments. Either a phone call or in office appointment. Client can see set times and dates available and they pick what they want. They can even leave a note about what they want to talk about in their appointment. System would send out a reminder email to the client the day before. Client could also cancel from the reminder email with a reason. It would be…

Membership
Allow me to add a membership the way I would add a spouse under a family-if the contact doesn't already exist, allow me to create it from that drop down. Currently, if the contact does not exist, I need to leave the page, go create a contact and then add it to membership. There are SO many steps-please work to alleviate steps in all processes.

Calendar Integration with Calendly
Currently we have to work around 4 different google calendars to get the Calendly feature for scheduling. With the world shifting to digital, is there a possibility of RT integrating with Calendly so our office can have a scheduling system off our 1 CRM calendar?

Allow Customization of "Things to do today" and other widgets on Homescreen
Every person is different and every business focuses on different things -being able to fully customize the "widgets" on the home screen like reminders and workflow tasks would provide added efficiencies and provide a much needed "one-stop shop" for everything you need to accomplish for the day/week/month.
For example, the "things to do" widget ONLY shows things due that day. A running, chronological list of the "next 10 tasks" due would be way more efficient and impactful or at least displaying all overdue tasks alongside the ones due that day. Creating an Activity Should Send ONE Notification
When creating an activity... Why does person you are assigning it to receives more than one email notification on the activity? You need to click on edit to add the location and notes, therefore I didn't save the activity so the email shouldn't be sent. If I didn't "Save" it I'm not done creating it.

integration with DocuSign
We use DocuSign to send documents for e signatures. We log into and out of it many times a day. It would be great DocuSign was included in the CRM integration list for ease of access.

View past due Workflow activities / Roll forward past due Workflow Activities
The Workflow screen on the main CRM page shows workflow tasks due that day. However, there is no ability to see, or roll forward, past-due workflow activities.
I am suggesting functionality similar to the view/roll-forward capabilities for past due Activities, just applying it to Workflow tasks.
